One of the worst apps till date. No reply even after 2 weeks to update the phone number. Could not get a single phone call. More interested in promoting premium subscription than focussing on people's problems. All the interested customer's look fake. Real waste of money

This app is the worst, I subscribed for the prime membership for 30 contacts with 6 months validity. After my subscription I am unable to use the contacts because it showed an error, and when I asked the customer care service they said I used all 30 of them. I never used 1 single contact from the app and it is asking me to pay again. Never use this app and the properties is also very low. Go for NoBroker u can claim back ur contact validity if any miscommunication happens inbtwn u and owner.

Some of the app features are absurd. When I click a notification about a matching property, it takes me to a screen which does not show information about the property. Also, when I receive an email regarding a property with owner's or broker's number, there is no link in the email to see the information about that property.

Just terrible underlying software design errors in the app followed by terrible service experience offering no correct solutions. The app was associating my new account prime subscription to my old email ID from an old account. I was unable to open any links as they were defaulting to the old email ID!! I couldn't raise any requests, see any landlord numbers until I deleted the old account. Absolutely rookie error

Magic bricks was a very helpful app previous years as it helped me get the tenants and buyers promptly. But since last 3years it dint serve any of my purpose I have posted 2-3adds with gold subscription but all the contacts i was suggested were fake ones and all the calls received were spam. Genuinely we need a proper app for all the real estate transactions but not even one app is serving the purpose M jus vexed trying out all the apps!!2star rating was for previous years service now it's 0!

One of the useless app ever.. U can't view any pictures or details of the house until you download the app.. and once you download the app still it gives you useless information and contact owner for even pictures and tedious process to find house.. In today's works where things have been made easy using internet.. This app wastes a lot of time and frustrates to another level.

Worst app, don't install it after showing 1-2 property, it ask for money to continue your search and it hangs very much. It shows always something is wrong with the app. Very bad experience.

I paid Rs 1850 for pro membership so I can access contact numbers of rent property owners/agents upto a max of 30 contacts. Without it we cannot contact anyone. Two numbers are invalid. One number was displayed as NULL when I unlocked it. The app reduced from my 30 limit by 1 automatically without me unlocking it. Some here are scammers asking us to pay 3000 for visiting property. Not able to contact the support. Callback from them was arranged 3 times but after 4 days no callback from support!!

My experience is very bad , when before explaining plan from Magicbrics they just told us plan validity but plan cost is no of contact . And once it over we can not see this numbers. For that they demanded more money to update the plan. Then we realise the plan cost we paid him for sertn no of contact only. And no one can call us . I think they provide us fake numbers.

Worst, most fraudulent app ever. I paid 4k using gpay for one of their plans and they simply said they did not get the payment and did nothing about it. I paid again for their service and this time they called and said I have to convert my listing to a "commercial" listing, which will cost about 8k. Absolute scam

This app really needs some improvement. Everything really seems like dustbin. What we need we won't get. What we don't need that will be in front. Everything mixed up and looks like some other app might be there for other things of magic bricks. Overall it's not easy to search whatever you need. Everything will be on payment and paid plans. Upon that lots of customer care call you will get to buy the plans. Uff.

Very worst app. It logged me out after a few days of paid subscription of Rs 1499, and when I logged in again, it doesn't show me as a prime member. There is not even customer care number to call. The app has a lousy AI interface that keeps repeating the options and answers. I would very much like a refund of my subscription fees, but there is no way to call.

Worst app ever. Even after buying the prime pro plan, it doesn't show the prime listings and filters, asks to buy again. Before buying this, they used to call daily and help in finding property. They longer take the calls and solve any issue. Earlier they were pushing whatsapp message for every action and spamming it. They are just hungry for your money. Never buy their any plan. It sucks.

In Hyderabad, almost 90% cotnacts are fake. They will ask you to pay for visit and then disappear. Almost all your 30 paid contacts will go away in this trap. Too little genuine options and those will be sky highrents. They too might be fake. Totally wasted 1.3k using this app. They send new property matches on mail, clicking which the app opens in default home page and the property mentioned in the mail cannot be found. Cheap tricks to make the user open the apl again & again. Not recommended.

Have taken 1600/- plan for a month to check properties. But almost 90% of the searches just don't give any info. There is no info on building name, floor, area. Just one line description like: Good spacious society. what can you understand with such info? Have to click a dozen times to get agent's number, it never comes in the mail. Why can't you show the number right when you click on show contact number?? Why is the app so complicated when it can be made way simpler. Never using it again ever

Fraud app, they take your phone and email address and do not provide options to delete your account even when asked. Also, we cannot see any property without buying their paid packages (which is again suspicious and the listings look completely fake). They keep spamming you repeatedly over phone and SMS repeatedly. Google should ban such data harvesting apps.

I purchased a subscription on Magicbricks expecting to find a rental flat quickly. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite the sales team's initial assurances and promises of assistance, I have not received any follow-up or support after making the payment. The lack of response and help has made the entire process incredibly disappointing.

Something is awfully wrong with the app. It continuously shows 'Something went wrong there is no internet connection' however everything is fine. I have been using the app for quite some years now and haven't faced this issue. I tried to raise the issue in customer care but the reply was that this is due to the fact that I haven't subscribed to premium plans. Really disappointed, this was not the case before. Anything you click on the app it only buffers for sometime and then gives an error.

Horrible service. I took the silver package from them. Money got debited from my bank but it is not reflecting in the app. Also when I tried to contact the customer service, they tell that they are not from support and ask me to contact another number. I have been trying to reach out multiple times and they cut my call instead of resolving the issue. Horrible service. I am tired of contacting them without any resolution. Horrible service from them once money is debited from your account.

Uninstalled! Buggy as hell with terrible customer service. Had to call them a couple times to resolve the tiniest issues (login, activating a prime plan, getting to connect with property owners, and more). The last straw was when one agent told me to call back after 15 mins to check whether they have resolved the issue. That was it; never using this service again.
