This app is really great. So far in my experience the customer service has been second to none. Courtesy and kindness you don't find much of here in the states these days. 4 stars only because some of the pricing lures you in and then get you with the shipping cost. And the metric system is not something I'm custom too. Other than that if you do your research and know what to look for this is a great savings app for some quality items.

I am new to ordering internationally, and it can be intimidating. This app brings China to you! It's quite amazing. Just do a search for items you were interested in and up will come items and suppliers. From there it's simply a matter of contacting the supplier from within the app itself. I have contact a number of suppliers and have met only great courtesy and helpfulness. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but this is an app I use daily now.

The worst online shopping experience ever. I was ordering a product, make contact with the supplier, receive account on Payoneer, make payment and game over. Supplier canceled the money transfer and money are gone, nobody knows where. At least were only 50$.

Made at least half a dozen inquires as per shipping to Canada. Nobody will even give me an estimate. My guess, way too much. If I'm ever in China, ill open up the app again. Response: I didn't give any advice, I just told you what my experience was, nobody will give quotes for shipping to Canada.

Tried to sign up multiple times, they never sent a conformation code, messaged sellers about their products, they want you to message them outside of the app on WhatsApp, either they don't get back to you, or they say that have to check with the main factory.. Not very user friendly.. hopefully there will be better alternatives. This app seems like a scam, be very careful!

Weirdest app ever, it takes about a month just to order one thing and another month just to get what you ordered. DHgate is much better,everything is priced, and you can order in a second. I wasted a whole week talking to the supplier on this app to get some t-shirts, and they asked for $4 a t-shirt plus shipping.Amazon sells them for $3.50 with shipping. Prices are not cheap, and they waste your time ZERO STARS

Don't believe the price which is shown next to each product, when you click on the item the price doubles, and shipping costs are ridiculous. For what they charge you could send something to the moon. Don't trust my card details on here.

Terrible. Total chaos on the site. Each item has pictures of multiple items with the wrong descriptions and incorrect unrealistic prices. You have no idea which item they are advertising. Any RFQ comes back with gibberish and no information related to the request with of course pictures of multiple similar products. A total scam. Don't send money to any of these prople. A ten year old could do better. Don't waste your time.

Crashes often. "Done" button to close dialogue box doesn't work. App does not allow users to long-press to copy text, which makes answering some vendor questions difficult. Filtering does not allow users to sort results by price or any other helpful parameter. No easy way exists to return to the home screen—if you go down a rabbit hole researching competitive products, you have to click many times to get back home. I find most product videos unhelpful and even confusing.
