Can't receive whatsapp call notification, i have no idea it caused by this app or my smartwatch (watch 9).. I have another smartwatch, cheaper than this one, but it can receive whatsapp call notification 🤔

It's... Something. The app itself is severely lacking, which compliments the software bugs the watch itself has. Can't change sleep tracking times, can't submit feedback because the email is too long, can't uninstall watch faces I install after I decide I don't like them. This could be so good if it was actually functional, but as of right now it's a hard no from me.

Look like non thought generic application used by crossbeats nexus smartwatch. First page itself is advertisement page giving the feeling of unsecure system. Simple feature to see battery level of device is not available on app.

probably help if there's a calendar, pick up calls from whatsapp, also please fix multimedia sound. Everytime the sound always came out from the watch you mest double unchecked to make sound out from phone

latest version 1.5.6 has a new bugs. 1. The call notification and sms notification cannot be received 2. The name of the caller is not displayed while getting the call. I would appreciate if you could address this problems and then this watch will be perfect. Update: Now it is working on 26thFeb2024

Hello..why cant log in using data internet? This app just can log in while use wifi only..difficult to use when im outside activity..please help..

After latest update can't acivate call and sms notifications. After trying to activate it, I'm getting Permision aplication failed, even if all permisions are activated. Everything worked before this update. Also, it would be nice to see emoticons when reading messages and different icons for every app...

I have a problem with arabic langauage , to recieve arabic notifications correctly on smart watch i have to change the whole phone language.

Could be more functions in the app. For example, whatsapp reply or answer from whatsapp. And more other apps that can fit with the watch. All good, but 1 problem is that when i answer the calls while connected to the watch, it keeps vibrating. It's a bit disturbing. I am not sure if it is a bug, but i can't stop it unless the call is off.

Bought watch from ksix website not great doesn't store steps in app everyday and inaccurate also doesn't store sleep too well meant to be a 5 day battery on it don't have it connected to phone much or used to track workouts and lucky to get 3 days off it shocking app too very slow and all adds will look to move back to huawei or samsung again

The app keeps crashing lately and the watch keeps loosing blutooth connection. Maybe with all the updates on our phones it needs an upgrade? Because of constant crashing my samsung wants to put the app in deep sleep for my phone to work better...

You pay for the watch, and is forced to see ads all the time. Pedometer is not accurate. I suggest you let the user enter his or her step length and use this value to calculate distance, number of steps and pace.

App n watch not stable yet..many problem 1. Alarm ON suddenly when in sttg already set OFF 2. Alarm still ringing eventhough all button presses and flip the watch....until 1 min pass then it stop.... 3. Crown n screen sensitivity too sensitive..sometimes screen back/foward nonstop 4. Multimedia sound sudden ON eventhough already OFF 5. Autoconnect failed and disconnect many times eventhough phone background sttg already autostart 6. Many2 more.........

I guess this application is newest one. So there's a few things need to be improve. First of all, please remove the advertisement. It will disturb some other users. Make sure, it will connect continuously to smart watch. Sometimes it will disconnect.

1. Not getting any notifications for WhatsApp 2. Gmail is missing from the apps list 3. App list should be sorted alphabetically, at least. 4. Should show battery percentage of the app. 5. Default Gallery along with Google Photos should be integrated with the app so that watch face image can be selected through albums instead of scrolling endlessly. 6. Automatically disconnects after some time

This app does most all things well, however, could not get SMS notifications to appear on watch. Everything else, good enough for an inexpensive smart watch. Notifications from selected apps, phone calls (with name), all good and that is very positive. SMS - for me is 50% of the function, I really only care about phone call and SMS notification - unfortunately, the SMS notification does not work.
