• Offline Mode - Log in and transact on the app (Send Money, LNM, withdraw and buy airtime only) without having an active data connection i.e., app can be used without data bundles or with data turned off completely.
• My Spend - Allows the user to track their M-PESA spend per month with aggregate and daily average spend displayed on the card on the home screen as well as a more detailed view with transactions broken down by category with the user being able to change their category
• Statement - Review, interact and action your entire M-PESA statement directly on the home screen as well as filter, download and export your M-PESA statement in PDF form
• Receipts - Download and share e-receipts for send money, buy goods, pay bill and withdraw transactions to share transaction information with other users via pdf
• Biometric Authentication - Log in and transact on the app using face or fingerprint authentication without having to enter M-PESA PIN manually every time
• Pochi la Biashara - New transaction type on M-PESA that enables users to send money to the business wallet for micro merchants

The app is good I like it but I may advice on lock saving ,you should lock it permanently for the period of time a person has targeted for instance I have lock of 8 month then I request in 4 month you should not give before maturity that way you will help us develop saving ability because some of us lack patience but if locked permanently for that period will be better

The app is not so bad but the issue is it's one app why should I keep putting my mpesa pin on everything?? opening my app pin opening mali app pin trying to book flight pin🥴🥴 and the apps there it's complicated like minet app I don't know what it is trying to open to read maybe term's and conditions still mpesa pin.am scared to open apps because I might open and my money gone😅 because.how can I understand the apps if all of it needs my mpesa pin??

This app used to be the best I've seen , but since the last update it's been like hell, I've deleted and redownload like 6 times, I still can't use the app, it force closes everytime after inputting password, I hope you guys would do something fast, because its so annoyi

the app keeps closing and giving an error message after 3seconds. "Mpesa isn't responding close app wait" really Terrible especially in the middle of a transaction. Re-installinng the app does not help. Cleared Cache doesn't help either.

Honestly, this is the best app developed by Kenyan developers up to 2023 so far. It's all that one would wish for in a money app. It has integrated nearly all financial services you can ever need, and it runs smoothly even while offline. However, the app has now become problematic. Doesn't load your data, especially statements and other services.

Good app. Hey please could you add option of dark mode. Make the app more customized with setting. You could add a back ground frost glass photos or wallpaper like the I phone way. And option of security for apple to use face id instead of pin. And you could use NFC chip for tap to pay. It will be great. Love you all safaricom.😎😎😜😜💪. Ohh!! farther more you could add a crypto wallet were you can store a digital asset.

Personally I'm enjoying the convenience the app brings. Saved frequent numbers, statement and even confirming the names before making any transactions. However, lately I've been trying to send money to airtel money but I don't get the push notification for mpesa pin. I don't know if it's about the app or safaricom itself, please have a look at it. Overall, I give the app 5 star and highly recommend...

I love this app. It has been working well on my phone, well, except while trying to use it while offline, it becomes slow. However, I have uninstalled this app today because of all the fraud complaints that have been prevailing in the recent past. The ones involving money being debited in your Mpesa account without authorisation and being debited in I&M bank accounts. I genuinely believe that the app is not safe. I have not seen Safaricom address this issue of fraud with seriousness.

With the last update,mpesa app is totally functionless. I used it outside the country, I would send money home and track my transactions. Best of it all was the availability of global pay. Unless one purchases safaricom airtime,abroad!!you can not log in using wifi like it used to be,once you switch from airtime to wifi,-please update identity. You can do better I believe,you have a huge potential IT team.

So far so good. It has made my pay bills simple. Will update more as I use it. App updated early morning, I'm trying to use it at noon and I'm notified it cannot open categories I should uninstall completely and install a newer version. Now this phone is a neon Ray where Safaricom does not allow complete unistallion of mpesa app. Th app cannot run it keeps stopping. This issue was finally resolved, I have updated my rating. 🙌

easiest way to transact and save your common paybipls and till numbers. best part is it's accessible even without data you can also use your phone without having your sim card, therefore, avoiding loosing it or fraud. plus you don't need to use your pin everywhere especially when someone is looking you just use fingerprint sensor. it's so reliable I love it

Everything is swift, Easy and cool apart from the offline feature: it's like story za jaba they have in that offline feature. The application is also quite slow when opening, that biometric phase isn't quite reliable when you are in quick operation.

I have an active account and all the other requirements to sign it (e.g., THE SIM card inserted + data + credits); yet, the app still won't let me sign it after zillions attempts. Evidently, I uninstalled it!!! PS: all this because I switched to a new phone. So, quite a non intuitive app if you ask me.

Multiple Crashes After recently updating. Switching between sections sluggish - forcing the phone to terminate the process (S22U) Ended up just using MySafaricom app which is waaaay easier and more user friendly. At this point i am only keeping the app for Global Pay alone.

I just installed the app, turned off Wi-Fi and turned on mobile data as it said, tried to sign in and got me in a loop every time saying that I needed to validate my account and upon pressing validate account, it went back to the sign in menu. I don't know if it's me or the app bringing issues. (update) I reinstalled and it worked. Thanks!

At first, the app was superb but now it's a big mess and causes delay in case you intend to pay using it. Sometimes it show s "error has occurred, try later ..." Sometimes it just freezes ,you put your password and you're taken back and rounds wasting time it's one of my best apps when making payments because I didn't have to rewrite some of the tills and playbill information since they were kept in the history but now it's fake. I'm tired of relaunching the app, uninstalling and installing

Apart from the data privacy requirements that outlaw the visualization of the entire string of phone number 🔢 transacting, the app in itself serves me well. I don't know whether it's policy or network issues, but I've observed that when connected to competition Wi-Fi, one can't pay bills, withdraw or send money.! I stand corrected. Then we have the booster when current funds are down 👇. Unfortunately during multiple recipients, it doesn't work

Great app so far. Works well, does what its supposed to and the biometrics are very convenient. Enjoying the use so far. Edit: After a few months of good use the app now crashes upon launch everytime. Troubleshooting revealed that it only successfully launches when wifi and data is switched off prior to launching the app. Needless to say it ruins the experience for me. Please look into a solution.

My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The app is plagued by constant hanging issues, which makes it difficult to complete transactions. One of the most significant issues I have faced is the app's inability to function properly. It often freezes or crashes, requiring me to restart the app multiple times to complete a simple transaction. This is not only inconvenient but also embarrassing, especially when trying to make a payment in front of others. Your devs need to do better

The app is good no lie! But you have to understand that not all people their touch screens work well. Their are areas on the screen which aren't accessible. So one has to rotate the screen in order to use the app in the landscape layout. This is just impossible with this app. So I just request for you guys to make this app also accessible in the landscape mode for people like us too! Thanks
