Lush has turned to mush. The app layout first of all is absolutely woeful. If the assignment was to make the user not shop here, they done good. It's buggy, choosing My Account force closes the app 100% of the time. It's very slow. The search facility is funny though. I searched for 'dandruff' to try find the shampoo bars. 1st result back is toothpaste tabs 😂 What have they done 😂

This app is terribly designed. The search sucks, the cart doesn't tell you which items are out of stock, but just says to "review your cart", so you have to search each individual item in the store section to see if it's still available. The 50% off sale link seems to launch a browser window, so items you add to your cart there don't show up in the app cart, even though you launched from the app. Worst. Shopping. Experience. Ever!!!

It is impossible to book a spa treatment, the system shows only 2 dates that are available, when I select a date it won't let me proceed with booking. Also, it shows no dates at all available to book for two people.

Unable to book spa treatments as no matter what date is selected an error message appears saying the session has expired and rebooking is needed. This despite the fact I take less than 30 seconds to select the date and proceed to checkout.

I was able to make a few orders. However, when I recently added things in my basket from the sale which subsequently sold out before I could check out, I have noticed that I can not remove the sold out items so I cannot order anything else until this is sorted out.

I've always loved Lush and was excited to see an app. It's beautifully designed with rich colors and the descriptions you'd expect. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the lack of personalization. I was really disappointed to see that there wasn't a place to login. One thing I always do is save up a wishlist of my fav products for later. But no ability to do that here. I hate to say it but I'll be deleting the app.

Lush has great products but terrible customer service and this app is horrendous. You can't access half of the things you should be able to and it looks like the budget for making the app was $5. The website is no better, I have ordered several hundred dollars of lush products over the last half a year or so and every single purchase has been a nightmare.

No way to login and have items form my wishlist. No option to order for store pickup. Really dislike this "upgrade". Previous app was superior compared to this one. Update: App just keeps getting worse... Cart shows an item count of 5 items, only 3 are visible and cart total doesn't equal the items in it. Click on checkout and now it says there are 4 items and price never changes. I guess I will wait for my next trip when I can visit a store in person. Also can't buy online/pick up in store.

This app is the worst I've ever seen. As other reviews have pointed out, there's no longer a way to view pieces by category (Lush's answer to how to do it doesn't work at all) The search feature is terrible. The home screen is a whole mess of random highlights. The only reason I downloaded it was for Halloween products that were supposed to drop on the 29th. It's the 29th and there's NO HALLOWEEN! What a waste of space on my phone. Please do better Lush.

This app is unshoppable. I will have to use the website to shop now. The shopping experience is so convoluted that it's overwhelming. It seems like the purpose of the app is to be more focused on experiences. If so, that's really cool, but disappointing to lose a really great shopping tool that the previous app was. From what I've explored, the experience portion looks cool and innovative. Not sure why you couldn't have created a different experience app or section on the previous app.

The new update is awful. Now I can't look through normal shopping categories like bath: bath bombs, bubble bars, etc it's just random categories like: some specific collection they are selling, bath bombs (but no category for bubble bars at all), rise bright, sleep tight and easter. Incredibly unhelpful. ALSO you used to easily see the main scent notes in each product, now you have to click and look through the entire ingredients list so you can't even tell what is smell most prominent anymore.

You don't get to save your favorite products anymore. If you want to buy a product that you had on your saved list, you have to go all the way inside the search engine, find it, add it to the cart, and then repeat the process. It becomes a serious pain if you're buying more than one item, when used to be able to just put all your favorites in a saved list. You could just click an add, it made it easier to keep track of all the products you liked so you wouldn't forget anything. :(

They merc'd the old app without so much as an email. Even the old app doesn't twll you it's no longer supported. It just tells you to try again. You send emails more than once a week and one of them couldn't mention the app was no longer supported? Now we have this new one that's terrible and functions less than the website?? Asinine.
