This app is just frustrating I made a deposit since 24 hrs ago till now I haven't seen the money The worst part of it, is that the help button isn't going through. And this is my first time of using this app.😡😡😡😡😡

I started experiencing deposit issues where it constantly times out or simply states "Something went wrong" Got told by the support team that they basically can't help me to which I responded that I'm simply just going to transfer my balance to a different trading platform - they then said that I should just reach out if I have problems with withdrawing. At least I now know that they aren't concerned with user issues or the loss of users.

Very woefully, I'm new. I just downloaded this luno app a few days ago, honestly immediately I'm done registered. I have a trust issue with them, I wanted to trade btc there, but with the trust issue, I said, "Let me send 10$ worth of btc there first and see what happens, just as I expected, after the btc was confirmed it didn't add to my wallet balance, the I chatted customer service up, the lady told me, its went to charges, can you imagine I sent, 10$ worth of btc and it all went to charges

I'm giving a 3 star review as the app is legit and safe to use I have been using it for about 4 years now and no issues when it comes to my money. The 1 issue I have with this app is the referral program. I have had many people join using my link but never not onse did I receive the promise rewards. To make sure I had my colleague join and deposit the so called minimum for us both to be rewarded and what do you know... Nothing...

You just destroyed this app that I trusted so much Why can't you just leave things the way they are I've been having problem with it and it's showing network issue I thought it's my phone till I see the feedbacks on the ratings Infact am deleting, am don with you I can't trust you again I don't know why any thing that crosses the border of this country must turn around to be as useless as the country itself The app was good and very easy to use now you decided to downgrade it instead of upgrade

Fees are way to high on everything,almost fees like robbery. Lose most your money to fees. Sending crpto is also very limited daily and way more expensive than it should be. Also there is no direct contact with luno support. Only useless bots that lead nowhere.

Confusing interface. It is so hard to track how much I have invested. The description will came out differently on the home and wallet button. It is easier to invest using the wallet button rather than the home button

I gave kudos to whoever designed this app,cuz it's been amazing and clear for an amateur trader like me. The only thing that's off is the charges. it's extremely high,both on adding money and buying crypto too,I will advise you to change the funding method to direct bank transfers or cards to minimise these high charges,moreso add more new coin project to it to make it more profitable for the users across the globe 🌎.

Some how the app update by itself, now I could not log in even though the password is saved in the phone. When click on the "forgot password" it asked to check email. The email said to : If you've requested to change your Luno password you'll need to send us a message with a clear, high-resolution colour photo of yourself holding both of the following documents in the same photo next to your face: 1. Your identity document, and 2. A handwritten note with today's date,...is this for real?????

Luno is overall the best trading platform for South Africa,with a smooth interface that beginner's can understands easily,I enjoy the app very much thanks Dev,a have given feedback on a seggestion to get rid of the false deposit notification that appears when you only enter the withdrawal section and don't click on the "I've deposited"button and then boom,there it is,it would be most helpful for luno staff not getting false notifications anymore and for me who doesn't like seeing unnessary stuf

There is no way to really win big honestly or my experience win at all maybe a few cents but that's about it , and when you want to cash out they take a percentage but that's understandable for the company to make money but if you only win cents you basically get out what you put in or much less , I have left money in the app for a while now and it has never raised , I've probably made a 20 cent profit and that's about it , even on great days , my experience has been really poor ..

I am stuck indefinitely on Level 0 - Not verified steps. Cannot even pass the phone number registration. It said phone number already verified and cannot move to the next process. Already email but still no reply from their representative

Crazily enough there way too many withdrawal threshold's, many fees as depending on the money you make or lose. in this instance i invested into a bundle, i saw that it wasn't performing too well and was losing money and wanted to sell the funds. I reached to support and they told me that investing more was the only way to withdraw all the funds. you barely make anything on here either, I've lost way more than I've put into this app. they're just stealing your money at this point.

So here is my experience with this app it's okay and when I mean okay I mean below advantage bitcoin vaule is at 1.35% on this app it's trading at 0. 36% I know they need to make money but how much are they really taking when the trading vaule is so far behind it's true value of a coin. Thus the get 2 and that's it positive side deposits are fast and they alert you not very fast but sufficient, it's very user friendly and if you getting started just watch vaule

I have been using Luno for the past 4 years. Honestly, the app performance is getting worse than ever before. Not to comment about the UI and charting compared to others CEX like Binance, KuCoin, Huobi etc. Their network and server seems like have problems now, the apps is extremely lag especially in the recent few weeks. Change from 1 pair to another pair will take me a minutes or 2, and most of the time was not responding. Force me to keep refreshing or have to kill the app and reopen it.

My worse experience with this app is unspeakable. Someone sent me Bitcoin and it took years to be confirmed to my wallet and before then I lost some many money. One other thing is that the charges very high just to sell your Bitcoin and have it on your local currency. What a useless app😞

If there's zero star I would have gave it to this app, since I open this app I have not be able to do anything with it, please if you are planning to use this app be ready to face inconvenience! you may not be able to use the app, I can't even deposit, it almost a week now it just saying "sorry for the interruption we are not able to upgrade your verification level" developers please do something about your app.

Unable to set up my account. It keeps on sending me an annoying notification that, because of security this and that, that my account has been logout for security reason after different stages of setting of my account. It is annoying

App sucks,I have never been in a app that so openly steal your money,than in this one! I wanted to change the bundle I bought to buy individual crypto's,but they want to charge me the same amount of money I have in my account just to switch from their one plan to another! I can understand that you will be charged a fee to withdraw money,but just to change it, doesn't sound very good to me! In actual fact, it sounds vompletely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will not make a profit on Luno wallet, have had this wallet for years now and lost a lot of money, it is only to store your BTC and do transfers and payments, not to trade. When you transfer money into the wallet and buy a coin Luno takes their percentage out first and your investment does not reach an amount that shows you a profit to withdraw, if I could Zero Star rating i would give this app, dont waste your money with this app...
