This app isn't bad. Can't do a same day cancel from the app. Also if you do a no show, you're charged for a whole day. Ended up taking my bag to the place for 15 mins just to avoid any penalties. Used the Bounce app the day before with great success. Should've stuck to that one. Also payment done through this app goes through Holland for some reason. My bank got a workout trying to fight those potential fraud attempts.

Recommended by our airbnb host during our travels. LuggageHero were unclear about the storage details prior to booking, we assumed the storage would be some sort of automated locker system. Turned out the storage locations are random brick and mortar shops. Booked at 11.16, cancelled 11.42 upon arrival as we felt at unease leaving our bags with the store. LuggageHero charged us 5€ per bag, we went to a hotel instead. Good idea of a service, terrible execution and poor facility quality control.

Very misleading. They show you a cheap price while searching. But completely different pricing when you actually go ahead and try to book. They need to be clear and transparent with pricing from the beginning. Not gonna use it again.

Cancelation fees are more than the booking fees. So you might as well open and close your booking and take the service fee hit. Sadly you're making it look like their service was successful. Also only booked one bag and they charged for two. You try bringing it up with customer support and it immediately shuts the conversation down with the "policy" link. I don't recommend this service if you're looking to enjoy your day.

Worked perfect. Person in charge did not speak English but it was not an issue. Storage area was clean and under supervision. Would use it again without a doubt.

Our luggage was kept in a restaurant. It may seem unorthodox, but the gentleman was very polite. We were satisfied.

Didn't allow me to take a picture of my luggage so I couldn't mark the timer as started, then automatically charged my card for 6 hours worth of time.

Horrible service. They booked our luggage into a train station whose luggage facility was closed. I called the help number and got an answering machine in France (we were in Spain) They charged 5 euros a bag to cancel for a service we couldn't use. I will have the last laugh since I blocked the charge. We ended up using stasher and it worked great.

Horrible service, I booked a luggage storage which was impossible to find, cancelled service without using it, and they charged me 21.30€ for nothing..

Very friendly and helpful luggage host. Not suitable for very heavy luggage or people with mobility issues as steep and narrow stairs to get to storage room.

First and last use. Booked and put our luggages while visiting london british museum. Associated shop SOUVENIR scam my husband while taking back our luggage via asking for cash payment when timer stop while payment had already charged to my credit card. Reported to support and support ask for cash payment proof which they definitely did not provided. Give feedback review and my review can't be shown to the associated shop review inside app so review for the shop is fake inside the app.

They never stopped the timer. Charged me double the price it was supposed to be and won't refund. Want ridiculous proof that they were picked up early. Like call the store that works for you. Why is it my responsibility. The problem did eventually get resolved.

Horrible. App does not have any contact information and took us to a wrong location. When cancelling your booking, it still charged us $10.

The app wouldn't take a photo to check in our luggage and then we were charged a no show fee. Gave the app permissions to camera on more than one phone, same issue.

Cancellation fee is a robbery. The app arbitrarily choses a location too far away from you, and when you realize and try to cancel it, it changes you a fee that is more than the booking charge itself.

I definitely recommend leaving your luggage here. The staff are friendly, my luggage has been safe and secure all day. I even forgot to lock one of my cases! But no issues. Great location, nice smart venue on a main road and they let me use their WiFi. 10/10

Deceptive practices used to suggest that prices are reasonable. E.g. cost is shown as 'from £2 per hour', but with extra service charge, insurance, tips, it costs more than double that! The hotel where I dropped my bag off had a sign allowing non hotel guests to leave luggage there for £6per day. I should've just not used this app!

If I could go lower with this rating, I would. Due to an error with using the app, I accidentally managed to reopen an old booking and complete it (as if I stored my luggage there for almost 2 months), incurring a charge in excess of $1000. I've been working with customer service to try to resolve this for the past 24 hrs (ongoing) while the pending charge is tied up with the bank. I do NOT recommend
