I wish that you'd loosen up the coins on the pick your forture games. I always seem to have to buy more tickets just to try to win the first game. Trying to win the next three games, take ALL the tickets that were won on the first game.

I used to so love this game, played it for years,i have report tó support team that i can no longer open this game on my mobiles and that was 0n 27th of feb. They have ask for a snapshot of the problem but what would a snapshot of just the icon of the game on my menu do. I have given up. Gone to pot.bye ags interactive.

Let me just say they have a lot of my favorite slot machines like royal reels but the wins are ridiculous I have spent over 200 dollars on chips and it hardly ever hits anything I have contacted customer support several times but they always say there isn't any issues with the game yeah ok whatever 🤣 and occasionally they give me free chips but not much and this game never wins so don't even waste real money buying chips cause you won't hit anything he'll I do better at the real casino 🤣

I have been playing with u for 5 yrs. Lucky plate is the only online casino game that I have installed on my phone I play it a few times a day I love it fan for life 1 okay here we are many many years later I haven't been on this game app for approximately 4 years no maybe 3 years now just I had gotten a phone that didn't really support that game on it so I had to sacrifice not having my favorite Casino tournament app and now we are reunited again

I enjoyed the games so very much.Been playing them for a long time. But it's got where it pops off when ever ot wounds to.Ive Uninstaller it and reinstalled it. still doing it.Ill probably stop trying before long. It's a headache to keep trying

This app does have nice AGS games when it works. This app let's you get in and play some of the game you choose. After a few spins the app crashes and kicks you off the app. The app would be a good one when they get it fixed

constant glitches. i lost over 10 billion coins and scratch cards and tickets. when customer service was contacted, they were no help. they made the case resolved without replying and i got nothing. and so i deleted by the game. the screen freezes quite ofter.

What a pathetic waste of money! It lets you win some on the initial free chips. Then, once you lose all that, you have to buy chips. As if it's not bad enough that you have to pay real money for "chips", then they tighten it up where it's harder to win. Those chips you just paid $4.99 for will be gone in no time. Total rip off.

Favorite slot game but keeps closing on me. have to go into playstore to open it. Been having a problem with my daily spins for about a week. Get an error reliad game notice and ive reloaded it but still get the same thing and its aggravating!

WHY ARE YOU CHARGING TO GET SUPPORT?? Very disappointed!! Your game is going down hill first I couldn't brag enough about it but lately I have encountered many problems. buy tickets to play in events. You claim easy to win.WRONG! it's not . And now in order to talk to support you have to go thru PayPal??? What's up with that?? Also why aren't the games registering wins? really unhappy with your game. playing bingo and you never get a win, yet same people get it over and over and over again. strange when you play any denomination you have the same players yet they are playing lower denominations than you, yet they win big. I think that there is something crooked going on. Going to uninstall. sort out your games

You either need to fix your app or take it off it is not working you open it up it shuts right back off and closes Some of us really like to play it but it won't stay going all the time cut itself off and won't reload where you can play it why don't you just fix it

I downloaded this and other ags interactive games on my new phone. It is really slowing during spins. Inset the phone down during a bonus of five free spins because it takes that long to get through five spins. I contacted tech support and they suggested checking the memory on my phone or reinstalling the app. None of which would work.

frequent interrupted for network error or shut down for maintenance! several times a day! It seems to happen when I am winning! 3/19/19-down for "maintenance " 3 times in less than 4 hours! Everytime I was winning! If I could get Royal Reels on another app, I would do so.

App freezes and doesn't give you points won when it is a big win. Also it will freeze when you buy points and does not give you your purchased points or your money back. Even when you contact support several times. They do not contact you back. It is fun to play though.

Royal Reels is my favorite to play you just can't get anywhere even if you keep buying chips just seems to get worse then wants you to buying more. Bad payouts ever. I just paid $10.00 for credits from the safe. I never got free spins, kings only 3 horses & cups. I thought I would try again but it just takes it all right away once you start buying any chips at all over and over then it just won't let you play

What is going on with this app? It has seriously became absolutely rediculiose. Major issues that seems not to get resolved for the past month. Sure you can send a tech report. ( If ) they response the will give you some free coins to play while they work to resolve the problems. That's all good if the app would stay open long enough to be able to play instead of closing out every few seconds. If you can't fix the problems take it down.
