It's funny, even the 5 star people give this game a bad review. What's crazy is that this was the first casino app that I downloaded. I thought it was great until I couldn't win anymore, so I tried other casino apps. And I realized that I need to delete this one. The people who made this app needs to realize to keep players, you need them to play the game. Keep players interested and they will buy chips. Don't allow them to play and they move to one of 100 other casino apps. Like I did.

i like playing this game, however, bonus are hard to come by to keep you playing. Nice selection of games. payouts are very small for high bets. really dont like the reels in a row bonuses games, any bonuses on any line should get you a bonus.

I like this game but it can't load up at first it would load up right. But the game part will not load up it would just shut off completely I thought it was my phone but I try on 3 different phones and it's still like that you guys should fix it what ever the problem is

Errors during bonus spins happened several times. Game player for several years, paying customer and they will not fix this issue. I've sent support tickets and I have either been told it didn't happen or they'll credit 500k but it doesn't show up.

Horrible Odds-DO NOT SPEND $$ This game makes winning nearly impossible, if you buy coins or not. Notifications will say Post/Comment on Facebook Get Free Gift/Coins. Never received anything. They have a casino near my city, and very similar in odds. At first, you'll hit decently. I went from 100k to 25mil. Then, while selecting bet on a game, my millions went to a few thousands.. Also, the game crashes often especially on weekends, or when on the very rare winning streak. Waste of time & $$

They start you with$30,000 I only got 1 feature and ran outta money and most of the games are locked so what's the point, going to delete this game. If this represents the casino in Arkansas I won't be going there either! ( After reading their response to others with reviews like mine I have to say, I go to casinos all over the country and I win much more then I did on this casino game so 🤷♀️)

I loved this game and played it constantly. They did a big update and now it barely works anymore. I can't even play my favorite game anymore. 6/17- They responded to my complaint and want me to do a support ticket but the support feature within the game doesn't allow for written complaints. it is simply FAQ. They can't even get support right.

Been into slots for a while, now. Things seem to have mellowed out for now. Will continue to update as necessary. I think the hesitation on the Jackpot Inferno slot needs to slow down a little bit. There's not quite enough torture involved, yet, in waiting for it to decide where to stop. We're still being fooled into thinking that we might, actually, win something. Check for glitches in your games, when inquired about them, instead of trying to smooth things over for Review Readers.

It stopped opening up. Said I was on a "new" device, which I wasn't. Tried uninstalling and installing. It took my 1,000,000 + credits and started me over !! It is now permanently uninstalled! I played in this app for several months with no issues ! Cost me $9.99 for my last chip purchase, only to be taken away !!! I'm done !!

Roulette is rigged to take your money on large bets. Many times have gone on streaks of not hitting red/black for 20+ numbers. Going 20+ spins, not hitting the first 12. Just refuses to hit a bet for long runs, especially when you increase bets to try to get back money. Did 36 spins and no 0/00 when bet on. The more you increase, the more you bet on a spot, and the less liky it will hit.

Its ok. But need more wins. Good variety of games. I like the trivia, but it seems to crash alot.... Well, it doesn't crash anymore cuz it's gone! That was a fun game! Also, you took away a few of my favorite slots. I don't care for aLot of the new ones you have now. So, I uninstalled. Thanks anyway.

Started out as a fun game but then the BS started. Freezes all the time especially during pick n play. I have to go out and come back in after the pic n play. They take so long to load u run out of time. Freezes when you're watching the ads for more coins. Watch the ads but don't get the reward. Started out winning at a relatively fair rate and then the more you play or bet, it starts eating up your coins. The daily bonus games usually end up costing more to achieve than you receive in a bonus.

OK let's start off by saying I run 4 other apps on Roulette. As soon as you bet heavy 5k and above. You start loosing and I mean huge. Having hit 11 reds vs black in arow .Not Just once but 4 separate times in 3 hours. There is obviously the ability to tweak the program to cheat the player. I will never recommend this game. I use these programs to try out different systems of play. I will run all systems to see what the diffrences are. I keep 3 systems then I go to the casino.

I broke my phone and had to get a new one. I reinstalled this app and logged in using my same credentials but the game has reset me to level one! I have been playing for years, had access to the Jackpot Lounges and was on a level in the triple digits. I have visited Southland Casino several times, called numerous times and no one can help me restore my game back to the level I was on nor restore my coins. Pleade assist me. It has been months trying to get this resolved.

It lets you win and doesn't take the winnings right back you can play with it for a while But....that was in the beginning,,now after playing for awhile the results are the same as all other apps the games quit winning anything to the point of losing it all this app is for lovers don't spend your money here go feed a homeless person or something instead.

Fun to play but I wish it gave credits for real items in the Casinos. The app Pop Slots! gives you credits that you can use to purchase real things for Las Vegas casinos such as free stays, free dinners even helicopter rides. I have enough of their credits for a 2 day cruise that I'll probably never use because it's so far away. If you could incorporate this feature into your app I would play non-stop. You could earn credits to use on free rooms, money off a room, free meals or casino credits.

I have played several casino apps and this one is really great! All of the games in the app play well and have an excellent layout. It seems very user friendly. The graphics are some of the best I've seen in this type of app. My only issue is the trivia game isn't ready. I hope it opens soon! Overall, I highly recommend this app. It is easy to play and a great time killer.
