loading.... log in... loading.... then loading again .. keeps pushing that in game purchase that says the offer will be permanently be gone but its still there EVERYTIME! then while arranging cards you will be cut off then loading.... log in.... loading again... check history you had bad arrangement?! too laggy most of the time and oh yeah fcuk Edge Nguyen!

the scoring makes no mathematical sense. similar games (let it ride or Caribbean stud) give more value to your primary hand(s) with the 3 card hand worth significantly less. you can get 2 full houses in this game as your back hands and lose money if one person has a pair up top with a multiplier. flushes are not won by the highest card but rather by which suit that they have decided is worth more than the others. but worst, they allow you to pay diamonds to swap out cards!!!

i was playing to a person. He always have multiplier. And i found the guy on facebook his latest upload was way back 2018. That means. This game is using someones acct. Profile but is only a bot in the game. I tried messaging the person on facebook but no reply. Sending that person a mail almost every day.

To complicated to play and the timing is to fast to set your cards and it doesn't explain how you supposed to get the gems just to play the level I guess it's like all the other games that trying to ripped people off 2 thumbs down!!

Great game just need to give players more time at start cause if anyone has a lucky 13 It stops everyone right then and you could be in the middle of arrangements and it gives u a bad arrangement and thats not fair cause we was arranging when system stopped us so it shouldn't be able to give a bad arrangement score!

After watching videos to get free gems, it says theres an error and you dont get the gems. so you waste your time and get nothing in return and I've done it multiple times and get the same result.

The game was fun having the chance to control how you win and decide based on the cards you have is awesome however not having the option to arrange your cards after someone having lucky 13 is not fair.Because even after they have the hand lock we still get compared to other players. I suggest to finish the timer then show the lock rather than stopping other players from fixing there cards. Also increase the time from 30 change 30 arrange to 30 chang and 60 arrange

Have room for improvement. Game tutorial is way too basic, does not clearly explain the impact missions have on your card arrangements. Zero explanation of interface and players have to figure out what is what. Like the starting arrow things.. Zero idea what it does. Do not purchase gems. They will force you to use them up without letting you know. No clear explanation of where the gems could be spent at, or what game function will utilise your gems automatically without informing you.

This version of 13 card poker is WEAK. It makes you lose hands by arranging your cards wrong. It always lags and the delay shortens the time you have to complete your hands, forcing you into "bad arrangements." Developers of this game need to fix all kinds of aspects. I'm disappointed overall in this cr"app"!

there are some rounds when you perfectly placed your cards, then suddenly it says bad arrangement and shows you a completly different arrangement not what you just did and of course you lose a lot since you have to pay all three and double downs edit: I sent message through contact us, contact gm which is through facebook messenger. they haven't replied yet. Just "seen" but no response at all

I also give this game 1star due to complication. Development team need to sort out how the cards are set. Suggestion: all 13cards should be set in line then players should be able to see what cards they have to put in place. You put all 13cards in 3 random section from the start, it's soo confusing to sort out. Guys fix this and I guarantee players won't be rating this 1*

A very good and addictive game. I would've given this a 5 star but due to the many bugs it has, I'll give it a 3. For e.g, while I was playing, it would log out on many occasions and by the time I log back in, the timer has ran out and I end up with a bad arrangement. lost many times on these occasions ☹

The system is flawed. If there's similar hands (two flushes, for example) it'll go to the person with the higher suit, not the person with the next highest card, like in actual poker. For example, if your flush has a 9 of hearts as the high card, you'll end up beating a flush with a King of clubs, which is ridiculous. If the scoring system was better and it didnt cheat, then this would be a better game.

Gameplay is good. It would be nice to have the option to stay at the table, it's annoying to have to switch tables after every hand. Most importantly is the error in hand rankings. AK963 flush lost to Q9643 flush. Makes no sense, unless all flushes are equal, all straights are equal, etc., and they pay by position. If so then that is illogical, cards are ranked for a reason.

Fun game! Rules are slightly different but once you understand them it's fun and makes you think under pressure. The rules also change as you get into higher levels. Sometimes the losing streak is crazy I went from 75 million to less than 10 million pretty quick and had a very low winning percentage. I even used multipliers and 2 card changes with no wins. Over all still fun and a good way to kill time.

Too many issues that need to fix... 1. First, bad arrangement for most of the time when someone has Lucky 13 cards. 2. Change card - sometimes not able to select the card you want to change. As a developer, try to fix function on selecting a card and dragging card. 3. Deduction of gems if you dont have anymore free change card or free chips multiplier. Suggestion to auto-reset when there's no more free change card or chips multiplier. 4. Waiting too long even tables already have four players. 5. Table taxes should be deducted on grand winner and not on runner ups.

This is 13 card but with some ridiculous options like being able to swap cards out for different ones,double down after seeing you cards never seen so many hands with 4 of a kind and straight flushes in the middle and bottom hand . other rules like when players have matching hand or higher card it will come down to the higher suit and not the next highest card. if some gets an automatic when it doesn't give you time o set your hand
