Interesting game, not too difficult. Unfortunately pretty short, I completed it in about an hour (with lots of multitasking and pausing to text) and the game is separated into 2 more parts which need to be paid for, which..sadly I'm not interested enough to pay for what's probably only another hour or two of gameplay. Would have been different if it was all condensed in one app, I was just put out finishing and going to download the others only to see it basically locked behind a paywall.

A lovely game with free clues and excellent atmosphere. However, after I played only a little bit of the game, it paused itself and gave me a choice: I could either give it a review or have to click the sentence "I don't care about you or your game, just let me play." Listen, I've hardly played it enough to review it-- why jump to the conclusion that the player doesn't care?

Once I got to the drawbridge portal, I couldn't return to the game. It was stuck on a prompt to purchase additional chapters! No thanks! With so many free play games out there, why would I purchase the additional chapters when I wasn't even given a good gaming experience. I usually give good ratings for games, but the developer seems a little greedy.

So glad I took the dive. I bought the whole trilogy (they worked their butts off and the game is beautiful with no ads. stop demanding free labor.) And I'm glad I did! I cried but I found myself looking forward to playing it every night. They blend Greek myth with Narnia and Dali. Trippy stuff! Some of the best puzzles in a game because they were challenging enough to be fun, but they actually made logical sense unlike almost every other puzzle game out there. Support the team that built it.

Tease Game: sucks you in and asks for money to get around Play Pass not charging. This game is only chapter 1 of a larger game, you have to buy game 2 and 3 to finish the story. NOT in game purchases, nor a stand alone game. Just chapter 1. Sorry, my pet peeve is dishonesty. Rip off & shouldn't be in Play Pass list. I actually might have liked it if it didn't feel like a sleezy grab for my wallet. Just slap a price on it and ask us to pay up front, no tricks. Give each a reasonable ending.

The description says "Game is free - ABSOLUTELY FREE," but it doesn't say that what's free is the first few chapters, and to play the whole game you have to buy Part 2 (which they don't tell you about until you finish Part 1). I'm getting really disgusted with these underhanded tactics by game developers. If you're going to charge people to play, just say so up front!

First off the game is slightly challenging and its, in my opinion, put together well. However, to play the rest of the game you have to download another app that you have to pay for? RIP OFF... just another dev giving us a teaser to then suck money out of us just to finish the game. However, the controls were easy to use and I had no problems.

Fun, dark, beautiful $6 game. First couple levels are free, have to purchase parts 2 and 3 for about $3 each. Unlocks a bunch more levels, worth it. Puzzles are mostly fun, although there was a few points where things didn't quite make sense so you might need to use a hint or two. Hints were free as far as I'm aware, just on a timer so you dont just hint through the game. Recommended for puzzle gamers and those who like dark and surreal art/stories.

I wanted to give this game 5 stars. I love the puzzles. They make you think but are not so hard that it makes the game no fun. I am extreemly intrigued by the story line. The artwork is beautiful and the game runs smoothly. However. You get a little into it and you must pay for the next set of levels. And until you reach that point in the game you have no warning about having to pay to get farther. Not cool when you are told it's a free game. Then you can see theres a level 3. You must pay. 😢😖

Disappointed that this is just a demo. The app developers make it seem as though they are doing us a favor by offering 4 chapters for free but it takes no time at all to finish the free part and then we are prompted to download and pay for Lucid Dream 2. I will say, however, that I couldn't give this less than two stars because the graphics are quite amazing, the storyline is creative and the puzzles are challenging but it was over far too soon for the amount of storage that it uses.

I'm giving this only 2 stars for mainly one reason: it is NOT FREE. Even the Google editors choice notes say it's free. There's a part 2 and a part 3 (in different apps) that are $3 each. The game is good but it's not $6 good. Some of the puzzles seemed impossible to figure out (only 2 or 3 in all 3 parts combined). I do think saying it's free is incredibly misleading.

Short but very sweet. Love the music, the darkness, storyline and artwork but it was just a chapter basically. After about 10 mins of game play (games over by then) it asks if you'd like to get Lucid 2 for 2.99. Seems a bit steep considering it will probably take just 10 mins to complete. Bring the price down or release all the chapters together for the low price of 2.99 but it is an awesome game.

It is a beautiful game but you should be up front about how your chapters work. (For potential shoppers: this, the first third, is free to play, but if you want to finish the game, the next two apps are $3 each.) I intentionally play free games for a reason. Disappointing that I can't afford to finish the game, and now I will know to never download an app from this company again. Future revenue lost.

Really Interesting Game!! Far outside the norm. If you are looking for something more than the usual "Time Killer" which seems to be the criteria by which games are judged, this seems to be a good one to check out. Creepy but not over the top. Asked a little early in the game to rate it but hey...If it stays on this track, I see no reason not to rate a 5/5 if for no other reason than originality and execution. Not a normal clue finder either. Really worth the download and your time.

Lucid Dream is super fun and unique! I got sucked into the game almost instantly! It has fun levels that make you think and there are many interesting characters! The only thing that is a little less enjoyable is the lack of levels. After you play about 4 levels you have to buy more levels. I can understand why but I wish there were more free levels! Other than that it was a great game! I definitly suggest playing if you like games that require thinking and exploring.

This game... man this game. The thing is: LD1 it's free but LD2 and LD3 are $2.99 each. But IT IS AMAZING. The story, the graphics, the underlying themes and the puzzles. A simple VERY well made game. It captured me right away with the mental disease and sense of loss from a child's POV, and the puzzles are just hard enough to keep me entertained and at a loss sometimes. Loved the artistic references too. It took me about 5 hrs to complete it, but it was damn worth it in my opinion.

It's true the game is beautiful, but they need to tell you up front, you only get 4 free levels. After that you have to pay for adventure 2, followed by making you buy adventure 3. Makes no sense to do it in 3,other than tricking people. Like why not just charge one fee for the whole game. Considering I have to buy 2 more games to even finish the story, I guess I'll never know how it ends.

Fantastic storyline and beautiful artwork. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because of the shady pricing. $2.99 only gets you about 10 minutes of the game. The rest of the game is broken up into parts 2 and 3 (also $2.99 each), which are much longer than part 1 and have a much better story. It would be much better if the entire game joined in one app and for a single price of around $5.

This is really just a demo. Two quick chapters for "free" to get you interested and pay for the next six chapters. The story is interesting and I love the surrealism, but the game play is terrible. It often takes doing the same action multiple times to get something to happen, so you think your doing something wrong and spend too much time wandering around looking for another clue that doesn't exist. Go back and try for the fourth or fifth time and suddenly it works. Not worth paying.

This is a decent game. Graphics and music are nice, as is the overall game play and story. The problem is that the game is broken in three completely different apps, each sold separately. This is an odd concept for a mobile game. Maybe it's a size issue or that you can hide the "in-game purchases" label, but just have everything in one app, with in-game purchases. The first game by itself is too short. I was able to solve all of it in under 30 minutes or so, except for the issue below. Everything you can interact with in the game has an indicator on it, except for one (the owl puzzle). It's in a shadowy place, and impossible to tell that there is something there, please fix this.
