My biggest issue right now (admittedly small, but really frustrating) is that since videos have been added they will always auto play and pause any sound my phone is currently playing, even if the video on LTK has no sound. There are no options to turn off auto-play or to at least auto-mute so as to not interrupt apps in the background playing sound. I just want to listen to some music while I scroll! Please fix this!

its such a great idea, but the app just isnt there yet. Most screen shots do not work. If it does work it has to be an instagrammer that is connected to like to know it, its not just any screen shot. However, most of those do not work either. Also, it drains my battery. its constantly "waiting for screenshot" so its a battery killer that doesnt do what it says.

Great idea, irritating app! It takes ages to load and the buttons don't work half the time. You cannot switch between folks you follow easily and good forbid if you need to find something you saved! If you landed to save which also doesn't work half the time. I love browsing it but I am increasingly reducing my time on it because the UI/UX is so bad.

Updates: it seems to have been fixed and now works fairly well. Initial review: I wanted to get the app because I love the desktop website. Downloaded and tried to log in, but there was an error and it immediately logged me out. Confirmed my password and tried again. Same thing. Tried again another day. Same thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing. I wanted to like this but it's beyond non-functional.

Edited my review from 5 stars to 2 on 8/1/22. I've had this app for years and loved it until the past few months. Now the app can barely function. It either takes an extremely long time to load or just never does. Going from IG to the app never works. I've noticed the more they increased the app's capabilities, the slower and worse it has become.

Haven't had any problems until about a week ago. It lets me add my photo, caption and add products but as soon I hit post, it crashes/closes. I've tried posting as a scheduled post too and still have the same issue. I have forced stopped and cleared cache on the app, rebooted phone and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still crashes. My phone is up to date as well as the app. I'm at a loss for what to do next. Pixel 7 pro

Used to love this app but now it's more hassle than anything. Doesn't match my screenshots anymore, and after a few auto-updates on the play store, I end up needing to reinstall the app because it starts to lag when I try to view the posts of influencers that I follow (the ones I don't follow, it loads the posts right away) - I had gotten customer support help on this earlier this year, but seems like they still haven't fixed whatever causes this to happen, as I just had to do it again for the 3rd time this year. I keep it so that I can browse the photos on the app... But PLEASE make it easier to use and less buggy! Also, having to open this app before Insta is dumb, and still doesn't work with my screenshots! As is the annoying "looking for screenshots" notification in my notification panel that I can't figure out how to hide without hiding all notifications from this app.

Update: it's fixed... Ish. It doesn't glitch but it definitely doesn't group by sale items or newest. Great idea, bad execution. The favorites section never works correctly. It always starts over any time you scroll down so I can't see anything but the first 15ish things. I've let them know through email and they're working on it. I'll change my rating to a 5 when it's fixed.

So buggy. It has so much potential, but the user experience makes it harder for user to spend more time in the app. The app often stopped working and quit out of nowhere. When I switch app and switch back to ltk it resets instead of taking me to where I was. Everytime I click on a post and go back it'll default me to input on the search bar, and i have to close my keyboard. Small things like these adds up and interrupts the exp to the point I get super annoyed and close the app instead.

After the most recent update, the app no longer loads on Android. It just spins and spins and spins. All that ever loads is a blank white screen. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. I've tried to force stop with no luck. Nothing fixes the issue. I used to use this app almost every day and now I can no longer use it. With the amount of negative reviews quickly stacking up, you think the app developers would fix the issue ASAP, but that has yet to happen. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!

Great idea, terrible execution. The app crashes after you try to follow people, open up posts, or save links. Sometimes it doesn't load at all, other times it freezes. It's a poorly made app with tons of bugs and features that don't work. I love the concept and want to save my list of items I wanna purchase from Target and other stores but simply find this app broken.

Ok, I do love this app. I have used it for years. But in the past few months it has been terrible. Sometimes it won't load fully. The search function is not great either. If it does pull up your search, it easily clears itself and you have to start over. The functionality needs to be improved. Uninstalling & reinstalling to see if that fixes it.

UPDATE: Now the app barely even loads at all. You can search profiles, or try to browse, but will wait forever for anything to load. Used to love this app, but it doesn't even work anymore! PLEASE go back to linking this with "likes" rather than using screen shots! After the new update, I'm not a fan of this app. It's INCREDIBLY inconvenient to have to go into my gallery and delete tons and tons of photos that are now stored on my phone. Not to mention, half of the items I screen shot don't even show up in the app, then I have to go hunt for it. Great idea, poor execution.

This app has potential . . That's all it has. I have installed and uninstall it 3 times through out 2021. Everytime I get excited to use it, and everytime it does not work. The app does not load. I have not been able to try the app, and it seems like even through out the year with all the updates, LTK can not get their app to work correctly. I'm deleting the app after this review. I might try it again in a few months . . But that's a huge might.

It wasn't a huge deal that they switched to screenshots instead of likes to get products, but since switching from Apple to Android this app has been more trouble than it's worth. I have to screenshot an image 3 or 4 times before it populates on my app. And sometimes I have to open the app then screenshot two more times before the image populates. It's just not worth the hassle anymore.

I recently switched from iOS to android and am disappointed that many of the features available on iOS are not available on android. My favorite was the wish list. My experience on this app since switching has left me screenshotting specific clothing items and saving them to a folder on my phone, which defeats one of the main purposes of the app.

It's still one of the worst apps. It is frustrating! It will work fine for a while, and then it JUST STOPS WORKING, even after updates, uninstalling and downloading again. YES! Worst app ever. It still takes forever to load and then it keeps showing the same few items over and over as I scroll. Ugh, then it only shows 1 to 2 of who I am following. I've lost patience with this app. Why?! This app is down entirely too much. I can open it, but it doesn't load... It is NEVER consistent.
