Not good. The app worked for about a week and won't even open now or let me download it again. The doorbell motion detector sent a picture notification every few seconds, so had to turn off notifications. So now the doorbell rings and that's it. Pointless to have a video doorbell and not be able to use it. Very disappointed.

Smart radiator valve triggers heating only if the temperature is 4 degrees lower than the temperature set for radiator. It makes it impossible to keep more or less stable room temperature. Looks like a software bug that makes a good device unusable. Also, the groping feature is not working: a group from 2 radiator valves show me -20C current temperature, and when I tried to switch it to 'boost', it didn't stop.

The app is very unresponsive. Sometimes I need to press the buttons more than 10 times just to execute one command. Its widget is pretty useless since "Tap to Run" shortcuts disappear after not using the app for a while and reopening the app or executing commands from the widget takes ages. I would like this brand to get software support from Samsung Smart Things and I want to be able to use voice commands through Samsung's voice assistant Bixby.

Hi Action/LSC. How about making your devices connect to each other locally via LAN? ... everything connected through cloud requires internet connection, so for example a solar security camera outside home becomes useless. What a wasted opportunity. Also, cloud server can be switched off at any time, rendering all devices useless. Please fix!

Sometimes works fine sometimes is a nightmare to use. When ur lamp is connected it will work fine for 99% of the time unless ur internet is down. But to connect a new lamp had been a nightmare for me, it took me a full hour to set it up, turns out the lamps only support 2.4Ghz wifi signal, while I have a small appartment only use the 5Ghz. So I had to turn on the 2.4Ghz signal JUST for 2 lamps....

Works okay ish. Worked perfect for my LED strip, but with the power plug it seems a bit buggy. I can't turn off the indicator light (while there is an option for this in the app) but it just doesn't work. Now my whole room is lit up by just the power plug. Could you please fix this?

i purchased the tablet to see my camera feed on a big screen but it always shows the small like in mobile , it cannot rotate to the orginal size of tab but shows as a mobile inside the tablet. is there a fix for this?

Almost everyday the app gets disconnected from the lamp and it requires to add new device. Annoying.

I found this app and devices just by chance in an Action store. The app is easy to use, it's easy as well registering devices and making automations. So far, I'm using it only with WiFi lamps and I can say it works well. But what I remarked is that since a while it seems no longer possible creating coloured scenes to be activated by automation and I don't know why.

Not sure why all these reviews are negative. The LCS products are dirtcheap and work almost as well as products 4-5 times the price. Setting up the app and connecting all devices was quick and easy. Everything easily paired with Google Home aswell. The built-in automation is a 10/10. Haven't had a single issue with pairing, connectivity or latency. The only things that may be of concern could be high energy usage and long-term reliability. Not sure about data-collection.

Nice app, it does exactly what it needs to do, turn lights on and off and change the colour and brightness, I do have two issues with it, first being that it's a bit slow to open (but that could just be my phone) and that it always has a banner at the top to "set your home location" which I dont want to do, and when you start it up it will first have the button for your light at the top and when the banned loads in it will shift it downwards, so I used to accidentally press on the banner a lot.

I love it....got 2 camera's and some wifi bulbs. 3 stars because to reset bulbs you have to switch on and off 3 times and that's the problem. Electricity in my area blinks at least once a month and resetting most of the bulbs. Will be good idea to change the software with resetting...on.off...at list 5...6 times or more...

The only thing this app achieved is making me frustrated by how stupid this software is coded. Plus some devices, that use their own software aren't even updated. So it's a buy and hope your product still functions after a x amount of time. It's shamefully how bad this works and is maintained. But hey what do you expect from a Chinese product. That probably even sells your data as well.

Wont connect to the stupid a60 lamp. It just keeps saying "connecting to (1) device(s)" then 1 minute later it says that it couldnt connect

Does the job but I find the settings too basic. It's too bad because the products are really good for the price and with a better app and settings you could easily replace other brands. Only 3 mode for light intensity in ambilight mode (it's not in percentage like other modes) and the strangest choice in my opinion is that you can't tell the app that you went all around the TV with the LEDs and not just the two sides and the top, it's not harder to code I don't understand why it's not there.
