The app is broken again and doesn't open. Just sits there with the circular arrow spinning. Seems like this happens about once a month and then an update comes out and it works for a few weeks and then it's back to not opening again. Menards app just always works and opens quickly. Lowes, you need to get this resolved once and for all.

I never write app reviews. Making an exception for this. App has been broken for a week or two now. Search works maybe 1 out of 10 times. Eventually it thinks it has no network connection and stops working completely. The latest update has not fixed the issue. Really disappointing that a huge company like Lowe's has let such a major bug fester in production for so long.

Can't add receipts to pro account to get credit for purchases and rewards. Home Depot let's you in their app. An ad pops up for another Lowe's credit card before the app will load slowing it down and taking longer for me to complete what I needed to do. The scan barcode search doesn't work with the camera, I have to manually type in a barcode number. They got rid of the compare feature when searching products. This app is improving but still needs work.

Signing in is a huge undertaking with mobile. If you don't know how to "split screen" to access your email at the same time.. your screwed. I also kept getting errors on sending one time codes & told to "try again". Ordering online is terrible. If you back out from the payment screen (to double check your order) and reselect "checkout" payment won't be able to process. I was successful in my goals, eventually.. but not after many exasperated words.

This app is solid, when it works. Be damned if you attempt to reuse the app if it has gone idle because it loses connectivity to the Internet let it be thru mobile provider data or WiFi. You have to kill the app and restart it again. I have used hundreds of apps and for some reason this app as long as I have used it can't get it together. Whatever you're trying to do in the code, please remove it and keep it simple. This is poor end user experience having to go thru these motions.

I'm not sure what to say about the app that won't get me into some kind of trouble. It used to work pretty good. Used to was quite some time ago though. It buffers now forever. It boots you out of the app to where you have to log back in. If you go to use your pro's rewards, it hardly wants to load up on anything. You shouldn't have to uninstall, then reinstall just to MAYBE work a few times. Just please fix the app. A multimillion dollar company and this app barely works. Can't figure it out

Overall, a decent app for online shopping, checking in-store inventory, using the new MyLowe's Rewards, and viewing your purchase history. The app used to be a bit slow/laggy, but that seems to have improved in recent updates. -2 stars for its glitchy Account tab. When you open the app (still being logged in), it typically doesn't show certain buttons (e.g. MyLowe's Rewards) and seems to forget your account settings (e.g. name; info in Account Profile), showing error messages. Please fix.

Nothing loads! All I can use it for is paying off my card. Otherwise, if I want to use it to actually search for products, all I'm met with is a big ol' refresh symbol in the middle of the screen. And if I use my browser, it keeps kicking my search to the app, which again, doesn't work. I've had the app for probably 6 months now and no update has fixed this (it's been like this the entire time I've had the app).

Used to work good ,now it freezes up and gives a blue screen and keeps thinking about it . It never seemed to act dumb until the last couple of up dates . Starting to get the 💩 's of this app . Hope lowes gets there act together and makes something better. We don't have this issues with home depot app ,so what are you gonna do about it? Hopefully sooner than later!!!!!!!! If it wasn't 4 the 5% savings when using credit card I would moving on from lowes & jumping on to the Home Depot train !!!!!

The worst app. Everything is fine when you're buying stuff. but when it comes to trying to make a payment they make it difficult and impossible. There is no link to pay anymore. Chat is a dumb robot, if it works. It sends you to a separate app, that is beyond buggy. The chat boxes don't show up all the time. And leaves you stuck on blank screens without any options to continue. Any person on chat is horrible and doesn't listen but only tells you things that have nothing to do with your problems

Over the last few months this app has become super slow. It ofter stalls out trying to load search results or after resuming the app from earlier. My connection is good and other qpps requiring connection work just fine in the same moment. I've also deleted all data, cleared the cache and uninstalled /reinstalled the app and it didn't help. Other home improvement store apps work much more reliably. Please fix and I will use more often.

Not a good app if you value privacy. Can't get into the app without sharing my location and/or disconnecting from VPN. It has a field to enter zip code or city & state, but it doesn't work (the results never load, and there's no indicator that it's even trying) unless I disconnect from VPN. Once I've selected a nearby store, I can reconnect to VPN and it continues to work. Sounds like a big in the lookup service plus a 3rd party that doesn't like VPN (possibly selling to a data broker?).

Needs the following: 1. A home button. Once you've browsed several products, the quickest way to get back to the main screen is to force quit the app and then reopen. Otherwise, you have to hit the "back" button multiple times before you see the main screen again. 2. Product location displayed on a store map. 3. Quicker access to the "myLowes" barcode. Maybe a dedicated button rather than 3 menus deep.

Overall app is just...ok. Search could be significantly improved. Looked for an item on app and it didn't even show up as an option. Sure enough it was in-store with same description I searched for. Also the Wallet option needs improvement. I'm forced to re-login in every single time I use it to pay. Annoying to sit there at checkout, get the text code, etc. I should only have to login once and done.

Slow to unresponsive at best. I am just trying to see if an item is in stock but just keep seeing the blue circle spin for 10 minutes before I gave up. Either fix the app or let people use the website from a mobile device. It is 2024 and you can't get an app to function even as slow as your website it ridiculous. This l app is completely useless.

It's helpful that the programmers thought to design the app to take you exactly where you'd left off on a search list after viewing/checking out products on said list. I just started exploring the app, a so far my experience has been good and, again, the programmers seem to have anticipated customer needs and ease of access when hunting for various products.

The app is pretty good overall. My only minor complaint is that it tends to freeze up when trying to scan things in the store. It also is always slower than using a browser to search for items on. It is faster to open the chrome app and be on the lowes website than it is to search in the app. This makes it frustrating to use.

Only works sometimes. Half the time i try to checkout it gives me an error. "An item has been added or removed from this cart from a different browser or device. Return to cart to checkout" i was only using the app. I even removed everything and added it back. Still the same error. App works fine sometimes and others it doesn't let me buy anything at all. I guess they dont want my money.

Efficient but lags. I appreciate that we can find items at various locations and order them for delivery or pickup. That's a huge lifesaver! It also lets us see how close items are that are out of stock locally and decide if we want to drive that distance. My issue with the site is the lag so often and it unfortunately isn't due to my Internet. I've had it shut down many times and lost my cart for a project a few times as well. It's things like that which caused me to rate the app 4 stars.

The app just spins when I do a search. I get daily email sales adds, but if I click on something, it opens the app and it just spins. I can't go to the Lowe's web site because it automatically switches to the app that doesn't work. It does this every time no matter how good my WiFi service and cell service is.
