Loses connection with my toys constantly despite 4 bars, but that's not the main issue. The main issue is how slowly the toys respond to the app. Sometimes I will move the sliders and it'll take several seconds for the toy to do anything, and any pre-recorded patterns are completely useless because it takes multiple seconds for the toy to respond to the pattern, and it seems to only sample the patterns once every couple seconds or so. Tested across multiple phones, and even tested on desktop.

I love the Lush 2, my husband and I bought for discreet fun. However, even after the update. I have had bluetooth connection issues, live control stops, he is supposed has control if I have it on but doesn't start on his end, he needs to be requested. There is network and log in issues, saying there no network or data, my phone has everything enabled. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and lost the chat log. We love the idea but having way too many issues across the board with the app.

The re-design of the app is great! Could we please get the time or duration of the file or pattern in a larger font? It's way to hard to read while being...busy 😆 Also I miss the ability to filter only vibration with contraction, or vibration with rotation. Or I just can't find where it is now... Why does it stop 'playback' when sliding up to load more patterns? This is annoying if you want to take some time to find the next one to try.

Best thing ever made for LDR's. And solo play too. Amazing! Update 12-3-2021 I've been reading reviews and many people seem to have issues with connection dropping and logging in and staying logged in. I can say I don't have these problems. Sure it disconnects once in a while but on the whole its easy to reconnect and its a bit of a tease too. Orgasm delay and all. I have 8 of their toys and I love them all. Except for the oscillator one. That busted after the first use.

The App is phenomenal, when you can get your toy(s) to stay connected. Many different times I have lost bluetooth connectivity in the middle of using it for its intended purposes, which is beyond frustrating. Or, the app will pick up the toy, but never connect. Its a hit or miss with the app. Some days, it works great, other days are just a crappy experience; between making sure the toy is connected in the first place, and stays connected during use. Hopefully a software update can fix this

The app is okay, not great, not horrible. The biggest issue I believe is in the hardware. The Lush 3 disconnects far too often. By comparison, it's competition We-Vibe (I use the wand) never disconnects, even moving to a different room. If I sleep with the Lush in, with the hopes of my partner waking me up with a vibe, I can't rely on Lush for it. I would also like to see more options for patterns by default. Lovense has half the ones that We-Vibe has. Also, longer patterns.

I love the toys when using manually. I have the Lush & Nora. They both work great just NOT on the Bluetooth. Seems to have constant connection issues. Lush can be inserted, phone in hand. YET, connecting errors. This is beyond frustrating. Hubby has issues with connecting. YET the reason wet purchased this was bcuz he travels often for worth. PLEASE fix this on both Lush & Nora. Also, just recently had issues logging into my account. Even reset my password. Still unable to access my account. Password reset failed. But yet I can "log on" offline. Please fix.

Love app and the toys But I only have one major issue with. The app. Whenever I do Screen Mirroring for the toy or. Something like that. It seems to stay on And no easy way to turn it off. You have to go all the way into your settings on your phone and remove the permission. Otherwise everything you do on your phone is recorded. And that notification will stay on. It's the only feature on here that doesn't have a on an off switch. When it should?

Ever since the new software update today for Android came out, my lush 2 won't connect to the app. It just says connecting and never connects. I've restarted the phone, disconnected the toy, closed the app, uninstalled the app, nothing works. Edited: sti having the issue but if I reset network settings, that has helped. I have to do it multiple times in a 2 week period.

UPDATE: Reached out to support. Was told it's a problem with Pixel phones and given a convoluted work-around that doesn't work. ORIGINAL: Have to uninstall the app then reinstall if I haven't connected in more than a day. Otherwise it just says "connecting..." without ever connecting. I abandoned WeVibe due to neverending connectivity issues. Looks like I'll have the same problems with Lovense. Two stars because I like the app when it works. Minus three stars because it rarely works.

I am with others in that it is great when it works. But I am trying to dominate my gent, and when I go to disconnect (haha - let down!) it is STILL buzzing for him. Then when I reconnect, it stops on his end (no pun intended). We love this toy, but I am looking forward and encouraging y'all to keep working out the bugs. This is a wonderful device.... when it works! - My gent needs to have better secrecy - the alarm for when I connect with him needs an option to turn off. It DOES has the option to turn off the continuous beeping, which we did, but still.... all of that needs better clarity of how to control it. - *I*need to app to stay signed in even when I turn off the phone. - The toggle between being able to leave emojis and type words then send the message is accessible in only odd ways when I am doing the controlling of the toy. The button seems to disappear to "send" (though I finally found the option on my keyboard - but it is awkward). - There really should be a better access to overall app notifications under settings - not setting under each individual partner only. It would be great to have both options. - DARK MODE

Practically unusable after most recent update. I thought the previous versions were extremely buggy and awkward to use, but I would go back to anything besides this current version. Not only are all functions agonizingly slow, the controls frequently become unresponsive, messages will send to the wrong user, user profile pictures either don't display at all, or display for the wrong user. Over it.

This app doesn't fully work the options for live, sync, video, voice don't work at all. I have my status set as available, I have strong internet and data plan, I also have the newest Android update available and the app has full permissions set on my phone and still those options are greyed out, so I can't use them. I have contacted customer support, with no luck at all. In fact nobody has even gotten back to me about it and I have sent multiple messages and a screenshot of the issue.

The toys themselves are great. The motors are powerful and have decent battery life. The app is the exact opposite I bought two different models of toys and they both suffer from constant connection issues. I've tested them with multiple phones to see if there was something wrong with my Pixel XL. The toys would be worth every penny if the app worked as intended. As it stands, the toys are an expensive waste of money because the app and toys don't work together reliably.

This app was connected with another app. They both formed the other to make a loving/sexual successfulish bond. Letting others control when you would like them to and vise versa. But y'know the app is kind of taking up storage on my phone when the app does not connect when you're trying to help someone else have a good time. AKA: The app logs in and only says connecting! I have the newest update, logged out and back in, tried on data and wifi. Nothing worked! Fix it then it'll go up again!

I'm giving this 4 stars because the app has a lot of good features. I love the messaging & that you can burn pics & videos. Looking up patterns people post is great. I like that i can save patterns. The problem is the app is glitchy & it keeps getting worse. The Bluetooth connection to the toys used to be much better but i find they can disconnect easily now. Also messages don't always go through & they're kind of slow. Also the app is constantly logging me out & didn't used to do that.

Absolutely mind blowing!! Truly heaven on Earth. Incredible increase in quality of life for me and my partners!!I love the music sync. It works particularly well with electronic, bass heavy music, think four on the floor, etc. Be sure your Bluetooth latency is adjusted(there are "metronome" apps) ... The only downside is I'm pretty sure everyone within a 200 meter radius of our house has been woken up by primal, gutteral screams of pleasure at some point over the past few months. My bad.
