My family and I travel several times through out the year to visit family and friends. So we are grateful for this app. However, the only time we are able to use the app is then. There aren't any Loves in our area, so any updates or new features available can complicated things when we initially use it on our trips. I wish that any deals a person gets would have a longer period before expiring:Ex: A YEAR. Lastly, the gas prices tend to be incorrect more often than not. Overall, it a good app

I like the app for finding parking and showers and whatnot along the route. It's route planner is closer to actual mileage than Google maps but, I wish they could offer an ( in app GPS service) instead of having to buy a GPS device that I would have to find room for on the windshield or dashboard. Even if it costs money for a monthly service. Google maps doesn't give Truck routing and I wind up going to Corporate offices and on streets we are not supposed to be on.

Until mid November, the app worked great. There seems to have been an update that stopped receipts from loading automatically. To load new receipts, the app must be uninstalled & reinstalled. The maps are still accurate. Edited: on 12/16/22, automatic receipt loading (without the need to uninstall/reinstall after each fueling) was restored! Rating reflects this functionality. Thank you! Edited 12-23-22: New update eliminated the functionality of receipts updating automatically.

I love the new homescreen, it displays all the info I need in 1 spot. The only issue I have is with the app fuel pay. It takes so long to get through each and every prompt, it's about 3 minutes by the time I get the pump to activate. Better off just using the card instead of the app, as it doesn't offer any kind of convenience when fueling at all.

App is not working properly. I love the Pp but for about a month I haven't been able to use it. I have been having to put all my information back in, using different emails, verifying emails, etc. It's aggravating when you can't do everything from your phone. I don't like having to get out my truck enter all my information in at the pump when it's already on my phone/app. Please fix this issue! I would hate to start going to the competition for the convenience of the app usage!

Loves is under the mistaken impression that when we're traveling we carry our phones everywhere that could not be furthest from the truth especially when traveling the phone is hooked up to the car usually playing music hooked up to Bluetooth tucked away in its own little space out of the way so you don't want to have to go pulling it out and finding it just to go into the store so you can get $1.50 off two packs of cigarettes. The app itself also poorly designed. Whole thing is ill-conceived.

This happened twice now, I purchase a shower but when I go to click on it to get the pin number it goes to a loading screen until it goes, "store location can't be found, please try again" until I have to just go up to the desk and get it! The app on the main page shows the location you are at, so it doesn't make sense why it does that! Please fix thank you! Other then that the app works great

This may be because we're old and not as familiar with technology but we had a lot of difficulty with the app. I downloaded it to save 10 cents per gallon on their overpriced fuel and the app would say there was a Love's in however many miles, but it was nowhere close to the highway we were traveling on. I exit for fuel where I can get on and off the fastest not to go sightseeing. I removed the app and will continue the old way of doing things.

I like Loves, but not crazy how the fast fuel option seems to be working. You constantly have to reenter the same information every time. It doesn't just keep your consistent choices selected. So you have to spend a few minutes typing in information and making selections before you can finally go ahead and accept the go ahead and fuel button 🤦It's actually quicker to just get out and enter your information on the keypad on the fuel pump. This is one area that the Pilot app has you beat.

I use dark mode for everything, but this dark map is garbage. It's hard to see and the old styles were perfect. The store detail pages don't load quickly and jitter all over the place. As others have said the mileage doesn't always show. Constantly have to close the app and restart to get this info. The main functions of fueling and showers still work great (minus the page jitter), but anything related to trip planning is horrendous.

Wasn't bad early on, the last few months, the apps gone downhill. The receipts don't update. Even after signing out and back in, clearing cache, reinstalling, still doesn't update. The showers work fine, and the deals part as well. Called in and told them, but as a whole? Loves just seem to have an app just to be in crowd of truckstops that have one, and they make sure to maintain the shower part, so there's not a bunch of drivers in the building scaring off the pickup truck, RV, tour bus crowd

I don't know what the heck is going on lately, but I haven't been able to use the mobile pay or shower feature. The app hasn't worked properly in about a week. I have gone into settings, cleared my cache, force stopped the app, unintalled it, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled it. NOTHING IS HELPING!! It's frustrating, and it needs to be fixed!!!

I do like the app and it seems to work well. I don't like the new dark map, it was easier to see the previous version map when searching for stores on my route. I wish that I could add my credit card to my Love's Wallet and use it to purchase showers within the app, instead of needing Google Pay, which I don't use. This feature is available in other truck stop apps.

I'm definitely not one to use loyalty apps or anything like that. As a matter of fact I hate rewards programs and I think they are scam. Not this app. I don't seem to mind it too much. They really did a good job on the app interface. Everything is easily navigable, there's no crashes, and all the features are streamlined. I especially appreciate the feature which records your transaction history at any Love's. Really great for business expenses and write-offs. EFS fuel card compatible 👍

it was great until this latest release. when you brought up the map and selected a Loves along your route, it would include the distance to that store. Now that information is not presented. Now you have to select directions, open your map, and click on directions there. Very impractical if you are already using navigation and just looking for something you have time to get to. I hope they rush this feature back since I used it all the time.

Won't let me update profile information, such as birthday. Otherwise it's so much better than the other app. Beautiful design and functionality. Easier to keep track of your points, showers and what you need to get to next level. Great job so far. Update: Latest update has rendered app useless. Can't view deals, card, showers or anything useful. I'm about to uninstall this POS.

I installed this app in the hopes that it would reduce my time at the pump. It does not. It demands to know the pump number first, but should be last. I should be able to enter all the other info before I actually pull up to a pump. Also, it follows the same sequence of entering information that the pump does, meaning that it's going to ask me every time for my tractor number (which rarely changes), as well as my user ID and control number (both of which NEVER change, unless I change who I drive for). And on top of all that, as soon as I finish entering all that information, it replies "Transaction failed". Oh, and getting the app set up in the first place was a royal pain, and not intuitive at all, even with a call to customer service, and waiting in the queue for about 30 minutes. Until you fix these things, I'll never bother wasting any more time on it.

Absolutely horrible. I use this app daily. Then suddenly, it's starts crashing every time I bring up the map. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's stuck and won't even reinstall. Lost access to my Loves points and anything account related. Something really needs to be done about this. It's been stuck on waiting to download for two days.

Unstable and not depenable. Currently, the app only displays my account barcode then crashes. I have used the app to find fuel and know of two Loves stations in my area that are not on the station finder. I have put in reports that they exists; after months, still not on the map. Please fix your app, it is an excellent resource when it works!!

This app SUCKS, I don't know why it's so buggy, if you MUST go to Loves than I get it. But the app won't even let me activate my card without "Error Occurred please try again later." This is so frustrating, the app is slow, loads forever, freezes and a bunch of errors... I also started my Pilot/Flying J card this morning, it took me 5 minutes and I was done. Works fine and I already earned 2 showers... Loves must be too comfortable with all the money they get from new drivers to give a damn..
