It's good for warming up before using other workout methods. My only issue is the reps are SO. SLOW. It should not take 4 minutes to do 30 heel touches. I end up finishing the reps before the app is half way through. I never break a sweat with this app and honestly feel it doesn't contribute beyond a warm up. Using this app alone will not make you lose weight.

Great way to learn, shows what to eat and when to eat it. Shows good exercises that helps and will target specific areas. It's intense but can go higher or lower depending on what your used to. You can have a personalized goal and different ways to achieve it. There are ads but the results will come so it's a small price to pay for a 5 second ad.

the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the giant ad after the workout, other than that I love it. I love that you can adjust the time of your workout so you can go longer and have a more intense workout if you want. I love the layout and the simplicity of the app. I suggest, to ppl that are asking how can you lose weight in 30 days with 10 min workouts, altering the times for the workouts and if you can, do them a few times a day for more results and just to feel better all around 😀

Great app for beginners or advanced. I lost almost 5lbs (4.8) and dropped a full pants size in the first 30days!!! I know I have lost inches all over and wish they had a measurement chart to track your full progress. Still 5 stars due to the ease of instructions, the motivation, daily reminders and workout levels. ...gotta go, need to start Day 1 of my second round!!!

I love this app. It reminds me to workout, gives prompts during activities that help me stay on task and the cheering when you complete a workout just makes me feel successful. I had an issue where my phone had to reset and I lost my pro membership. The developer responded within 24 hours and fixed it for me! Great app and great support!

I have trouble directing myself during workouts. This app is convenient for me, as it gives me a set 30 day workout plan and guides me through each exercise. I'm excited to see what results I'll get in the 30 days! The ease of this app makes working out more enjoyable and does all the thinking for me. While I focus on work, home, myself, my husband and our kids. Definitely a plus for a busy individual. The workouts aren't too long either, depending on what you do, or how much you want to do.

So I only did the exercise portion of this app and I really liked it. I like that all the information is stored in a real time manner and that it shows you the length of each exercise done. Also the up to date progress chart was great to assess your work. The app also does a verbal countdown for each exercise and each rep so you don't have to be glued to your phone screen. By day 4 I actually was a little sore in some areas. The exercises are slower paced though but effective. I even did 2 on some days and added weights to make some of the exercises more challenging. I think I may use it again and utilize other parts of the app too.

Not sure what the difference between free and paid subscription is. Only paid $2.99 to remove ads for lifetime as some are 1 min long! For the weight I'm shedding, $3 is well worth it. Starts off easy could do 4 routines day but progresses harder by the week that I can only do 1 routine a day or feel exhausted. Been over a month on this. Loss is significant & visible went down 2 dress sizes in 3 wks & still reducing! Overall recommend it (tried other apps can't commit or didn't work for me).

I love the app. Some work make to work a sweat and other not so much. I also love the options for a meal plan, the pause in the timer if you need one, you can set reminder, you can set goal. The app work with you and I really like that. One thing I would change is some of the meal plan recipes cost a lot of money for me so I just eat the healthier idem in my pantry.

I'm no good at exercising alone. This app gives me the feeling of having an instructor beside me. It's weird saying that, but it's really nice to have her talking beside me and mentioning what the particular exercise is working or is helping, and to have some reminders of breathing and such every now and then. I've only used the whole body workout so far. I love that I can select to see instructions and see a quick video on how to do the exercise. I like the app.

It's a great simple app to remind myself to do a little exercise every day. The workouts may seem easy to some, but I find they work muscles that are easily missed during typical weight lifting workouts. With a little know how, it'ss easy to modify the exercises to increase or decrease difficulty. Most of the moves can be performed with very little noise or jumping around. It gets a little monotonous after a few weeks.

Without paying...this app offers really good workouts. From beginner to intermediate...there is something for everyone. The hardest part is telling yourself to open the app. After that all I do is get on the floor and do each exercise. Then, sticking with it daily unless it's a rest day, is all you have to do. Id like to see a water reminder notification here but other than that I would recommend if you are serious about settling this weight loss goal. Swipe right to find better workouts

Im 21 and super lazy but I wanted to make a genuine effort to change my lifestyle and get fit, but I had no idea where to start. Until I found this app, it's super easy yet challenging, and it's great for beginners. It's free features are great so im excited to see how awesome the paid features are. Best free workout app I have ever tried and I feel I have tried them all. I am an absolute beginner. This app is perfect for me. I can do the moves but still feel the burn. I love how it counts and it's a nice pace so you focus on your form. Instead of see how many reps can you do in 20 secs so you end up hurting yourself. Meal planner, workout reminder, great workouts, weight tracker!! It's got everything you need.

Really like this app and the features. Don't like how it was a free app to download but when adding all your info then you find out it really isn't free. Fair warning. That's the only problem I have. Love the exercises and they keep you busy and the info for each exercise tells what muscles they are good for. Love that!!!! ❤️

I generally look at these apps, sometimes download, but rarely open. This one I actually did to check it out. I tried the neck and shoulder stretch and it felt amazing. Best of all, it was free. There were some undisruptive ads displayed at the top of the screen. With the spoken directions as well as time announced midway and a three second countdown, I was so involved I didn't notice. I found it very enjoyable. Doing something feels better than nothing.

I have a demanding career and a toddler and needed an app that would get me into the habit of exercising. This is definitely the one! I am excited for my short but intense workout each night. The structure of each workout is awesome and I already feel stronger, particularly in my legs, lower back, and abdomen. All without requiring an unreasonable time commitment from me. I am a week into the regimen and already see results. (I am also eating better, which helps!) Highly recommend.

I like the simple animations, and the ability to either do a countdown or # amount of reps. I wanted something to get me in the habit of exercising, and this is quickly on the way to doing that. I'm 1 1/2 weeks in, and I can feel the soreness, but also the strength in my body. Super excited about results! I'm kinda expecting them to take awhile, as they generally tend to, although I definitely FEEL different already!

I feel very relaxed and satisfied after doing these easy excersices. The excersices aren't too hard yet not too easy, but it's complexity will flow well with your abilities and strengths in order to make your workout still effective. The app is very easy to use and is fromatted really well. You also have a variety of different excersices you can do for other limbs of your body such as the stomach, arms, face, ETC. Some excersices need ads to unlock though, overall pretty decent app.

I love this app! I have a health condition that makes it very hard to do any kind of intense workout. This app provides me with a set of workouts I can do! And they're effective! It has everything you need. On those days that I just can't do a full workout, it has a section of a 2 minute workout or 7 minute target area. It even has workouts for low back pain relief and shoulder tension relief. Did I mention it's free? 😊 If you don't want the annoying ads, you can pay a very small one time fee.
