I've loved this game for years now - great graphics and a balance of skill levels to make the game easygoing but with some challenges. However - over the last couple of weeks, the game keeps freezing. It's wasted coins I've purchased, so I've lost money because of it. Please, PLEASE, can you fix whatever bug is doing this - the game is my only treat that I spend money on, and I cannot afford this loss.

Uninstalled, this App stopped working on my phone. It must have a bug. Because it's draining my battery. Although this game is fun to play. There is something wrong with the advertising portion of this app. It doesnt say the name of the app that is being advertised, locks up my phone. Overrides my settings and opens new tabs in 1 hour it opened 12 tabs(new windows) and drained my battery from 100% to 12%. Have to restart the game app after every Advertisement. You need to fix this ASAP!

This was my favorite game until the update. I just uninstalled it because now they want you to spend money to play it when you didn't have to before. They also made some of the levels far too hard to pass no matter what you did...even if you spent money trying to pass the level! I believe it was level 1352 with 4 trees that spit eggs and they never drop enough donuts in order to pass the level. They should make skipping a level an option.

Uninstalled!! I had a message about syncing my game data. Usually, I can "X" out of it but can't any more. App is stuck with that message. I tried both sync options unsuccessfully. I unstalled/reinstalled 4x. After about a week, get stck wuth sync message. Oh Facebook sign in doesn't save info! I lost everything even purchases. I signed in. All my data was there. The game is stuck again. So frustrated. Will nor reinstall. I'll find a better game where the developers actually care .

DON'T UPGRADE the set as it is fun and not distracting nor depressing. Once you upgrade a whole new set up take place. A whole new game. It makes you spend money real fast to past the levels. Two real main objective are in one level. You clear one and boom you have start from one or two squares to past the same level. The 5 move pass cost 30 and no longer offer as a booster. DONT UPGRADE. More feed back....

I broke down and updated the app and although it is fun it has glitches. The one that bothers me is when you click on watch ad to get a booster. I watch the video and it does not give me the booster. I tried clicking on it again and it just says ad not available. I just updated it again on July 15th and nothing has changed. The bugs weren't fixed. You never get your reward for watching the ads.

At first, I gave this game one star because it would not allow me to get my second spin. The problem was fixed and the game was modified to allow better chances for prizes, progress and coins. Much better. I play it everyday now! *Please remind me what move makes an X. I'm stuck and having a brain freeze! 😃

Dont upgrade this game. New set up sucks. It's hard and does not make sense. It was fun the way it was. They could have used some of the new with the old. WHY? you have to spend money on every 15 or less levels. Seriously. You think not then try the new set up. Frustrating and puts you in a real bad mood. As you again, have to use your hard earn money to pass levels and the ads for boosters. If your offered one. 5 moves you have to buy. 30 coins per 5 moves. Not a regular booster. NOT FUN!

I would give it 4 stars because they really need to tone down the ads and definately take out the sneaky "buy" pop-up. When it says "loading game" I ecpect the game, not an ad. Other than that, it's a cute game. Good graphics and could be more a whole lot more enjoyable if they space the ads out. Maybe one per three games. Remove the sneaky buy me.

Honestly I love this game and have literally had it on every phone I've had since the original lollipop app. Each time I get a new phone I have to start from scratch which isn't bad at all. But this time I'm on level 108, it says 25 moves to finish but after one move it says level failed every time. I don't want to uninstall and start over again but looks like I may have to I paid for the 1.99 "no ads" package with my last phone but this time it wont allow me to upload my screenshots of proof

Excellent! Good graphics, Decent and intelligent power ups, Fun game play, and plentiful rewards. Reminds me of my favorite match game that I used to play and could never find anything close until now. Ads weren't bad on here but I'm so sick of ads on every phone game that I spent 2$ and now no more ads (unless you choose to watch one for a bonus power up). Great job on making this! Finally a game that isn't all about greed and actually seems to care about their players enjoying the experience!

I like this game...but it just froze on level 92. Never had this happen in any game, so clueless as to what to do for it. Otherwise, I think this is the most player friendly game I have played. You can watch ads for free boosters to begin game, 3 free moves after you use all of the game moves, and there are daily things through which you get free boosters and coins. I very much enjoy playing. Some levels are diffucult, but so far have gotten through after several rounds.

I used to love playing this game (don't get me wrong the game is fun) but unfortunately I can't play anymore because of the freezing/crashing. Even after two updates and fixes after you beat a level an ad plays then the game won't reload after the ad ends. It makes you force quit and reset the game. After. EVERY. Level. It's really infuriating and upsetting too since this is a pretty fun game, but until this gets fixed I'd rather not waste my time closing and reopening the game just to play.

Love this game. Very addictive!! However I have noticed as Ive played more that there is something not right. The game will not allow me to make all color matches that I try. I can go back and forth over and over and it will not connect together and it eventually stops my progress and decides that's far enough and ends my move on its own.

During the first 30 levels I think it's generous to say there were ads after 27 levels! So, I bought some coins to stop the ads from popping up after each level, but it's not stopped the pop-ups trying to hustle their special coin and power-ups deals. More than once I accidently clicked on one because it popped up just as I was trying to play the next round. Luckily I noticed and nothing was charged to my credit card, but wow! Who wants to be defrauded even if it's just $4.99 or $8.99?

Date 11 21 2019. I am on level 800. I have tried 4 times to play this level, before i can finish the level, it freezes up, it wont allow any more mores. I want back and played level 799 to see if it would freeze up on that level. The game didnt freeze up so I went back and tried level 800 again, after a few moves, the game froze up again. I love the game. I have already finished all levels before. Now I am trying to get level 800 done. Just wondering what is going on. Thanks

This puzzle game has to be my favorite of all time! The atmosphere is comforting. The puzzles are fun to do, there's always events, and ways to earn rewards daily. It would be 5 stars of it wasn't so buggy, especially on cheaper phones. It literally ruined one of my phones. It works perfectly on my 1000 dollar phone though. Just a warning to be careful. Other than that this game would be perfect.
