The mobile app is hard to operate and it only gives you not even a quarter of the canvas

Print and cut function doesn't work from mobile device. All options are limited on the mobile app.

Would have given it a 5 but if its not opened for a day, it asks me to sign in and never accepts my.password and when I request a reset email it never semd till it locks me out

Terrible update. Makes the software unusable. I had templates made for wedding decorations.now all the sizes have changed and cannot get changed into mm instead of inch's awful awful awful

I cannot even open the app. It won't let me create an account on the app. It will not let me select a country. I registered on the website and when I try to log into the app it says I have not registered yet. It's too bad. I like the cutter and it works well with my laptop but I would like to be able to design from my phone.

this app is terrible.ibhave to come out of the app multiple times before anything actually loads properly. then when it does it will only let me print/cut 1 thing before it makes me do it all over again..spent enough money on the machine as an xmas present for myself and the app makes it impossible to use. so disappointed wasted my money

I don't understand why they decided to put a small canvas in the middle of the screen on the app I the new upgrade doesn't make no sense they even did the same thing on the computer version. It was fine the way it was before where u had default u choose how u want to work with a large or canva on the computer. They don't have much videos and how to use their design studio. They just have videos in how they do their project they do have a page where there and what it for but u on your own.

App is unusable on my device, the app stays stuck in the landscape orientation regardless of phone orientation or settings changed. LOKLIK have simply ignored my email asking for support so maybe think twice about ordering their machine if you only intend to use it with mobile devices. At the very least download the app first and make sure it works with your phone/tablet.

It does the basics well and connects to Bluetooth easily. It's like a "lite" version of the pc software. It would be nice if you could use jpg and png files without having to convert them first, but I get that it's early days for this app, and I reckon it'll improve over time. I am looking forward to future updates. I'm so glad I bought a Loklik and will continue to use the pc for more complicated projects, but I'm still super happy with the app, too.

it is stuck in landscape and it's stuck at the first step and does not want to allow me to set up my device let alone do anything else. rubbish app and still trying to figure out which camp the cutting machine itself is in....

this software is the worst , crashing more and more after each update. I can't get it to print more than a minute before it crashes now. have the next update down grade to the version that worked please. keep the new features, just want this to print a fn simple design.

not intuitive, or maybe it is just the ghosted item and only being able to see parts of a drop-down. needs help.
