Previously the App was easy to navigate and lovely to use, easily a 5 Star. However now I believe since some update took place, It gets stuck on the authentication of device stage. Very frustrating as there were some important transactions to deal with. I've tried everything on my Android phone. Restart, uninstall, clear cache and more, nothing has worked, I can't get in!!!

Since last update app is bricked. Been using the browser (horrible experience). It's been weeks and only a generic statement has been made. Fortunate by bricking the app they fixed the double notification problem. Edit: finally works again (after 3 weeks) and I don't have to do online banking like it's the 90's. Upgraded to 2* only because it works. Congrats you're doing the bare minimum

This is a good app but could be improved by providing a better search function. The current search needs you to type in the exact string and is case dependent, and only searches the one month at a time. I want a fuzzy search which will search over the past year. Also, if contacting support, a way of bypassing all the patronising AI generated questions when you just need to speak with a human about a specific question.

Used this for quite a while now, no problems with logging, what adverts? Simple to access account details. Very pleased. EDIT: App suddenly refused to accept fingerprint identification, had to use memorable information to open it. Uninstalled app and reinstalled it only to have the same problem again. Annoying, as all my other apps that need fingerprint id to open all accept it without any issues!

Worked fine until recently then suddenly started freezing on the "authenticating your device" screen. Helpline told me to switch my phone off and on, uninstall and reinstall the app (both of which I'd already done) then advised they would log the issue. I've heard nothing since and after three reinstalls I've given up. So annoying because it was really handy.

Really useful to me and now it's working solidly again I'm happy to restore 5 stars.New update works for me, I like it. Update 25/04/22, this has continued to work well and actually I couldn't do without it now. Update 30/06/24, refusing to open for a couple of days, having to clear cache and re-start phone to get it to open. Really annoying !! Back to 3 stars.

Easy to navigate. Logging off out time is almost instance. App does everything I need at present. I've been assured by Lloyd's that new software is in process of being introduced which will enable savers to make their saving accounts joint on line. Current function will only allow current accounts to be made joint on line and that's a fairly new banking policy change. Which will be very convenient if you don't live near a branch.

I've been using this app perfectly fine until a week ago. It is always stuck on the "authenticating your device" screen and doesn't allow me to login. I really wish this could be fixed. It shows my phone is still compatible for the app however, after a recent update to the app, it has not been working at all for me. If it was working, then this would be the best banking app I've ever used.

This was a really good app. Easy to manage your money between accounts and paying bills. That was until it stopped working. Contacted customer services and was told there's an issue with samsung/android and would be fixed on next update. Its been down now nearly 2 weeks and still no update to fix it. Really not happy as now I have to login to desktop site on a mobile phone. What's the point in having an app that don't work. I expected a lot better from lloyds.

Been using this app for years and never had a problem. Would of rated 5*'s but I updated the app on 29th of June and since then I'm stuck on the "Authenticating your device" screen. I tried restarting my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app and nothing has changed. I'm unable to access anything now. FIX ASAP PLEASE!!!!!

Since the last update, the app won't load. It won't authenticate my device, even after unistalling and reinstalling, and a full reset of my phone (S20). A quick look at current reviews shows that others are having the same issue. Shockingly poor standard for a banking app, and totally unacceptable. Prior to the update, the app was pretty good and super convenient.

Update: The last update has added a tracker and now to use the app you are forced to disable your ad blocker! Imagine you can't use an app to manage your finances unless you disable your ad blocker! I'm stunned. App has been down for over 24 hours and your customer service keep asking annoying questions. The app is the issue. Please fix it for Android users! If I wanted to use desktop I wouldn't have downloaded the app.

Dreadful app. Frequently won't open, crashes, and it's notifications take an age to come through. Latest update has left me unable to log in, app just buffers, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Great work, guys. * two weeks on, issue remains unresolved. I have now had to change banks as my job requires regular transfers on the move.

This is a update on 5sep. the app has stopped working as it used to. it keeps asking me to log in with my details and password,which I did,and it still won't let me log on. I go online with my PC and no problem. so I uninstalled and re installed the app 4 times and still the same problem. so no more from this app. I will uninstall permanently.

Very frustrating. Have a new phone so needed to re-login. However, my password has a special character, and when doing the random 3 character input the Lloyds keyboard doesn't have special characters. So I had to re-register as couldn't login 5 times. Now, I entered all my details correctly and doesn't recognise my details.

No longer opens. I have been using Lloyd's bank app for some time on my honor magic 5 pro. I used it Saturday and it was fine. Came to use it Sunday and when the icon is clicked it flashes up as if it is going to open. Then it immediately disappears. Upon closer inspection, if I click the square button at the bottom of the screen it shows up as being an open app. But when I click it, it opens and immediately disappears again. Shame it was a good app before this.

This app was great untill the last few days when I have been unable to log in. It gets to the authentication page and my screen just goes black and that's the end of that. I have checked if there are updates, which there wasn't so uninstalled and reinstalled but it's just the same. I'm not sure what's going on, there's been no email or notification to say there is a problem with the app. My other bank app works just fine and my security hasn't found any issues.

Generally excellent. Well designed, easy to use. Bad recent experience on a cruise. Used the app often on a 2 month cruise earlier this year, but it only worked once on a shorter recent trip; later attempts produced persistent messages that there was no internet, and yet other financial apps worked perfectly. Worked fine again as soon as I got back to UK data and WiFi.

refused to let me log on stating the username or password was incorrect when they were right, for a fact! Then had to change my password, and then it started acting like I was using a new phone and had to re register, only I can't reregister because they call you for a security check which takes you off the app meaning it won't work because the app closes when you come off it. So now I'm unable to access my account for no valid reason! Called the service line and they said call back tomorrow.

4/5 stars from me. Reasons, 1) spending notifications are not instant, sometimes it takes 12 hrs to show up 2) the landing page where you see all your accounts doesn't let you reorder the accounts in the order I want them to be. 3) size of fonts is all over the place, my current account shown in bold but my credit card shown in normal font. 4) overall is good app with good features but needs a bit tlc to become more refined and polished. Pls do pass my feedback to your developers/testers. Thanx
