Previously the App was easy to navigate and lovely to use, easily a 5 Star. However now I believe since some update took place, It gets stuck on the authentication of device stage. Very frustrating as there were some important transactions to deal with. I've tried everything on my Android phone. Restart, uninstall, clear cache and more, nothing has worked, I can't get in!!!

Since last update app is bricked. Been using the browser (horrible experience). It's been weeks and only a generic statement has been made. Fortunate by bricking the app they fixed the double notification problem. Edit: finally works again (after 3 weeks) and I don't have to do online banking like it's the 90's. Upgraded to 2* only because it works. Congrats you're doing the bare minimum

This is a good app but could be improved by providing a better search function. The current search needs you to type in the exact string and is case dependent, and only searches the one month at a time. I want a fuzzy search which will search over the past year. Also, if contacting support, a way of bypassing all the patronising AI generated questions when you just need to speak with a human about a specific question.
