Keeps crashing shortly after biometrics login and being on the main account page for a few seconds. Android 14, Snapdragon®8 Gen 3 CPU, Octa-core Max 3.3GHz...so a pretty top notch device.

It's like banking apps used to be from the early part of this century. Awful. It always forgets login, biometrics...truly dreadful.

The app crash every time I enter my portal credentials on the login screen. Plus the app is quite slow. I'll continue using the reliable web portal.

Good app for checking balances and making payments however it has a tendency to forget logon credentials meaning you have to continually input ID and passwords instead of using biometrics.

They have their speck.Nothing meets their requirements for opening an international account.I actually tried because my local bank swift code was not accepted by payoneer on ebay and I just registered as new seller. Best of luck lloyd.

App is really easy to use and better than the browser experience to log in and navigate. I know alot of other people who use the app and are very happy with it.

Finally able to log in without phonecalls, so glad this app is now available. However, recent update causes app to flag a not responding error every few seconds, even after it is closed...

Completely useless app, most of the time it goes to a blank white screen and no further. I think I've managed to log on twice from all the times I've tried. Even tried restarting and reinstalling but always end up logging on through my browser.

I am using Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 for this app. This app is completely non-functional. It’s the worst app I’ve ever seen. I have huge problems downloading it, and Lloyds Bank International has been no help at all. I have to log in online every time I want to check my account, which is incredibly inconvenient. I’m very unhappy and will be closing my account to switch to another international bank. Please let me know if you could help.

Horrific application process. Don't, just don't. It hangs. Answers in boxes are refused without explanation. The app hangs and you have to start over. I gave up at the nightmare of photographing my driving licence and then myself. Will find another bank.

A step in the right direction. Thank you. Very happy that I can use an app to access my account. Much better and easier than online banking. But still a little 'clunky' in comparison to the standard Lloyds personal account app.

This version (1.3.0) has a serious problem. The app worked fine before but when I updated to this version it makes my phone crash, or it takes forever to open, or on the rare occasion that it has opened and not made my phone crash it cannot complete any actions.

Utter piece of junk, keeps crashing, logging in difficult, no notifications. Once you log out, you need to close the app altogether to get back in. if it's still open in the background, it won't let you log back in. Can't believe Lloyds would let something so unstable be released. Is it even safe?

This app is impossible to use. The app and the support system don't work. We have been trying to get thsi app up and running and have had absolutly no success despite speaking to a number of your call centre operators. Eventually, this evening, one of them said that there is a special app for overseas investors. Every one of your operators knew we were in SOuth Africa and yet this was the first person to tell us this. However, when we tried ot use that app we

Very average app - does not behave well with biometric log in and I usually have to enter my details manually every time. When viewing transactions, the transaction reference number is displayed instead of the description, making it very inefficient to try to check recent transactions. Disappointing as the iOS app seems to behave much better, even the Lloyds UK Android app works much better as well. A bit of a let down after waiting so many years for this release.

Unfortunately not a great banking app. The username and password fields are not labelled as such, so I can't use a password manager to log in and the biometrics don't work (it says 'error: username cannot be blank' when trying to use fingerprint login). The app also doesn't send notifications of incoming / outgoing payments. A bit web banking circa early 2000s, when compared with modern banking apps.

Crashes EVERY time I open it at least once. Randomly claims my login details are incorrect, then crashes and goes back to login screen. To gain access after 4 or 5 attempts I have to VPN to the UK. INTERNATIONAL so why does it continually crash when used abroad? The whole point of this Bank is because generally the Customers aren't in the UK often. Enabled Biometrics - nope - that doesn't work. You have to login every time. Not even a hint of Biometrics!

While it is nice now to have an app to log on via as opposed to having to go via Internet (and a telephone call), the app is clunky and crashes repeatedly. The crashes seem occasionally to cause it to forget my username, forget I had enabled biometric log on etc. The functionality when it works (it can claim its crashed lots of times while getting through to the main accounts) is good, just ashame about the bugs.
