I want to open app, but it say I have to update. I hit ok it boots me out to open in Google play store I go it opens and update pops up again ,I hit ok it shows update again. It's a vicious circle can't get past the ok to open app. Very, very frustrating!!!☹️

Too many pop up ads and notifications on my phone, usually two at a time! Nothing changes, it is the same stuff as a few weeks ago and getting same deals at locations I would not even go to... Not many restaurants near me and I'm in a heavily populated area

The app keeps telling me to upgrade to the latest version, when I try to upgrade it keeps telling me the same error I have un-installed this app several times and when I install it again, I get the same error message. I hate to delete this app permanently, but I will if you don't fix the problem!

Most of these deals are garbage. Make sure to check with the company before buying a deal or you may be surprised when you have to pay some outrageous "taxes" or fees when you get there. I found out I had to pay $170 in fees for a jetski rental and they refused to refund me or even let me exchange it for another deal. Incredible.

If you don't use Living Social, you need to, unless you like paying full price! It's hit or miss, but if you're looking to purchase a specific product, CHECK LIVING SOCIAL first! You never know if they'll have an active deal for the website you're purchasing from, or even the product you're going to buy!! I made my both of my mothers specific products from an online store & THANKFULLY checked this app for the store...It saved me $40!!!! So ultimately I bought 2 for the price of 1! WOOP WOOP!

i ordered dog food, which i then needed to cancel but couldn't because the order already was supposed to have been processed, was then told it should have been here as of yesterday, and now the tracking is saying three more days. wow. thankfully had other food already, not really cool to have to wait an extra 4 days when you're trying to get your pet onto better food. I'll never use your services again. thanks.

This app just like a lot of individuals on here is wanting me to upgrade to the latest version and like a lot people on here tried uninstalling and installing the app I thought that would fix the problem, but considering their last update was on February 3rd 2021 what exactly are we upgrading???? Let me know techs when you pull your heads out of your bum. Until then I'm deleting the app and you guys are credit me for every voucher that is expired while this chaos is going on.

App not working. Asking to update but nothing happens it just boots me out. Unistalled app. Reinstalled and I keep getting the same error: in order to continue using this app you must update to new version. Would you like to do that now? Push okay sends me to rate the app with no option to update just to open and it just go in circles. Frustrating.

Some deals are great. Some are really bad, and tell you one thing and end up getting jilted. Example: Duct cleaning was bad, up charge to clean entire system, which is what I thought I was paying for, only to find out they used an hvac and drill with a spinner to clean the ducts. Still not clean. Massages that I've been to a pretty great.

Lots of good deals on local services but don't buy anything that needs to be shipped unless you want to wait forever. Ordered an item on 12/7, here it is 12/12 and it hasn't even shipped yet. They also charged me a $3.99 shipping fee. Completely ridiculous in this day and age when most places offer free shipping and you get it in a few days. Never mail ordering anything off here again.

Buyer beware!!!! First of all I have been a livingsocial user for over 6 years. I would not recommend this app to purchase products or physical items as they do not support the customer in disputes. I've had two items not delivered and was told to dispute the charge on my credit card as they were not responsible for 'stolen' items. I used credit from a cancelled activity and am outside the dispute window with my credit card. I recommend going somewhere reputable for your purchases and stay away.

Everytime I try and open it, I keep getting a message saying that to continue to use the app, I have to download the newest version. And it makes me go to the play store, but there is no update. I bought tickets for a show a few weeks ago and now I can't access them. Edit to reply: I have emailed them. As of yet, the options given to me have not worked.

They screwed it up again. Had to update the app and now i can't do anything. Had to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to open and now you can't click on anything. Can't even login. How do you people keep "fixing" issues and just cause so many problems. Stop making it better! Just make it work and leave it alone for god sake. Update 3 months later and still no fix. Can't imagine this is good for business. Can't get into my purchases so i can use any of my vouchers! What a waste of money!

Currently if I could give negative stars I would. The app keeps saying I need to upgrade to continue using but there are no upgrades available. And there is no work around. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but I'm no longer wasting my energy, time, and gigs for this malfunctioned bugged app. I will not be installing this app again until this is fixed. Just send a mass email to customers letting us know when it's fixed.

App stopped and demand I upgrade. After 3 attempts on both play and aptidode it still gives a message to upgrade and does not allow for any clicks or progression on the site. I have expiring vouchers this week; hope this starts to work. It's been several business days since contacting the email addresses given. That or any team has not responded at all. App has not corrected, certain by now the cert I bought has expired.

Edit-deleted and reinstall- allows me to log in BUT cannot complete Sams Club voucher sign up w multiple attempts, doesn't allow to correct info input into fields, radio buttons are laggy/ or completely non operational. USLESS. Also lost out on hair cut voucher expiration. So in past few days the app issues have cost me time and money. 11.09.22 Why won't the app open??!! I can't access my purchases. 2 days now and I've completed any necessary updates.

Incompetence reigns - remember the old saying "You get what you pay for"? This is a good example of that. App wouldn't allow me to purchase two of same item in single transaction, no biggie. However, shipping notification listed both items under same FedEx tracking number which would imply they shipped in same box - they Sameer money on shipping but keep my money, I'm not happy. Then package is delivered and only one of the items is in the box and csvc can't help. I'm uninstalling.

Keeps saying that I have to get the latest version and then takes me to the "rate this app" page. It will not open. The Developer replied with... "The app is constantly being updated and improved...". But no mention of if a fix is being worked on. I am not the only one who is reporting this issue. I guess since they are owned by the same company as Groupon they dont care.

App is not functioning! I get a screen stating I must upgrade to the newest version. I click OK and it goes to Google Play store, but doesn't show any upgrades. I can only Open and go back and forth between screens. UPDATE: App does not function at all. It just keeps trying to load endlessly. Fortunately, I'm still able to access my account and purchases through my browser on the website. APPARENTLY, APP HAS NOT BEEN FUNCTIONING FOR ANDROID IN QUITE SOME TIME.

I have always found great deals on trips and activities, as well as the occasional deep discount shopping purchase. When I have had to do an exchange with a trip, etc, they have always been extremely accommodating. Everything we've booked through here has been great. I read a lot of reviews before making my decisions. Then go online and do more research to double check.
