Aplikasi gk bisa dibuka. Force close trus, tanpa pesan error sama sekali. Can't even open the app. It keeps force closing without error message or anything at all!

It was working fine until today. There must be is a terrible glitch in the app, as it keeps reloading the page, to update emoney card info. Thought it was an issue with my phone, so I restarted a few times. When problem continued, I uninstalled, then reinstalled & registered my info again, but same thing happened. If it doesn't work again, I will have to sadly make a trip to the bank and get help from customer service. Wish me luck!

The previous version was FAR better than this. It takes forever to upload the transfer list. When it finally appears, somehow the account doesn't come out as easy as the blue version. It lags most of the time, especially for transfer transactions. One time I had to log out more than 5 times only to make 1 simple transfer. PLEASE kindly fix this issue. It is NOT convenient at all.

Kudos to the team for making the push norification less often. However I do still find some things to improve: 1. QR payment is often freezes while scanning. I have to get back to the main menu and reenter the qr menu for it to be working. 2. No update notice! This is the worst banking app in regards to update schedule. They never tell us the update schedule, and when we need to use the app, we couldn't since it is suddenly on update from developer. Truly unreliable on this matter.

The app itself is actually great. UI is clean, and easy to use. My issue is that it's draining so much battery. I'm using the app maybe once or twice per day, and I force close the app after each use. I also restrict background and foreground activity of the app. Still it consume more power than any other app/game. The UI and features are useless with this issue, never would have changed from the blue app if Mandiri didn't shut it down. Moving to another digital bank for now.

Complete downgrade from the blue version. Not sure where do I even start. Transaction lists won't load half of the time, notifications for my successful registration showing the wrong name, everything generally being slow and bogged down. Don't know who made the decision to make everything considerably more cluttered, but it's bad. Horrible. Thanks.

I don't know how to elaborate it. But the old one (blue) have a better UI and it looks more simple. Beside, this apps didn't have any integration with the old one (blue). So, u should re-registered your card into the apps (yellow). And I didn't see any significant improvement with this new apps (yellow). I think I will stick with the old one (blue). It's just not worth it.

Installed this since I can't use the blue one any longer. Looking for multi payment tab for ages! Couldn't find it anywhere. It's frustrating. And I can't make note for my transfer which is very absurd for a bank. It's true what people said, the previous one is way better. I wish you would bring back the blue one. Simple yet functional. That's what you're looking for in any bank mobile banking.

This version offers many new features that help you save time to complete transactions. A quick way to top up e moneys, easy way to manage e-wallets, and surprisingly paying a transaction from a marketplace has never been this easy! You don't need to dig down the menu just to find the exact amount to pay, it comes as a notification for you to make a settlement in no time. Now it's the quest for reliability since the features are all there. Good job, Mandiri.

Some of the features help transactions become easier. But I'm having an issue here, the app won't save any numbers from my recent transactions. It only appears in the suggestion, not on the list. So I have to copy the numbers again everytime I have to transfer. It only have list of numbers that are already saved from the previous Mandiri app. This kind of annoying. Please fix it, thanks.

If you want to make app, please at least make it work. After setting pass it loop to make another pass again and again. Waiting the loading screen is pure pain, I literally waiting the loading screen while making egg fried rice and it still not done yet.

Always hate when they make mandatory update, my phone are so old, loaded and slow, have to free my storage space everytime for the update, anyway I never use any of the new additional feature and I just use it for doing basic banking transaction

I am Mindiri customer for last 5 years. But their online app is very complicated to use. Especially when you are out of indonesia and youe indonesian number doesnt work and we need to instal this online app in a different mobile handset. They want to verify with the mobile number which is not reachable in a different country. So they should make it a easy access. Like verification theough email. Now i am hanging in the middle and facing difficulties. 🙏🙏

I'm sure what's going on. It was okay when I used it last week. Affter the update, Livin app can not be opened & the app always closed by itself. It's working fine on my other phone (Samsung A7 2018 Android 10 & Realme C15 Android 13). But on my Redmi Note 7 Android 10, Livin app kept crashing when opened & all seervices can't be used. Should I uninstall & reinstall Livin app version 1.8.0 with min. OS Android 7 as mentioned on Google Play? So confusing...

either the app keeps crashing or took too long to load. Not to mention sometimes it kept popping up randomly and cannot be shut off. Please do better. I don't mind simplified design like BCA mobile banking, if it took faster to load.

This app is good, but I can't take or use my money if less than IDR. 100.000. It should stay at the account and they use it for the monthly admin payment. I use 3 bank, the first one *** and I can still use my money without limitless, even though my account is zero. They didn't give the information that I should pay the admin at the time. They will take the money when my account full again.

Updated: It's fixed now with the latest update. Good job! Old: Can't use it at all as it loops me into creating a new password after selfie verification. It will just repeat the same thing no matter any password I put. So I can't even 'login to use' right now

i've gotten used to using this app despite the not-so user friendly UI, but i'm mostly disappointed with its lackluster optimization... or lack thereof? this app force closes a lot since its last update on my phone (samsung A54, a relatively new phone), frequent black screen after launch (leads to force closing, unsurprisingly), laggy in-app experience... would a reinstallation solve this? maybe, idk. still sucks tho.

It's an improvement from the previous one: a lot easier and more intuitive to use. Update: Sudah tiga hari terakhir tidak bisa login karena somehow box untuk input password tidak merespon bila di sentuh. Update: Sudah bisa login setelah disabling aplikasi overlay penurun kecerahan layar. So far no more complaints.

Almost all the Livin promos I tried didn't include cashback. Mandiri is really stingy. If you want to give a promo, please give the promo fullheart for customers. Apart from that, there was no e-statement notification, even though at other banks it was automatically done so I could check my transfer. It turns out that my balance was cut and then eaten by this bank, it used up a lot of customer balances
