App keeps crashing and is completely unreliable. I've been getting the connectivity issue message, also, but even after resetting, clearing the cache, deleting and redownloading it about 8 times, it is still NOT working. We can't buy tickets if we can't get it to work. This is very disappointing. For an app that used to work so well, now it sucks!!!

Bloated app that works slowly and rarely opens without an error. I have zero issues with connectivity, but regardless if I have full bars on 4G LTE or full bars for Wi-Fi, I receive the same message: please check your network settings and try again, error: NaN, 8a. How can I attend a concert if the tickets are only accessible via the app? This has been an issue for several months now.

Figured it would be a good way to order tickets, it's definitely not and I would not rely on this for that if I were you, go through the phone browser if you have to. Went to order tickets for a show, presale opened at 10, got in line and everything was cool. Got to select tickets which wasn't exactly easy but got it done. Then it went to payment... it was stuck in a load cycle for about an hour, lost the tickets, tried again and same thing. Don't make my mistake, don't use this app to buy.

Broken and scummy. I installed it because now Ticketmaster/Live Nation sell me tickets that I can't screenshot anymore. I just wanted a quick way to access my ticket at venues where I might not have internet access. Except the app still requires me to have internet, and even when I do it's super slow and often doesn't even load at all. The option to save tickets to Google wallet doesn't even work either. It's completely ridiculous that I have no choice but to use this s**t.

I love this app and what it offers for convenience. Recently, the app works opening it but when I search a artist the screen goes gray like the background and I can't access anything. No artists, artist info, tickets, concerts, or venues. Hopefully this gets fixed. I like the app.

Bought tickets months ago. Now that the shows are approaching, the app won't even load. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my phone. No barcodes will show up with an error message when going through ticketmaster. Nothing. I will be very upset if I won't be able to use the $1k worth of tickets to enter to show.

I've had this app for a few years and it used to be awesome. It was easy to use and claiming your tickets was breeze. Ever since they installed the newest update it's been terrible! Everytime I try searching for an upcoming concert nothing loads and it has crashed on me more than once this past year! Very disappointed with how this app ended up.

Used to work, and now the main page won't even load. You only see at the top the few that just announced tours. I can load my tickets, but it takes time. So I am hoping it doesn't cause a problem on my upcoming concert on the 29th. I loved this app, and now I just want to get rid of it. I tried clearing the cache and storage, uninstalling and installing again, but it doesn't seem to work. Please fix this app. I buy most of my tickets here because the prices are cheaper than others.

Keeps my Ticket Stubs in order & reminds me when a concert I purchased is coming up. It's also used as my literal ticket stub (which is easier than the old paper stubs, but I must admit I prefer a physical ticket stub to a digital stub). Without a physical stub, sometimes it's hard to remember which shows you even attended, which is VERY important to me. To those thinking "just print one", you must have bever held a REAL stub, it's a great feeling and very nostalgiac years later

How is this issue still not fixed? It's been going on for about two months I want to say. Whatever was implemented in the last update made the entire app non functional. I open the app and all I get is Imagine Dragons banner and everything is just a gray loading screen. Then you try and go to their website and also have issues not being able to click on a concert directly. Way to run the app into the ground, just go back to the previous version.

I just installed app AFTER the most recent version update (5/1). It took me over 40 minutes after launching the app just to pull up my ticket to be scanned for entry at the venue! Caused me to miss a good part of the opening band. Since, I have cleared the cache and still when launching the app it just spins and spins. Totally ridiculous, as I am uninstalling after review!

Nothing is loading, not even my tickets. I tried clearing the cache, nothing. I tried deleting all stored data, can't sign in. It can't even load the sign in page! Whatever update that was done, reverse it, please! Or at least before the Fall concert season. Twice now, I had to buy my tickets on the browser version, on my laptop at work, to even purchase my tickets. I will be pausing the app until it's fixed. Thanks.

The new version is really screwy. You can't hit the heart 💔 next to an artist or a venue to select your favorite bands or venues. It's worse than the previous version, IMHO. PLEASE FIX IT. Thank you! BTW I have version 8.1.2.2072. Edit: after deinstalling and reinstalling the NEW app version (8.1.2.2072), it appears to work much better. Why I gas to install it twice is a mystery.

Used to work great even with poor connection. Lately I can't even load the home page! All it shows is a couple recently announced events at the top and that's it. Can't see my venues, or other artists nearby on the home screen. The only thing that loads is all of your profile and a count settings and nothing else. Tried an uninstall/reinstall and nothing. Pretty pathetic considering outdoor concert season is upon us, how else am I supposed to enjoy my favorite artists now?!

6/1/24 The app is horrible. I've been having trouble since the most recent update. It took forever to open, I couldn't search for shows and I couldn't access my tickets. I un-installed the append reinstalled it and now I can't even sign in. Every time I try to sign in it tells me to link my accounts then closes. I get a message on my phone that tells me the app has a bug.

Doesn't Work. Tap anything and I get a blank screen with the bars cycling with nothing loading. It's been like this for a while, whatever update they did broke it. It used to work fine. It got worse after the last update. Won't even allow me to sign in. Tapping sign in does nothing. They need to get rid of whomever developed this app and hire people that know what they are doing.

Definitely has some bugs. I have used this app every year & saw multiple shows w/ no problems. I now cannot access my tickets, and somehow got logged out & the button to login doesn't work. I have spent a fair amount of money through this app and I have a concert on Tuesday that I am going 4 hours away to see but cannot access my ticket😠 Monday is a holiday Other reviews show it's not just me. Ironically, the most recent update says that this is the exact thing they claim to have fixed.
