Good application, however, for the premium subscribers, it is inconvenient, because the links for the previous / related, case / article, opens in the web browser and not the application itself. I hope that the application is improved, and the links to the previous / related, case / article are made accessible through the application itself.

From past many days whenever I open my app it automatically closes with the message that "Unfortunately Livelaw has stopped" I thought it may be some update issue so I updated. But still the problem persists. I installed it again but of no use. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. I will change my review only when I can open the app without any glitch.

Though content is good, still the communication with publisher is very very poor. The software for subscribing is most rigid n impracticable. It does not allow corrections to my wrongly entered email and debit card number. This incorrigible subscribe software missed my subscription for past 7-8 months. This portal has no contact numbers of publication office. Only tech savy can reach them online. Aged and computer illiterate cannot reach due to lack of telefone numbers. Very unfortunate.

It is a very simple and clean app, BUT it lacks some basic functionality. Most importantly, it does not open links of its articles directly jn the app, it just opens the home page. The Search functionality (context) search is limited, it just word matches the headline.

I have a premium subscription but for the last few days the news feed is not getting updated. I am getting legal updates on live law telegram channel but on the app, it's stuck on 7 days old feed. Moreover I am not able to access my saved articles aswell. It used to be a great app but it's turning in to money grab bogus app. Please fix this ASAP.

The App is really good. The contents are too. However, I am having issues with my App. When I open some article/post, the I see a whiteline superimposed on the entire content, and I can't see a word. This issue does not go even after closing the App and restarting it to read the article.

It's quite disappointment to say that even though I made subscription for 1 year plan. Without using it for 20 days I got the issue whenever I tried to open the app it simply shows unable to connect try some other time. To sort it out I uninstalled the app for several time (till I'm writing this). I'm being clueless to do the next thing with it.

The app is too irritating,though very beneficial ,useful & informative. But it always stop while running due to which i am missing a huge amount of information for which YOU, THE APP DEVELOPER,ONLY YOU are responsible. I have informed u several times earlier by email but u didn't reponse once. Kindly i am saying again kindly do something..otherwise i'll have to take some step.

My rating is not in sync with my experience with live law. The application itself is fabulous as it ought to be because a number of law student considers news from live law to be a a news coming directly from horse mouth. It was to seek attention to my review i gave 2 star. The problem is new bug i lateset update. Every time i open application it simply does not show me anything but a error message which says that a problem is there in detecting internet connection. Kindly correct it.Thankyou.

Firstly, there is no consistent format for round -ups...One convenient format should be followed.. If it's Monthly/Weekly, provide sub-headings law and topic wise... Make sure that the link is accessible (some are not), and the causetitle is mentioned in the round up it self.. There are round ups in which a "nominal index" is given which is of no use coz it doesn't give you a hyperlink.. You have to scroll too much.. For yearly also provide sub-headings, causetitles and proper accessible links..

Horrible search on the app. Returns null everytime, even though I write key words exactly from the title! How can you get something as basic as an app-wide search wrong? Notifications and links in the browser don't open in the app (which is why I need to type the key words in the first place)! What kind of tech company fails at such a fundamental level? Don't mean to be rude, but genuinely very surprised 🤷🏽♂️

I've subscription for one year and my plan is valid till May 2022. I've bookmarked certain articles but I'm not able to locate any section to find those bookmarked articles. Recently also some ad of Live Law Premium is displayed prominently whenever I open the app and I don't understand if it's different from the plan I've subscribed. Also the search option is a farce and shows least or no results. Helpline numbers are also outdated calling which resulted in an embarrassing situation. Useless.

Recent updation of app is good. This app is very good. But after updation I found the size of text become small. Hence do something to increase size of fonts or provide the option to change the size of fonts of text. The other thing is regarding option to save the important news or article for future reference. Hoping to resolve this issues soon. Thanks for app.

Dude, earlier I used to get notifications for the news and new important articles. Now I don't ,even though I have turned on notification setting. Plz fix it. You can also add customizable notification setting. This will increase the frequency one visits the app and you'll get more Google ad viewers and in turn more money. Win-Win for both the user and the developer.

Dear Livelaw team, Earlier everything was working fine but since the renewal of subscription, it had turned into nightmare. The user login does not work most of the times. Though logged in once, but it asks for login upon every click and mobile app is not accepting login credentials. It's showing them to be incorrect. I sent a mail also but no reply was given but in marketing effort mail for subscription is being sent quite frequently. You are requested to resolve it at the earliest.

Since recent renewal, it's very pathetic. In spite of the subscription, the app doesn't allow me to read the case law from weekly round up, and every time the message flashes about premium subscription. So, I request you to solve this issue ASAP.

Everything is good. The only problem is that when a link is clicked in app it takes to webpage. Then it shows subscription is required. Irritating. No resolution. It has become very difficult to get required by way of search. Plz rectify it....we are paying......Every time asking subscription though I have already subscribed.
