I have only gotten about a tenth of the way through, but I can safely say this is much better than similar element creation games. The combinations make sense and aren't arbitrary, which puts it ahead of the competition right there. But the other touch that brings it to 5 stars is that items that can't produce new combinations any more are taken off the board. If you like this sort of this game, delete the others and play this one. Man, do I *wish* I was getting paid for this glowing review. :)

This game is absolutely amazing. I love the funny messages you get when creating new elements, hints on whether an item is completely depleted, which elements are not used for combinations and the games makes you feel smart when mixing certain elements to get more complicated ones. The game is extremely satisfying and something that keeps you busy. I recommend this to everyone. 5 stars. Without a doubt. ^^

Overall game play is engaging and fun. I especially like the descriptions of the items that are created (they're hilarious!). I wish it was less sensitive when touching items, because it tends to go to encyclopedia of it instead of grabbing it and that it was a bit more straight forward to make items.... I mean making cars before making Man is kind of silly!!

A fun little game that's easy to understand. Ads are hardly intrusive and it's satisfying to find new item combinations. Highly recommend, very entertaining though it does feel rather tedious due to trouble with finding combos. The hint system is a great way to implement advertisements without making it pay to win, and the developers seem like good people.

The game is great, I like that when finding all combinations for an item, it disappears. You must find new strategies when you run out of ideas, don't rage in the comments because you are impatient. The art style is nice and simple and the game itself doesn't drag on forever, in other words, it's short and sweet. Wouldn't suggest buying the expansion since it's not that large. The UI is great, I don't understand the bad reviews after reading many. Almost finished the game!

It's nice. No ads, no pushing transactions. It can be a fun puzzle. I agree with others that sorting things could be streamlined, like maybe allowing you to filter the sidebar in the workspace by categories? Rather than having to go to the encyclopedia, search, categories, scroll down to find the one you want, scroll all the way up do close the category menu...

I used to play the 1st game; this version is very similar, but more variety. Some of the combos have been changed, giving a nice twist to players of the 1st game. I do wish there was an option to recreate elements I've already made like in the first game; it's a little frustrating to have to scroll through growing menu to find something I made earlier. On the other hand, this change stops me from getting stuck in a repetitive loop when I forget what I have or haven't already tried. Nice remake.

Fun, if slightly weird combos. Reminds me of the crossword puzzle clues you get that make you say "haha... what?!" But still! It's fun and I like it enough. Preferred the first version oddly enough. But the animations on that one weren't near as good. It's something I can not put my finger on yet I reckon it's cause of the different art style. The former way was a little more charming to me..*shrug*

I really like this game! It's addicting to see what combinations create. The one annoyance I have is when I'm scrolling through the items or dragging them it thinks I'm wanting to go to the encyclopedia page. Similarly when I'm looking at an item from the list of items in search(ex:basic items) and decide I want to add it to the workplace it doesn't register my click on the little paper icon and goes to the encyclopedia page instead. Soo I guess if clicking things is made easier or less sensitive it will really improve my experience. Otherwise, fun game!

This is probably my favorite layout since it has a scroll list of all available items next to the work space. Matches can be made anywhere in the workspace, so multiple combos can be tried quickly. Some combos don't make the most sense to me, but there could be 1000s of elements if they included all possibilities. I played to depletion of everything and it is NOT as fun towards the end. If I replay I will likely stop when I discover most things but it's starting to get repetitive!

Fun! You get to make different items and find the hidden combinations to make everything including life, the universe, and flamethrowers. Sometimes it takes a little "brute force" trial-and-error (trying every possible combination) to find something new when you get stuck, but the game rewards you with new either and items when you get certain milestones, which keeps it interesting. You can also gets hints if you need them by watching ads, or paying for them. Guess it has to make money somehow, but the ads aren't horrible either. Overall a fun and addicting game, though it can get a little tedious scrolling through all of the things you have made when you get further along (though they have a search feature and other ways around the kludginess). Check it out if you liked Doodle God and games of that ilk.

Little Alchemy is just like the Flow games. Theyre amazing and fun, and they'll keep you occupied for a good while. But once you finish it, there isn't any reason to keep it installed. Like the Flow games I find that I'll 100% complete it, and then delete it. Then sometime later (months later) I'll redownload it and beat it again. This game does have amazing replayability. The only major complaint is that the sorting could be better. Overall it's a great and enjoying experience though.

It gets frustrating when you can't find combinations, but is so satisfying when you do. Very relaxing, the music is nice and calm. If the hints don't help, there's some guides available. Ads are only there to get a hint. Nice graphics. The item list scroll could be improved. Needs to work as the whole list, not just the side. Maybe an indexed list, but I guess that's what the encyclopedia is for. It's fun, for being so simple, and I don't know why.

A very good experience, but unlike Doodle God, there's no sorting system. It makes the game much less convenient to play - especially on mobile - and you have to copy the element you're using, lest you have to scroll all the way back up to get another copy. Those gameplay elements both seem fairly fixable. This game isn't overloaded with ads or begs for micro transactions, and goes super deep with 720 things you can make; most of them really intuitive. 4 stars exclusively for the sorting issues.

I honestly think that this is a beautifully made game. The graphics are amazing, the science behind it is thought out, and the background music is fantastic. My only issue though is that sometimes the game is a bit laggy for me, and some items I've made a long time ago say that I had just made them. Other than that, if you want a chill fun science game about elements, I definitely recommend Little Alchemy 2.

A great game, very good time killer. No ads at all (except for hints). The only things I would say weren't good would be, the music cuts out after a bit, when searching elements on Android, the bottom buttons on the phone stay up, no way to create the earth, good, monster, and immortality elements (which is fine since you start out with those, but it'd still be cool), some combinations just seem to be missing. Just nitpicks, still a great game though! (Btw the icon for Antarctica is broken lol)

87 days and this completionist is done. All combinations found, excluding the expansion (which I will likely get one day). No ads is lovely, making it easy to melt into to relax. It took me some time of a slump to realize that I should have strategized better to get all the combinations but once I did, the combos rolled quickly again. So fun for the right type of person.

Since the update I've been having issues with my elements disappearing on the side bar I've started to have to search them and add them to the working table from the catalog idk if anyone else is having this problem but it's getting annoying. I love the game still and have played it for years but it's getting hard to remember which elements are finished ones and workable especially if the work station is blank.

This is such a simple but challenging game. The UI is nearly perfect, the gameplay is not buggy, and my favorite part is the unpredictable definitions for each new item. Water: The All-liquid Lol The most recent update has now made the item panel on the right randomly disappear. It is very frustrating.

Overall great game. My only issue with it is that my list of items goes blank and either resets and brings me back to the top of the list with a couple taps, or the very bottom of the list, and sometimes I just had to completely exit and refresh the game in order to see my list again. Other than that I'm thoroughly enjoying myself with almost 500 items discovered
