Summary: The app isn't functional. I installed this app last week and I have been unable to fully set it up even after multiple trials. Different parts of the app just keep loading. Now I can't login. The app keeps saying "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

This app was supposed to be a better version of Firstmobile. But For the passed 4 days, I have been unable to login. I honestly wish I could rate this zero stars because it deserves nothing more. I can't contact a customer care representative because there's no "help" button on the login interface. It is such a disappointment!

Not bad @ all Bt it'd be great if you guys can make this app interactive. @Micheal or Michelle Okwelle, There's nothing wrong with this app; you just need a strong network to be able to use it. I'd a similar experience b4 N thought it was the app. Pls,@App developer, Where can I access the receipts I saved to gallery bcuz they ain't there N no way to be found. You guys need to fix this your OTP stuff bcuz it ain't working. I have been tryna retrieve my password since last month to no avail.

Can't login. Was enjoying this app. Was the only one that let me set up a databasing order and work effectively. But now for the past 2 weeks can't login. I can't make adjustments to standing orders I've set up. And the debits keep coming weekly. Devs could you please fix this, as soon I'd need to stop the standing orders.

The team behind this update did nothing but crab. I have not consummate a single transaction since the last update as the app will be saying '' something went wrong" very frustrating! even balance will take forever to display or will not display at all. Please bring back the old version for us to make life easier.

Offers nothing more then the legacy App. I say it is a waste of time and resources to make a new app instead of improving the old one. Also, a very annoying feature is the email you get sent every time you login. A habit all Nigerian banks are picking, which they fail to provide an option to unsubscribe from. Just for that, I am going back to the legacy app coz I don't want my email full of spam

If there was an option of zero I would have given it zero I could not set it up talkless of operating anything on it. When you finish asking and answering questions this is where you get error message that something went wrong before this you must have waited for long. Rubbish! You can't even reverse a process once started unless you shutdown the app, beside being very slow. Under normal circumstances it should have been an improvement over first mobile but not the case here. u ar bigger dan dis

I can't make transactions on this app. Why ? I will be receiving Otps while trying to initiate a transaction, but no Otp space is shown in the App

The app has been working fine but was disappointed yesterday when I want to make transfer and keep saying 'please wait until we sign you in' forever, it never open till today. I restart my phone several times but the same. Trying to check wether there's an update but no update and app not working. Kindly resolve as soon as possible.

for about a month now I can login the app and now the biggest problem is that when ever I try to login they be saying user name not found please register, okay try to register again the name have an account already which one should I do !

Great interface. No problem registering but, thereafter, login became impossible. You see "Please wait while we sign you in...". That continues for about a minute or two and then you see "Something went wrong... Please try later". The app needs more testing as it is currently buggy. A small issue is that uploading a photo to your profile doesn't work.

This app is a huge let-down. It just shuts down right in the middle of an active transaction several times. The processing time also takes too long. I can complete two transactions with my other bank apps at the same time the LIT app is "processing" my transaction. It is very frustrating. Kindly fix all these to improve customer satisfaction.

The App keeps telling me that it can't work on debug-enabled or rooted devices. And my device isn't rooted and neither is the USB debugging mode active. Occasionally when the app opens, it takes forever to load & it crashes randomly. The UI is smooth but please a lot of work needs to be done on the App to make it stable & even work generally

I was excited and delighted to see Forex transfers included in LIT App update of Oct 4. My excitement swiftly died when I initiated a transfer. "Something went wrong. Please try again later" error message dashed my hopes. Network connection is not the problem. Other Apps connect quite easily. Please don't let this good idea die so quickly. I am holding one star back to encourage a quick fix.

When you add beneficiaries, you see them in Beneficiary Management, but when you want to make a transfer to them, you don't see them in the transfer page. You see an empty list.

your app there's some issues if u come to stage 3, you have to restore the issue, no one can pass the stage, please make it to be very easy like other banking app.

Simply the worst App I have ever used. The experience is horrible. It's like nightmare. Everything with the App is difficult. I hate the App to the core. Sign in take ages. To do transfers is worst. Everything/anything you want to do with the App, will either take ages or doesn't work at all. The functionality is irritating, disappointing, annoying and frustrating. Online Banking with LITAPP is extremely bad and difficult to do. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

I prefer the layout and design of the app before the update. The flame was more realistic and the dash board was more fluid. I'm not sure why that was altered but please change it back. Also the icons on the dashboard are larger with no option to reduce the size . The app is generally slower now and just feels rigid. Also i really don't want an email notification every time I login there should be a way to turn off that option if you don't want that

please I've been trying to register on this App and it's not working because each time I fill in all the necessary details and then it comes to the issue of sending a verification code to my number and I don't receive anything,I try it over and over ,day by day ,yet nothing.... I seriously dislike it ,Please work on it as soon as possible,I would hate to close my account with first bank...thank you
