Great content. There is a recurring frustrating issue where tapping on the icons doesn't work ! useless!!! I'm very upset, for a paid app, one expects better functionality!

I've purchased the app but it doesn't work ! I've an annual subscription, the payment has been confirmed but the app still doesn't see that. Pls I need an urgent help ! Even if I cancel the subscription, it'll be cancelled on 12th Jan 2025. The money has already been taken from my account and I can prove it. You'd better find a way to sort it out immediately or else I'll sue you !

I am very satisfied with the offered service. Except there could be less cartoons, songs and stick with the interactive explorative stuff. I found that after a while my kid (4y) ignored the educative activities and just stuck with the TV option midlessly gazing into the screen. She does not understand ENG. I hoped that the app would help teach her ENG. In the end my kid just got bored from all the ENG cartoons and songs as well.

Wait to purchase a year subscription unless you are sure your child will use it. I thought when you cancel at anytime then you're charged a prorated amount. Nope. After a month my toddler lost interest in the games on the app so I decided to cancel. Well stuck with paying for the full year anyways. They will cancel the app after the full year. Lesson learned

This app is amazing and very interactive. My little sister is absolutely obsessed with the game. Although I wish the unlimited games were free because she completes the games so quickly; she wants more.

It's a lovely app, the trial was nice, but it's way too expensive and only a yearly subscription available. I have a 3 year old and she gets bored with anything after a month or so, therefore paying this much or buying a yearly subscription doesn't make sense. I wish we could pay on a monthly basis, cancel if she gets bored and get it again for a month or so after she gets interested again. If it's all or nothing unfortunately we will choose nothing.

I love this app My grandson loves this app He loves that he can pick and choose what he wants to learn and it has helped him with pronunciation and learning his numbers and colors how to put things together problem solving I recommend this for anybody who sometimes can't figure out how to keep their little one occupied for 30 minutes

Kids enjoyed playing the free version so I subscribed to the full version. Took me a long time to work out how to get it installed on multiple devices (the email links did not work, nor did the non-existent password). I did a password reset to actually create a password, and this allowed me to login. Will see how the full version goes.

App is okay, but it is too easy even for my almost 3 years old. Also, it's extremely bright and caused some tantrums in a kid when his time to play was over. Didn't happen with other apps. More expensive and less educational than other comparable apps.

I was hoping it would help teach my kids Spanish. After paying for a month subscription the only Spanish lessons it had was songs. I wasn't able to access that info before I paid the subscription price. Waste of $15.99

This product does not work well with android devices. My little one loves this app for learning but it has many technical issues. All of a sudden the sound would stop working for activities but would work for the TV part of the app. Next it started to freeze if a activity was selected more than once. I have reached out to tech support but they are unable to resolve the issue with the sound. It seems as if the application was designed using apple ios.

Bought a one year subscription. My daughter loved it. Very well done app. It has a large variety of different types of activities. Note - all the Negative reviews are from people trying to get the app for free. Yes the app is a paid subscription. Like another mom I also paid for a year and then forgot... Of course a year later my daughter's interests have changed ... But the response time to my email request to cancel was surprisingly fast!

I really love this app, its very engaging my 2 year old loves it! she is learning so much everyday. She gets so excited when the theme music comes on, it makes my day. Im happy to know that she is learning, not just from the weekly progress reports, but by her vocabulary, and things she is able to identify in the real world be it objects, letters, colors, or numbers!!!

Poor user interface, navigation was nonsensical to me. In addition it's crazy expensive for what you get. If it was a one time fee of 5-10 dollars I'd pay it, but not 15/mo. Some of the "games" consisted of drawing one circle, and that was it. Some are 1min videos with a small song. To me it looks like padding content to try to justify the price.

My kiddo loves this app and I really like the different styles used to teach. One thing I don't like is there is no way to block the kid from accidentally hitting the skip button or from pulling down the drop down menu on the top of the phone. It frustrates him and makes it so I can't let him play by himself. Also, it doesn't require you to "finish" units before moving on to the next and can be difficult to go back to a unit. I like the parents page and the mix of real life teachers/ animation.
