ถ้าเลือกการส่งแบบ ปกติ แอพไม่ยอมแจ้งให้ไรเดอร์ไปรับอาหาร ทั้งที่ร้านทำเสร็จตั้งแต่ 10-20 นาทีหลังการสั่งสำเร็จ กว่าจะแจ้งให้ไปรับอาหารคือ ผ่านไป 1 -1.30 ชม อันนี้เอาเปรียบเกินไปไหมคะ ทั้งที่ตอนสั่งเวลาประเมินคือ ไม่ถึง 1 ชม After restaurant finish cooking around 1 hr then app just notify rider to pick up the food so, 1 order need to wait 1.30 hr++ in order to get the meal. I always choose normal price for delivery fee which should using 40 mins only but in reality normally use 1 hrs++ Terrible

My favorite delivery app right now: good promotions and resonable prices. Their drivers are polite and have great service-minded attitudes. The customer service is excellent—reachable, with quick responses by humans, not chatbots.

Ordered food 2 hours ago and still have not received and cannot check status of the rider. สั่งอาหารไป 2 ชั่วโมงแล้วค่ะแต่ว่า ยังไม่ได้รับอาหารเลย แล้วไม่สามารถดูสถานะของไรเดอร์ได้ด้วย

They don't return your coupon on refunded order (even paid coupon). They just give you 2 small coupon to make you pay more.

App stole my money on cancelled orders twice now. They claim they never charged me but it's the exact amount deductected at the exact time and date from my bank. Its been more than a week. Use Grab instead. They always fix their mistakes.

I order Burger King at 18:45, waited till 20:30 before I had to cancel because apparently no rider is available for a pick up. Offered me a full refund but no compensation for making me wait so long. This is unacceptable, it rains all the time in Thailand. You want to tell me you've got no riders just because of a little bit of rain? Ridiculous.

The service is too bad. If you select for normal delivery it would take about an hour for restaurant that 3 km from you. This app always need you to use their add-on fast service to charge more money.

My first and last time using this app. I am recovering from food poisoning and really needed some apple sauce to start reintroducing food. They delivered me expired apple sauce that clearly looks bad/spoiled. When I asked for a solution I was requested to provide all sorts of information and photos. I spent 30 or more unpaid minutes trying to protect myself from theft by these criminals, and they just ignore me now.

Can't login on the app since the latest update. It kept showing an error message about my phone's clock setting, when the clock was already set to what it required.

Changed the address in the app, but order arrived to the old address. No clear way to communicate with support. Very disappointed.

I have used this app for years since it was my favorite. However, based on my personal experiences, these days they seem to be so tricky trying to gain more money from customers though different unnecessary options and promotions provided while ordering which make the delivery process even slower than usual.

English T&Cs are terribly written and vague, not what I expected from a global company. App doesn't even show what vouchers I own. Have to click on a restaurant to see them. And if you order iced drinks, good luck as they'll definitely melt. Grab is much better at delivery time management and estimation. List keeps displaying "AD" labeled restaurants repeatedly, some not even applicable with selected vouchers. Why show at all?

Consistent bad service Orders from fast food restaurants less than 1km away take well over 1 hour to arrive. Riders are given too many orders at once. You can't see where they are on a map and plan to meet. This is bc of them going back and forth delivering in a non sequitur order. Once a rider passed my building twice before I got my order the 3rd time. Customer service is nonexistent unless you are brave enough to go thru several nonrelevant pages just to get to a clueless bot. Language??

My first choice in food delivery apps ever since Grab starting charging foreign card fees and Food Panda customer service just sucks. Lineman has transparent pricing and excellent customer service. The only and biggest downside is the translation to English is not sufficient in most menus. The workaround for this is to screenshot whatever you are looking at and then open that pic in Google Lens for translation. Lineman should ensure all menu options, including item customization, are in English.

Comfortable and easy to contact with riders. But it takes extra costs these day titled by additional fees and there is no way to cancel it. So the price come up a lot than shown in previous page. Not a good idea.

I had refunded 2 goods of food but only got worth of 1 back. The help center is very hard to proceed, having terrible ux, you can't directly contact the support, must fill some useless question first and if you click on the wrong category, you cannot go back, must refill your information again. I got rejected my ticket 'cause did not respond in time but I had no idea at all that I had to respond them since there was no even an indication that I had to respond to my ticket whether in time or not.

I am extremely disappointed with this app. The delivery service is unacceptably slow. It seems they assign too many orders to the same rider, forcing them to complete other deliveries before even starting mine. As a result, it took nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive. By the time I received it, the food was cold and the entire experience was frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from a food delivery app. They need to fix their delivery m

Exceptionally poor localization. My app setting is English but almost everything is in Thai. If something goes wrong, good luck getting help, you're given a million options to choose from in Thai instead of an actual chat. Select the wrong one you get booted. Select the right one, someone only speaking Thai will message you and then close the chat. Also orders are frequently cancelled, 0 stars.
