😭 I've been playing for months. Had over 90tsums, 100,000 coins, raffles, bonuses, ect. I had a line account set up to save my progress. Now suddenly it was all gone and having me start over as a new player!! After an hour of uninstalling and reinstalling and resetting accounts ect i finally got it back. But what a headache and waste of time!!

Love the game, played off and on for years, but I keep having issues lately. For a while I kept getting an error that prevented upgrade, but it fixed. Currently it's stuck on a loop where it has me verify that my account is linked to Facebook, lets me click 'play' on my account details, then pops back to the title screen where it asks me if I still want to log into the same account again and again, but according to Google Play the app is fully updated so....? I guess I just don't get to play :(

Really cute game I've played before, but I haven't played for year. Used to spend money on it too. Recently DLed it 2 weeks ago. App keeps crashing mid play, making it really hard to be playable. Everytime it crashes, you lose hearts, coins and achievements. This happens VERY often. Not sure how long I can keep this game on my phone before I want to throw my phone to the wall, but I'm definitely not spending a penny of my money on this game until the game stops crashing.

This app already suffered from lack of optimization for Android devices, but the issue is even worse on newer phones. I recently upgraded to a Galaxy S21 and my phone is now TOO powerful for this app. The animations play too fast and I can only play one game at a time; if I try to play a second, it crashes. I have to close and reopen the app after every game to prevent the crash, which is highly disruptive to the experience. Support was no help, replying only with the usual automated response.

Third edit: starting to crash randomly again. EDIT to previous review: the developers sent free hearts and an apology and apparently fixed whatever was wrong. Thanks for that, Tsum Tsum team! Ever since the most recent "bug fix," it's been crashing mid-game and I've been losing hearts and coins because of it! It's really frustrating. I'm not going to continue to spend money on this game with how bad it's gotten.

I love this game, and have been playing it for a few years. My only issue, which I've run into recently, is that I have my account open on two devices (phone and tablet) and if I accumulate rubies on one and then open the game on the other, my rubies disappear and go back down to zero. I would give five stars if this didn't happen, because this is a really fun, casual game that never gets boring with its unique events and missions. Please fix!

I have played this game for 4 years. What kept me from rating it higher was reoccuring technical issues. For instance, whenever I signed onto a new device I lost all of my gems on mulitple occassions. I am afraid to uninstall and reinstall for this reason also. I continue to stay signed into Facebook but friends randomly keep disappearing so I can't compete with their score nor send each other hearts. "Coming soon" takes a long time. I enjoy the game overall, but it needs several adjustments.

The freezes with One UI and is worse with One UI 2.0. Sending hearts is still a pain...especially if you have a lot of friends. Please make a "Send to all" button so there is more time playing and less time spent trying to send hearts. Also, in the booster section there are 2 boxes that say "Coming Soon". It's been like that for over 5 years now. Last but not least, it takes TOO long to power up from level 5 to 6.

I absolutely love this game. Beyond that, I love Disney. The idea of a bubble game for Disney was a bit odd to me at first, but once I gave it a try I fell in love with the game in the most obsessive way possible. This game is extremely rewarding to those patient enough to gather enough coins to take a chance at obtaining one of their favorite Disney characters. However, after a while it becomes a grind & a little repetitive. I saved 1.5 mil coins & blew it off trying to obtain a limited tsum I didn't get..

Great game! Helps kill time when your waiting for class to start. Though the game itself freezes and I need to close it down and reopen it to play. Also occasionally, while its searching for line announcements, it will take forever and eventually I'll get annoyed and just close the app out altogether. If these bugs were fixed it would be great!!!!

EDIT: Started to crash randomly in the middle of games. It's an incredibly addictive game, with fun graphics and effects. Plus you can play it without having to pay extra, which is always nice. But I feel that the carrot is dangled a little too far at times, and obtaining coin can be a slog and less fun than it should be. It also is crying out for social media integration! I'd love to compare scores through Facebook and Twitter, but it is locked into the Line app and no one I know uses that!

I love the game itself. The challenges are great. Unfortunately with every update something goes wrong. This is this months issue, please fix! finish playing a round and it won't do anything more, so I lost the coins I used, plus have to try for the mission again, sometimes it doesnt like to send hearts... That can get annoying, but I still love and play this game.

I used to like this game so much! It was a 5 star for me! I've been playing since 2018 and I collected so many tsum tsums. I stopped playing for a year or 2 due to busy life but I was still able to play last week. Tonight, when I opened the app, it prompted me to agree to terms again and to log in. Since I don't have either LiNE or facebook accounts, I've been playing as a guest. Well my data was suddenly gone and the game wanted me to start all over again! Uninstalled it! Disappointed :(

Since the new update it's hard to send hearts,it freezes, It says loading . Please fix. There are so many problems with this game over the years. Don't know if it has to do with the line app. It's a fun game if you'd fix all the issues . I've been playing this game for almost 10 yrs. This is probably my 4th or 5 review over the years. If u want people to play you need to fix the issues it shouldn't have any.

Buggy as heck! I've played this yesterday only because of TWST, but I have uninstalled this because of the glitches! I just completed a mission, but it froze at 0 BECAUSE of the Fever! The only way to fix this is to restart it, but by restarting it, I lose my progress! THAT is annoying! Sorry, but until they fix this bug, I'm NOT playing.

Have had this game on multiple Android & Apple devices and sadly over the years the stability of the game has only grown worse. The game will randomly close without you even touching the screen, costing you any coins, progress, etc. Couple that with the other issues the game has and it is just frustrating to play. My most recent problem - game froze while opening a premium box and unsurprisingly I lost the premium ticket and got nothing in return.

Every so often I have to update my review because of issues with the game, which is unfortunate. This is my favorite mobile game but it has run into a number of bugs over the years. Currently I'm running into an issue where graphics will freeze over top of the play screen, making it impossible to finish a game. The screen will stay frozen and require me to completely restart the app to play again. I occasionally spend real money to get additional plays, which makes this especially frustrating...

I have to update my review as I have been running into a lot of issues recently. I spend actual money in the game to get things, but lately the screen freezes during game play forcing me to exit the game entirely. By doing so, I lose my hearts, score, coins, etc - some of which cost me money to get! It's beyond frustrating and I've been playing this game for so many years (and I play it daily). Please, please fix the bugs. It's driving me crazy and I want my scores, coins, exp all back!

So sick of this happening. Over the years I've downloaded this game a few times only to be logged out of Line somehow and then I can't log back in. It never recognizes my login info and then I lose all progress. It's so annoying to have spent money on a game that can't seem to save your progress over the years. And it's total BS that we have to go through Line to login (which I know is not a new requirement). I am so over this. Was a fun a game and my kids enjoyed but I am done with this.

I'm just giving a one star review to bring attention to a certain problem. This game has trouble playing ads since a few months ago, it will say "sorry, couldn't load ad. Try again with a wifi connection" or something like that. Thing is, everything else works perfectly, proving that the issue is not my wifi. It works great until you try to watch an ad for benefits, and it can even PLAY the whole ad, but still give that message, and won't give your reward. Or it can even crash the app trying...
