Worst online shopping experience I ever had is with limeroad.....first I ordered a shoe and when it got delivered...it was different from the shoe I ordered....then I return it ...after taking it back for 10 days there is no reply.....then I contacted the customer support about my refund.....they send me an email with attachment... which is showing that I had send shorts instead of shoes on return........ Fully fake site.....do not buy anything from them..... worst experience 😕😞

The worst app ever. Firstly I had size issues with my order so tried exchanging it but they delivered the wrong product. Then to return the same I wasted 15 days. After all the fiasco my money is returned to me via the app's Lr credits and not to my bank account. Even after complaining about the same my issue is yet not resolved. Like guys please buy the same thing from somewhere else but not this app. Kapde ka pata nahi they will definitely give you high BP!!

I really got bad experience because so many dress are also available in meesho, in limeroad they charge high price on the dress and also they charge handling charge, but in meesho for the same dress we can saw lower price and free delivery. I really can't understand certain dress are look like lower quality, but for that dress 10k , and also limeroad not provide offers in month ends, and i feel really bad calling us to buy the product is also irritating to me. It's definitely money digging app.

Very irritating app. The products are good and reasonable, but once we add a product to add bag they start and keep on making a calls, which is very much irritating....due go which I have to uninstall the app....

There is having biggest scam and froad , I placed a order get diffrent product so I return after return they refund rupees in my wallet after then they automatically placed a order and that product not delivered at my place I complaint multiple times but they don't take any action against this froad. I did not place any order and not received any product.. So I recommend you all guys please don't buy from this app you must go on shop or buy from trusted site like Amazon Flipkart etc.

This app is very good,very well designed n user friendly. They deliverd my order before time. There u will find wide range of podcasts to choose from n also they r as it is as shown in the pictures. Prices r also reasonable.

I'm totally disappointed with the app in the first go itself ,it's been 12 days since I placed my order ,the marketing calls are soo frustrating and everytime it says "out for delivery" and in the end there will be a mssg popping up saying we couldn't deliver it ,they dont allow me to cancel instead asking me to refuse it on the time of delivery. But thennnn where is my order I regret downloading this app ,do u think people getting money for free, sent many mails for my refund but no response😡

Never use this application. I was ordered shirt before few days but I am very dissatisfied with their service. It takes 12 days delivery and it gives firstly another date for delivery and then it's changed my delivery date. the product they delivered and I was ordered is different so I am very dissatisfied with this.

First order was placed a shoe, received it and found wrong size was sent tried to connect but ivr got disconnected multiple times, replacement placed not sure which size will they sent now, very disappointed with the experience

I am very sorry to say that I ordered a product after 2-3 days I received MSG that ur order was cancelled as per your request but actually I not cancelled I am waiting for that product. I was totally upset after the MSG received. What's problem going in it. I would give zero ratings for this app. I suggest people don't believe this app and order anything, whether they amount refund amount paid or its too scam.

Please don't shop here. Worst customer care support. I have been ordered 6 items and received all of them but 4 items status is showing as not delivered. I have raised complaint for over a month and keep following up everyday. But nobody is serious here. I am getting same update as I have escalated ur issue, will take 7 working days. But it's more than 20 days still no proper response and nobody is ready to give their supervisor number. I am fed up and i don't want to shop here anymore.

I received wrong product (jumpsuit instead of midi dress). On initiating return, the delivery partner refused to collect the order since it did not match the description.Customer service will not even talk to you on call. Pathetic service. When they want us to place orders they will call hundreds of times for marketing purpose, but when we need help for any grievances, they won't attend our calls easily. Disappointing. Email sent. FRAUD COMPANY. GIVE ME MY REFUND BACK.

I ordered one Tshirt today and I have done the payment through phonepe. Money got deducted but there is no update in my orders. I don't know whether my order is confirmed or not. There is no proper option to contact customer support. In call it is asking order ID. I sent an email. How long I can wait to know about the status of my order? This is not fair. It would be good if this app has realtime customer support rather than information about the bugs.

Never order anything from this app. They are fruad show something and they send something. When you return the products they don't even bother to pick and refund your money. No customer care support whenever you click on customer support they show same page. Worst app, better order on Amazon, Flipkart and nyka even meesho is far better than these people

Getting bombared with ads through push notifications all day is already bad enough. On top of that salesmen calling my number with promotional offers... it's REALLY annoying. I know you have great offers, and that is why I keep the app on my phone. You don't have to shove them down my throat, because I'm not gonna buy based on your calls anyway!

BugRoad app. So many bugs and not user friendly.When you click on Exchange, there must be an option to add the product from wishlist or from our existing cart, but it's going to full shopping page. How can I find my wishlist product here in this full list for exchange. Myntra has the option to choose from wishlist which is very user friendly and easy to navigate. But here it takes a hell lot of time. Their Customer care ph is not responsive. They create request for callback but they never call

I am not able to reach on limeroad customer care number, it says to drop a email but no one responding I had very good experience with limeroad but now their service is very pathetic. There is no way to write reviews in limeroad app.. Really upset with service. I have sent a email but no one responded, its been 1week. No response, not able to reach on customer care number. Pls provide the number. Why there is no customer care number. very horrible service. Fake status was provided in orders

It was fine at first but when I returned a product that I didn't find viable with my taste. I didn't receive back my refund money. It's been 2 months and the app shows it has returned successfully but I haven't received back my money. Even the customer service is not viable as they are not looking into account to this issue I have raised to them several times. Another product I bought was different than the one I wanted but while returning they weren't accepting the product as it didn't match.

I have the worst experience of using this app. At First I got the wrong product after that when i cancled the order and recordered the product i got very unprofessional behaviour of delivery agent and it's been very late in delivery. I had paid extra 79 on the same order for maintaining my order it means for the same product I paid extra 79. Worst experience and I'll strictly not suggest this app for anyone even to my enemy💔

Everytime there is a sale, the app server crashes. It's unable to handle high volumes. No load bearing capacity edit: app has been significantly improved. very good load and performance. search needs improvement. order tracking, sales alerts, inventory are all very good. prices are extremely competitive and great discounts.
