Sent entirely the wrong size. Not even close. When teying to exchange or return they wont let you even try unless you download an app. Once I did that it took 1000 steps to trynto fix the issue, the app glitches and closes making you start all over, you are required to send photos as evidence and then when it seems like you are close to done it will simply refuse to complete the last step. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from these people. I will have to refute the charge on my credit card.

I had a problem where every time I tried to submit a return ticket for a poorly constructed dress, I was given a system error try again later pop up. This happened over the course of a few days. I contact CS a different way and explained what was happening and included pictures. They resolved the issue very quickly with a full refund. I very much appreciated that. It would be good to add a quick access to customer service for situations like these errors.

Since I can't find a way to review the actual item (sketchy) I guess I'll do this. The dress while looking like sequence and fancy is nothing more that a screen print on very very thin "compression" type material. Not worth the $ at all. The shipping was slow and tracking gave few specifics. Disappointing all around and clearly from out of the country which was deceiving. Not even any paper work with the item.

A good app that gives full access to their enormous online store. Ordering, payment, and delivery were all super easy and the customer service was top notch! They were even able to change an item that I had ordered before it shipped, which most online places will not do. They just tell you to start the return process. Thank you for a terrific app!

app is a little difficult to navigate. back button works as a cancel sometimes. depending on the product, the size cart changes too. make sure you double check all sizes before putting them on your basket as it seems nothing can be removed, just the whole order will be deleted when you hit the back button. we'll see what the products look like when they get here....

To begin with it was a great app. I was able to find a lot of things at an inexpensive price. Through my purchases and daily check ins I got enough points to earn a 100% off coupon on anyting above $80. But when I read the fine print I find out it only takes $20 off of an $80 price. If you guys say it's 100% off it should be 100% off. That is false advertising.

They have a large selection of items at a pretty reasonable price. Unfortunately, when trying to select a different color, of an outfit or dress, that is shown available the display picture will not change to your selected color so you can see what it would look like. This makes it difficult too select a garment, you're now guessing if it'll look good in the color you select. If it doesn't then you have to go through the hassle of returning said item.

great products, lots of choices for about anything you could want. good pricing. if I like something but find it too expensive I can usually find it here, cheaper. I've never had a problem with the products. the one time something didn't fit right, they offered me 2 deals; I chose to keep the product and get a percentage of the price back plus a coupon for my next order.

Prices are good, but you get what you pay for. Getting the right size is just as challenging as doing a return or exchange. Trying to post reviews and pictures for reviews is frustrating. I took many pictures of for my reviews and only like two went through. I had to write one message four times cause it kept disappearing. Glitchy and frustrating. Going back to easier shopping sites.

The app runs fine. Its UI is overwhelming, but manageable. Could do with less icons. Service is another story. I used the service without reading the reviews, otherwise, I would've seen what awaited with return shipping. I recently made a purchase, and it arrived quickly. When it arrived, it wasn't as described. Now when I tried to return it I get that "...we don't offer free shipping/ shipping may be $10-$40 /take 10% off your next order if you keep it" message...Unexpected. I'm disappointed...

This is absolutely the worst shopping experience. I can't attach photo here, but the one shows when you pick light blue is more like sapphire, and the one I received is cyan. These two are absolutely different products in terms of color, style and quality. They wouldn't accept return and offer me 10% which is $0.98 credit to use on the website, which is very insulting. I would never ever buying on this website again. All cheap low quality junk!

Sizes are mostly small, so get one larger, but then every once in a while the sizes are normal. No way of knowing for sure. Designs & prints don't look as good in reality, almost like the online pics are digital rendering, not actual photos. Their return policy sucks because by the time you pay for return freight it's not worth returning clothes that cost under $10/each. Lastly, I got billed TWICE for the exact same amount & had to dispute the charge. Going to delete the app after this

Sucks! Items are cheap but they get you in shipping. Things are always dime store quality, not like the item advertised. Many things I bought quit working after one or two uses. Clothes are a waste. A few things I got were nice, but that's maybe 10% of my purchases. Materials are always different than shown, colors and patterns don't match. You have to order 2-3 sizes bigger for it to come close to fitting. Dont waste your money, learn from my loss! Returns require you also pay return shipping!

The clothes sold here are absolutely the poorest quality on the planet. I put an order in of $350+ and was very disappointed once it arrived. Nothing was sharp and clean as it looked in the photos. Patterns were even blurry or not as vibrant. Also, the sizes are all off. I even received some items that I didn't even order as "alternates" for items that they were unable to fulfill!? Who does that? Refund me if you don't have the item!!! Also, the return process is an absolute joke. It is impossib

Good luck trying to figure out how to get rid of annoying notifications. Nothing listed in settings or account. And when I found notifications, it just showed me a bunch of product, nothing to turn it off. Update response to developers... I don't have the stupid app on my phone anymore and I still get push notifications. Mouthing on settings so it's not easy like you said in your response. It's worse than a tick. I hate it. Don't want it, have restarted my phone and looked into the root setting

Love shopping at LightinTheBox. The reasonable prices, usually quick check in & out, the fast delivery goes a long way. Sometimes items are way to big or too small but rarely. Otherwise I would give a five-star if it wasn't for the surety of an correct purchase everytime I don't guess you would get that from anyone, anymore. So I will continue to use this app.

I don't leave very many reviews but Light in the Box really impressed me. I've never shopped with them before so I was skeptical, but they were awesome! Alena was very understanding and helped expedite my order so I could get my dresses before an important event. The dresses were made to order and the quality was great. One of the dresses was not what I expected. They accepted my return, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend and order from them again! Great Service!!!!
