Doesnt let me complete payment. Always says payment failed. Have been trying from morning. 06/05/2024 - please check with your customer service team. I had talked to them and they sent me a payment link by sms which also failed to work and they said they will be reaching out to your IT and till date nothing happened

Never use them for online prescriptions. Extremely poor service by pharmacist in Madinat zayed pharmacy. Management is equally responsible for not having enough staff to handle crowd/pressure and for having incompetent customer services. No one is available to chat on complaints despite waiting for 2 hours ( 3 times). It just keeps showing that "You are number 1 in the queue" It took them 25 hours to deliver the medicines after uploading the prescriptions on their app.

Worst team for delivery. They are just making money. They don't care for any urgency. I placed my order and paid for urgent delivery as my son was having fever. They delivered two hours late. Their customer care was not supportive. Their store giving false information and even their delivery agents making false commitments. Uncommited, non professional. Indiscipline and dishonest

The voucher is for nothing. You can not use it online. You have to visit the store physically. After visiting the store, you can use it on limited products only. And if you want to buy something that you have choosen online and it was cheap. Then it is for online only. And you will think why I waste my time coming here? Tgere are 100 other pharmacies out there. It's a big drama. I stopped using Life.

Very poorly designed app. Never goes to payment , I mean, I can not place an order. Tried reinstalling the app, still no use. Even their website is not reliable .

Very poor service, it's mentioned 2 hours item will deliver, 15 hours still item not received and no way to contact I'm waiting in chat 2 hours and call 30 minutes no response.

Really horrible service. While placing the order, the delivery showed 30 minutes... Its been 3 days and I have no idea about the order which has already been paid in full. Never use these guys.

Showing 'Network error' pop up when trying to open to open most sections of the app. The issue still persists plus now there are two additional bugs: 1. items in the wishlist don't open the details page when clicked or get added to cart. 2. Item thumbnails sometimes show 'Coming soon'

This pharmacy was on "SALE" as advertised.. however, the product that they are delivering is close to expiration date. The expiration date of the "SALE ITEM" was not mentioned in the app and it turned out that it is not returnable. In my POV as a consumer, this is not fair as they are like false advertising. They will say "WE ARE ON SALE" but their item turned out to be close to "RUBBISH".

Worst experience ever. Order cancelled - AE-TA8136-1 The person said that the amount charged will be refunded to the card. After 3 days I noticed that the amount is in wallet as points which means I am forced to use the app again for some item in future. When I tried to contact them twice, they never pick the call up.

Each time the app asks for updating..also the vouchers gets expired very fast and no reminders sent for the same...keep the voucher dates for a long time

Scammers. They issued me a coupon and they refused to claim it as they keep the product vague and whatever you choose they will tell you not included They refused to give me what is included as obviously this is a scam

They couldn't keep their promise to deliver the order on time, even though you paid for faster delivery. I've used their services a lot and subscribed to their useless membership, but now I've deleted their app for good.

The second try and the second time I could not buy because of an app issue. The first time it was something with the address, this time - the order confirmation button didn't work. I think it's the worst app in the UAE UPDATE after half an hour they just place all my cart to order by themselves and you have no button to cancel it. I had to call support to cancel it. I wish I could be able to give minus 5 stars

Wrong policy- I placed my first order online. They provided a welcome bonus for my first order. Unfortunately, I selected the incorrect item which I had to change. Now the order cannot be amended. Plus my welcome bonus was forfeited as well. Technically, I am still entitled to my welcome bonus as my first order was not executed successfully. I rather stick to the other pharmacies/competitors as life pharmacy does not care about consumer rights. Very disappointing!

I will always recommend them! The product I ordered was OOS in one of their stores (they notified me asap) so I was worried that I wouldn't get it today (As I ordered the same on Aster app & only after following up they told me it is OOS & delivery is tomorrow despite the website showing delivery today). Amazingly, Life Pharmacy still managed to get it dispatched from another store and deliver it within 30 minutes. I've used the app multiple times and I've never had a single bad experience.
