It keeps crashing!! Says wont connect to internet when my internet is perfect. Super disappointed after playing the first game smh. Im glad I didnt buy this one and tried the demo first. UPDATE: Haven't gotten a response yet and the game hasn't been updated since last year..guessing the developers vanished leaving some disappointed fans. I enjoyed the 1st game a lot & looked fwd to this one. I'll try downloading one more time to see if it actually works.. I seen other users w/same issue though.

I liked playing the first one so had to check it out. Did see some pretty obvious and some funny issues. For real one bug in the game was funny as hell. David's face is all F***ed up and mouth doesn't move properly made me laugh so hard. Otherwise selecting objects to interact is kinda difficult and the game shuts itself off randomly sometimes in the middle of something so I gotta open the game again. Otherwise Im liking it as a game. The randomly shutting off is the reason for 3 star.

I've played the game before on game systems and the game play and story is overall really good. The only problem is the mobile game. I was looking forward to playing this episode but it was a total fail. The game was super glitchy, it wouldn't wouldn't even play parts of the episode, and it was really hard to guide the character through the maps. I honestly would recommend playing on pc or game system rather than mobile.

This app was highly recommended and had good reviews, so, I purchased prior to playing. I have yet to complete the first 'chapter' due to the controls being so hard to use. I get frustrated with having to try and retry to get somwhere or do something I just gave up and uninstalled. Wish this was an actual point and click. Story looks interesting but I just cant play it. Ive adjusted the sensitivity with no luck. Id love to come back to this and actually be able to play

I might just have an issue. Game loads to the main screen, but after tapping anywhere, it tells me it can't connect to the internet, and then gives me the option to either sit there, or quit the app. Running on s9, with no VPN, or ad blocker running while using the app, thinking that might be the problem, but it didn't fix anything.

I played the first game and really loved it and wanted more. So I got this one with no hesitation thinking it was going to be just as good. I like the storyline, but it's definitely not like the first. This one has no control options, it's only tap to walk and it is really hard and frustrating to use. It also doesn't have sensitivity settings which gets annoying to me. This one is $12 for all episodes, but it should definitely be cheaper than the first which was only $9 for all. Please fix it...

I absolutely love this game with a passion, i bought the full version a while ago but my old phone was bad and didnt allow me to play it (not the games fault i just had a rlly bad phone) but now having a better phone and trying to play it is such a hassle. The controls while good theyre also bad, theres constant jumps and the controls are super touchy i go to click one area and it takes me far away from where i clicked. The characters also have a whiteish outline thats due to lag :(

I love the storyline. I played the original Life Is Strange with zero issues, so I purchased this one without hesitation. I am currently very frustrated though. I got almost to the end of episode 2 when it said something about a corrupt file and made me re-download and replay from the very beginning of episode 1. I now can't get past the part in the mill when Chloe is upstairs and the 2 dudes show up. It just freezes on me, then makes me keep replaying that part. I feel like I wasted my money.

love the game and great story line. but the controls on this one really suck! Damn annoying. The controls from the first game were so much better. what happened? you need a joystick funtion. Its literally the only thing keeping from purchasing the rest of the game!!!! EDIT* just read through the reviews and pretty much everyone is complaining about the controls. I hope you're fixing them.

Had my save get corrupted twice now. At the start of episode 2 & 3. Don't feel like playing through it a third time just to finish my first playthrough; forget ever playing again just to try different choices! I've wasted many hours already trying. Save yourself some cash and watch a YouTube playthrough. This game is more rough than the original with graphical bugs even on high end devices, and the controls being awful it it awkward walking around objects several times trying to interact with them.

Review of demo:demo is not in working condition, during gameplay it has crashed five times. Controls are okay, but need to be tweaked a bit. One of the big issues is if you tap on an item she won't walk to that item, she will walk to the other side of the room instead. Journal entries need a zoom feature. Graphics are gorgeous, but game settings need an option to downgrade for performance. There is a lot of detail and I think that's why it's crashing so much.❤LIS:BTS on pc, it's one of my favs.

I really enjoyed playing Life is Strange so I got excited when I found this. I really enjoy playing this game as well. The controls are okay once you adjust to them. My game crashed once during the first episode. Now I'm in the middle of the third episode and I can't get past the one part. It keeps crashing after the one scene. I tried 3 or 4 times and it still crashes. PLEASE fix this issue! I would really like to finish the game. I will keep trying but if it keeps crashing I will be VERY disappointed. I will have to see about getting my money back.

Pretty good game, but not as emotionally impactful as the first. I prefer the virtual touchpad to move the character as opposed to the screen tap, and at times it was difficult to get the menu to appear without accidentally taking screenshots. One thing is certain though, if you release the follow up games in this series in Android format, I would buy them in an instant!

After getting used to the controls I have to say these games are the best I've ever played on a phone. Really interactive, excellent storyline, overall just a really well put together game. my only issue is dialogue between Chloe and David in the beginning when he takes her to school. His face is distorted during the entire interaction between the two of them. I deleted and redownload the episode, and waited for it to fully download so I know that isn't the problem. Otherwise it's perfect.

I enjoyed playing this game on consoles, so I was stoked to have a mobile version I can take wherever I go. I docked it two stars because firstly, I really dislike how you move around in this. Not only does it not always go where I want it to, but when I'm trying to interact with something it will register that as me wanting to move around... The camera turning is really slow as well. I'm more of a fan of snappy controls and this touch were you want to go isn't all that precise... Another thing that bothers me is some of the rendering will put really bright white pixelated outlines around characters and objects when they don't belong there. But that's a small gripe that I can get past. I like how the controls can be modified for an on-screen controller in the first LIS, it would be great if that can be done with this game. Then I'll give it a 5 :)

So it's not that the game is bad (only did demo) . I loved the first life is strange. And I did the touch screen controls but this version is almost unplayable because you don't really have control in a way that is specific. Touching one thing but character walks pass it. Because this game is so contingent on your movements not being able to have full control is frustrating. If this is fixed it would be great to continue with the game

First off, the game is addicting and has characters you will absolutely fall in love with and want more of. Max x Rachel x Chloe crossover, please! Edit: Most of the following issues are resolved or at least improved after episode 1. On the downside, the controls in this one are definitely much harder to use than they were in the original life is strange. In the original, everything was very fluid, and this one you have to tap and drag a million times to turn in any direction, and God help you if you get stuck in a corner, you will be there forever! And while you are getting stuck everywhere, the characters will be yelling at you, because they like to remind you way more often than necessary ( and way more often than in the original) of what they want you to be doing. The character movement is also more choppy than it was in the original, and there is some sort of issue with the graphics where at some points and some angles you will see white lines where are the different planes separate on the character. Interacting with objects is also harder now, you have to be a very specific angles for them to activate, even if you can see their menu beforehand. All of these things together are making for extremely frustrating gameplay after just coming off of the original game.

I really enjoyed the original "life is strange" but this offshoot is riddled with problems. The latest happened today when my saved game became corrupted, and I was forced to start at the beginning of episode 1. I was already on episode 2, so you can imagine that replaying episode 1 would just be tedious. Also the virtual joysticks of the original game were much better for controlling the character, so please put them i to this game. (also, also... let me skip cut scenes that I've already seen, let cutscenes finish before going to a black screen, and remove the white outline around characters.)

Great game. Not as good as the first one (-1), really really terrible controls (-2) for this port. This could have been a decent port. Performance is decent, after all. However... The port of the first game has 3 separate control options. This has 1, and tap-to-walk mixed with tap-to-interact is a bad combo. Not being able to adjust the painfully slow turn sensitivity just makes it worse. I lost track of how many times I wanted to interact and it walked halfway across the area.

I love the entire Life is Strange series [ESPECIALLY before the storm], the storyline and everything, don't get me wrong. But the mobile version... is not it. The controls are horrible. There's only a tap to move feature in this game. In the first Life Is Strange game, there were options for changing the controls to a joystick but not in this one. Extremely hard to move around and it's also not a good mix with the tap-to-interact function. Glitchy and laggy too. Wouldn't reccomend for mobile.
