Update: There is no update it still has the same problem. I just came to leave a review and saw that I've already made one. Fix it. I've made multiple reviews for this app as it improves and then devolves. Currently I'm unsatisfied with the fact that I log in look at account 1, then I want to go back to the main page, hit the back arrow and then I'm signed out and have to log in again. Just annoying.

EDIT: Holy customer service batman! Recently the app development team reach out to me via phone to get more details on what was happening and then followed up by email to get more information. I haven't had many issues since, maybe it was a phone update, service update who knows. But I'm here for their huge attempt at making sure it's a friendly user experience. Tldr: app was crashing a lot, liberty has called and emailed to get more info in order to prevent it from happening in the future

I have complete confidence in my bank which helps me be as confident in my app. It is in real time and is so easy we find ourselves using it all the time. The thumb print log in makes us feel safe in using the app as well. We love this bank and the systems they choose for us to be completely satisfied and feel safe with our finances.

Ever since becoming liberty the application rarely works. It will constantly say it ran into an error or does not load information. All i'm trying to do is check my balances and pay my bills and it is A frustrating and nearly impossible process to do because of how terrible this application is. Before Becoming liberty, the app always worked and I never had an issue. They need to look into whatever is going on and get this fixed before they lose members like they're about to lose me.

Need to force stop the app every time I try to open it. Been going on for about a year. Called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Was also told to go in-person to the bank. They said the same thing. None of the other apps on my phone are doing anything like this. A year later. No change. 👎mid december still no change. Mid march change still. Been in contact with bank, app developer, etc. About done with this app and bank.. there is no fixing it.

Ever since they did their most recent update this app is terrible. I can't open it. It just hangs and won't open, sitting with the logo. It was better a couple times when I didn't activate the biometric scan. However, I have to CONSTANTLY uninstall, reinstall and confirm/validate myself EVERY time I want to access my account. They need to fix the bugs because this is now unusable as it is.

This app would be great if it was even somewhat accurate! My bank has been overdrawn over a hundred times in 1 year because of inaccuracies! And they charge you $27 for every transaction overdrawn this is a money grab from this bank! It will show items payment has been posted then several hrs later will show that it had overdrawn your account but when it showed it was posted you still had funds am I missing something here??? #scam!

Always thought this was a great app, I do all my banking through it. Took this survey a few years ago and suggested that they itemize the credit card account too. They did, and now I can track everything from my phone. Everything I have is through ETFCU, this is the last bank you will use, get on board now. Edit: A+++ still perfect.

The latest update keeps crashing. I couldn't log in at all. I Uninstalled/reinstalled. The log in screen is glitched. Had to verify account 3 times until it would log in. It wouldn't allow the verification call to work with many attempts. Then wouldn't show anything once logged in. Prior to the update it miscalculated my spending. Usage was posted but the balance was misrepresented. I almost over drew one of my accounts. I have a disability and this apps malfunction almost cost me financially.

The amount of internal pop up ads is absurd. I understand the purpose of them. There's so many consecutively and repeatedly that it's intrusive and affects the user experience. I most recently opened the app to deposit a check (which would take around a couple of minutes), and was bombarded with 4 pop ups that obstructed my view and what I was trying to do.

It functions most of the time. Too bad the constant MULTIPLE full screen pop-up ads/offers that even pop up while you're in the process of using the app (even while trying to take pictures of checks you are trying to deposit), make it a complete pain to use. If you want members to know about promotions, just send emails, OR add a PROMOTIONS tab. There is no need for pop-up ads while users are trying to handle financial matters.

I love checking in on my accounts and being able to make transfer payments on our loans and deposit checks quickly. The only complaint I have is that the finger print reader cuts out sometimes. I think it is only when a new print has been added to the device though. Love the update visually!

Terrible app for what used to be a great bank. Constant popup ads which is ridiculous in a banking app. I am close to closing my account with this bank due to the a annoyances of these popups. No other banking app I have used has ever had ads for their loans like this one does. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Update: I just deposited a check. Opening the app caused a pop-up. Taking a picture of the check causes a pop-up. 5 total pop-ups occured while doing this.

Great way to keep track of bills and payments. The ebill function is a nice tool since I get a reminder from the credit union that I have a new bill to pay. Simply click pay and select date to pay or can set up automatic payments. I feel this is more secure to have the credit union send payment rather than having my creditors have access to my bank account information.

Its cool if you just want to check your account or transfer money between accounts. it usually updates posted transactions really quickly. It's really convenient. The check deposit option takes time when it comes to retaking multiple pictures before getting approved. It needs work in that area. Pretty much able to do most things that need to be done.

Super easy. I transfer to savings. Auto pay my car. Take pics of checks to deposit. Pay my credit card. Seriously, it's one stop for me since I live in Pittsburgh. Update for people that have to "retake photos multiple time for deposit." If you simply click keep picture, it works. I have never retaken a photo even though it prompts me to every time, and they deposit with no issue.

Aight look. Good app and all. Gets what I need done. Notifies me when I want it to. BUT The last update made this trash. Takes for-EV-ER to log in. Like, I'm talking literally two minutes to take a correct password and pull up accounts. And the glitch with check deposit that kicks you to login? Yeah, still there, but more infuriating now because you have to wait ANOTHER two minutes to get back in and RESTART THE PROCESS OF CHECK DEPOSIT. Not gonna stop using it, but FOR GOODNESS SAKE, fix it.

12/2021 update. Taking off yet another star. The ads are obnoxious. Just cut it out already! And now I get "Application Error" Every. Time. I. Make. A. Deposit. On. My. Android. You have rendered this app useless. 7/2021 update. Ads keep popping up while trying to deposit. Please fix this!!! Its great to have the remote deposit option, but it takes 6 tries before it decides the photo is high enough quality. The Apple version works much better than the Android.

App is pretty decent overall, except it now has lots of popup ads. Ads for the bank in which I am using the app for and already have an account with. Also the check deposit feature could be more easy to use by not being buried in the menu and not having you look at the picture again and re-submit almost every time regardless of how well it actually followed the guidelines.

To login, the app told me I would receive a text, and that I could login after replying. But instead I was sent a code. After a third try I used the phone option. Then, somehow the app misread a clearly typed check amount - it couldn't read either the number or the text spelling out the amount? 2 stars only because eventually I was able to make a deposit.
