Buttons on the app are at the bottom of the screen. This is where my phone's Home and Back buttons are. When I am pressing Shop or Account, I end up minimizing the app or going back a screen. Impossible to navigate. Terrible app for phones.

Absolute Trash Don't Waste Your Time! Logged in and prepped my account before the Nike×Levi release and as soon it dropped the app became unusable. After 15mins I got the shoes in my cart and the app logged me out and wouldn't let me log back in. 10mins of trying to log in and the shoes sold out. This app is a joke.

HORRIBLE app. Missed out on a whole drop release all because I couldn't check out. was waiting over an hour only to be presented with a unexpected error message and then the product was out of stuck. AN HOUR WAITING to simply check out.

Loyal Levi's customer here. I was waiting for the Levi's x Nike collaboration to drop, and it was a horrible experience. I was logged out of the app, received multiple "an error occurred" messages, and because of it, wasn't able to even cart any of the pieces I was interested in purchasing because it was an app exclusive. An absolutely horrific experience overall.

I love Levi's, I worked in a Levi's outlet a few years ago and I loved it. I agree with others there is a lot of lag and sometimes it's bad enough to just leave the site but my love of the product keeps me coming.

The app can be sluggish at time. As it loads more items it slows down and gets "laggy"

Good photos and comparison charts for shopping but it took forever because when I went to a different tab on my phone, It restarted the app!!

levi’s app issues "unexpected error. Please try again later " on cyber monday. You get the error when you tap on any product. No way to put anything in your cart. Nice way to keep people paying full price.

If you are looking at reviews on Levi's clothing, then all I can say is, I have worn no other jeans since I was a teenager. That would be the late 1970's. Either my timing is awesome, or they have lots of promos, and sales. I recently purchased two pair of 505 stretch jeans. The slight stretch of the material make them very comfortable to wear. Quality, Fit, and comfort, are all exceptional. Now a jean jacket is on the way. Again with a promotion, & credit from my previous purchase. Affordable!

As the brand's ad, it works almost perfectly (in Canada), providing an updated info about specs and availability of Levi's goods. However, once installed, I cannot complete any of my orders, since the app is not able to process any payment options: no PP, no GPay, no credit card. Just shows an error message at the end.This is really annoying.

Used it once, so far it's great (android). User friendly layout, pictures that you can zoom in to view, clear descriptions and available sizes. I just wish it included complete material composition (i.e: 10% spandex 90% cotton, nickel buttons/zippers, that kind of info.). Also wish it had a like/favorite option to bookmark a list of products to view later.

Was about to make a $200 purchase 5 minutes ago, but PayPal wouldn't with via the app. Kept giving me an "error occurred message." I realize I that my app needed to be updated, so I update it. I head back into the app and my cart is cleared. I try to add the product back in to the card, but now the app won't even let me add items into the cart.

This app is dogs*it. Logged me out during the important drop. Then it wouldn't let me log back in, saying I'm using the wrong password (I'm using biometrics). When I tried to reset my password, it then said I had to use a "valid email". Jumped on my iPad, same thing. Opened a desktop browser. Same thing. Now, when everything is sold out, it logs in like nothing happened. Useless app. Horrible drop. Deleting it right away. I don't need your marketing notifications. U can't provide a decent exp.

Absolute garbage. I had it previously installed but got frustrated by just how poorly it worked. Constantly lagged when scrolling, didn’t load things, problems with checking out, etc. I got an email about an app only sale so I thought, surely a large brand has fixed the app that they want people to shop from. Nope, still garbage. Don't offer sales like this if you can't be bothered to fix the f'ing app.

I will never purchase their jeans again. I put a few items that were marked down in a cart & the system gave me the correct price. Then I switched to a private device and put the same items in the cart. It showed me the correct price at first, then switched to full price when I finished putting my payment information. I sent screenshots to customer service WITH PROOF and they admitted to having a glitch in the system but nothing they could do. Called in & asked for manager and rep said no.
