After I renewed the subscription for a year, the connection became worse. Sometimes it was shown that the connection was successful, but I still couldn’t open the web page, and every time I switched countries/regions, it took a long time to load and failed. Restarting the app is the same, the connection problem It happens often and the experience is very poor.

Works in China. However the features offered to platinum subscribers are just not worth it. I see 0 benefits. I can only have two devices connected and everytime I want to switch devices (between phone, home desktop pc and laptop) I have to manually remove devices and log back in (even when the other devices are offline).It's very tedious and frustrating. And in the last update they added a banner on startup without the close button. You have to click on unskippable adds as a platinum member.

Can be used in China and choose different servers. But is only limited to 2 devices.

I had been using this VPN app for a year or so until on Thursday the 28th March 2024 I was forced off the app by an AI test implemented by a third party employed by Lets VPN to sniff out "potential danger to others" amongst other vague reasons. On chatting to staff I found there is no way for the app to be reinstated on devices bound to the same ID. Now, the strange thing is I had 3 accounts because I have 6 devices 2 bound to each account 2 devices are the limit per acc. 3 banned why? BEWARE!

It becomes slow when accessing apps that don't need proxy even in full speed mode, hope can be improved

Only connects 2 devices even on premium. Tried downloading several games which amounted to 100 to 200gb of downloads in a day which got my PC to be blacklisted regardless of any other account I use to login. I have the most expensive membership by the way.

Just purchased a subscription for a year. Then it is not working as expected. There is no option to change the vpn country. There is no option to cancel and refund . There is no option to change the configuration. I regret it that I purchased 😡😤. And yes, i reached the support online who didn't solve anything. There is no option to add a new review or attach a screenshot on how the support responded with no solution and no feedback. Just advised to upgrade again the subscription to get it work

It's a demoware. You can use it for only 60 minutes then it'll stop working till you pay for it That's ridiculous. One star is too much

Good, but would be better with a notification pane widget. It's a pain in the neck to always switch apps to turn the VPN on and off

When I use letsvpn on two devices, one of the devices connects to the VPN network normally, but the other cannot connect, showing a connection failure. I purchased a premium membership, but why do I still have this weird restriction?

Customer service is non existent I accidentally bought it twice because the internet was finicky and they provided no help when asking if I can refund one year. Said it was "uneconomical" be careful who you are giving money to. I am in china and I might try a different paid app. Never giving them my business again I don't make enough for $50 mistakes. Edit: customer support helped after I messaged them again. App works in China.

Good VPN but its unwanted ads "almost expired" etc. without option to close them are annoying. Update: indeed, there is the well-hidden "X" in the corner of the pop-up. The ads are still popping-up. Update2: changed to 4* for the prompt support. Still -1* for the annoying pop-ips.

one of the best VPNS I've ever used , purchased the platinum membership 3 times, reliable, with good customer support, purchased the membership two more times so far, still great, only one thing that it supports 2 devices only I do have 3 now, my tablet phone and laptop, every time I use the third device I had to remove the other one, sometimes it gives me a message that I am using a shared subscription although I only use my devices, I hope you can allow more devices to connect at the same time

It's a solid service, works good in China. Not too happy about the refund policy though. Accidently purchased one year and they're charging me 30% to cancel it. Yeah it's my fault but it was an accident. Charging your customer by that much for a mistake is ridiculous please work it out with the banks to have a better refund policy, otherwise like I said it's a solid service

It is the worst VPN ever! Never, ever download it! As a premium member more than a year, I strongly suggest that DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT! It is too slow. It suddenly disconnects. You cannot connect to region as you want. It suddenly breaks connection and says "check your Internet connection" when you don't have any Internet problem!

Works well in China. Would be nice though if we had a split tunneling feature...I'm tired of having to switch it off to use Chinese apps and back on all the time. It gets annoying Edit: I tried the Full speed mode as recommended by the team and it seems to differentiate between Chinese and international apps well...plus it's also one of the only apps stably working here..

Don't get this service! They will randomly cancel your paid subscription saying their AI detected abnormal use. I can absolutely say that I have never done anything to flag the stuff it says. Many, many people have had the same issue. I read about it 3 weeks ago and thought, "It won't happen to me!" but it did. You can check on reddit in r/Chinalife for a post confirming this from others.
