Not sure what is going on but customers as well as myself are experiencing a login issue after this update. I have tried reseting my password an do not get the email that i request to do the reset. I am connected to wifi. I would hope this gets resolved quickly as customers are starting to uninstall the app due to frustration.

Slow and I get a lot of "oops, something went wrong". Takes a minute or more to log in so make sure to pull it up we'll in advance while you are waiting in line to check out. It has to refresh between every screen so saving an at home pool test takes minutes. I would suggest another app for your at home tests and just make the cashier look up your email when checking out for the rewards tracking and never use this app.

This is something I needed to help me have a better understanding of pool and spa treatments. The steps and instructions are very easy to follow when maintenance is needed. I watch some YouTube videos, and they seems confusing as if they were learning as well. However using the Leslie's pool care app get straight to the point. I recommend this app to all beginners and something tells me pros like it too. Good 👍 Leslie's I can see this app as a game changer.

I get most of my hot tub supplies from Leslie's. I use the app as a kind of double check comparing the reading from the strip container and then the phone app. It is always important to keep your hot tub water balanced or else face skin irritations, infections or even damage to your hot tub! If I still am uncertain, they are always happy to check a water sample in the store. They are more geared to swimming pools so knowledge is limited but hey, it works for me 90% of the time :)

Good for chemical recommendations but needs some improvements. Only allows you to enter data for 4 different test resuts that you can easily get from a 6 way test strip. It would be better if you could enter all 6 values that you get from a test strip instead of wasting your time by forcing you to take a water sample to the store to get them. If they fix that I might actually buy my supplies there instead of ordering them from Amazon.

Can be a little unclear. I get different results when I test with the straps vs the drops/tubes. One says I'm in the ideal range, the other says my alkalinity is low. Maybe it's user error? I'll review again once I've gotten a little more familiar with the test process. The app was working well thru the summer, but the last couple of months when I enter the test results it won't show the treatment plan. I may have to look for a different app if this one doesn't get fixed.

OK when it works. I've been using this app for about 6 months and I like that it gives clear recommendations and keeps a record of my water testing. I wish it provided better access to my data. But now I can't log into the app at all, it just gives an "Oops something is wrong" message. So I checked the Leslie's website -- I can log in there (after a long delay) but all my pool history has disappeared. So no I can't recommend this app.

Try to open the app and you get a blank screen. If you manage to get in to the app, when you try to log in it spins for a minute and then says "Oops, something went wrong." If you manage to clear that challenge, then when you try to test your water using the Accublue system, it says disconnected and you have to keep unplugging the unit until it decides to connect. Once connected, you have a 50/50 chance of getting the "Oops!" Error when you hit the Test Water button. This app is broken.

Not a reliable resource, 2 tests, back to back with the photo app produces 2 different results, inputting test results manually, will not update the "last 10 day chart" I have been trying to use the app for over 30 days now, the First 10 days is all it will display with no way to update. Also, no "automatic" 15 second timer on the photo input as advertised.

The Leslie's app is pretty good. When it works, it works great. That said, it takes at least 30 sec. to load every time you open it. Also, about half of the time, it doesn't initiate the accublue water test, even though the accublue device shows that it is connected. I recommend the app, only if you need it to use the accublue home water analyzer.

This app just keeps getting worse! Accublue Home customer. Typically have to restart my phone multiple times to get it to connect with the machine. As of today, cannot login at all. Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, changed password 5 time, and still get the annoying message "oops, something went wrong, try again" over and over. Called customer service and they have no idea how to help - so supposedly someone from "IT" will send me an email. I've wasted hours on this. So frustrating

App stopped working so now I can't run my water test with accublue. Before that the whole app was just above garbage. Slow, always asking to review it, hard to navigate with to many clicks for every action. Worst part is that to do some actions such as sign up for the accublue tester you have to go online on a computer and deal with their trash website. If you have any other possibility for pool chemicals locally to you I highly recommend going to them instead.

easy interface. nice recommendation. only 4 stars because they only let you plug in 4 water quality parameters while the Leslie Test Strips have 7 parameters, should be a place to add additional data for each sample to track and chart your changes over time (ie, date, time, recent rain event, etc). data entry is a one shot one time thing right now

The app is used primarily with the AccuBlue test-at-home equipment. Nearly every time, upon testing the water, the app says the device is disconnected. Once connected and I 'run test', nothing happens. Force close app and reopen, repeat steps and it spins the disc. Results display but trying to open pdf file for treatment plan often doesn't work. Frustrating to work with. Please work out the bugs!!

The whole point is to test my water with the AccuBlue home, but it feels like every time I try to run a test it's harder to connect to the tester. I've been standing here trying to get it to connect for about 15 minutes this time. When it does work it's great info but holy moly it's painful to get it connected.

Please fix your sh1tty app Slow and crashes constantly. You go into test your pool water, app crashes, you go into it to try to shop, app crashes. They resigned it since last year and it's definitely not better Update 12/23 - pixel 8 - now the app just closes every time with "oops something went wrong" Update 5/24 - app works for shopping but has issues with accublue at home. It won't find the device, will give a unknown error. Only way it seems to work is restart phone right before water test

For an app that is part of a $50/month service, it's been nothing but trouble. When I look at my test results, the info page for a result shows only the number. It doesn't show the desired range or anything about the measurement. Each set of test results seems to replace all previous, giving me no method to look back at previous test results. As of today, I can't even open the app. It simply says 'Oops, something went wrong'. Logging out, clearing storage, etc. has not helped.

The app and cartridges bring high quality pool water testing straight to your home. It is easy to use and provides a treatment plan to keep your water clear and safe. You can even order supplies directly from the app for convenient delivery or store pick up. The monthly store credit essentially pays for the service. The app does have a glitch here and they requiring app closure and restart. Still worth it!

I find this easy to use while keeping track of my swim spa. I started out testing manually with the occasional trip to the Leslie's store for a full diagnosis, which shows in the app. I eventually went with the AccuBlue home program and so far have no problems with samples or weird pool water changes

App no longer works for me. When I first installed it it worked pretty good and the tests seemed to be pretty accurate. After that it would work intermittently and now it does not work at at all for me. Every time I try to use it I get the message: Oops something went wrong. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several time and clearing the casch and restarting my phone. Nothing works.
