Post sales support is horrible. For buying you have an option to interact with an "eyewear expert", but for after sales there is only a bot with predetermined useless options. I contacted customer support through "eyewear expert" pretending to purchase so I can get an invoice with breakdown of cost of glasses for insurance. The customer support person sent an invoice which didn't have proper lens cost. On asking further he said he can't do anything and if it's a problem I can return the glasses.

I recently had my eye test done at Lenskart, and I am very satisfied with the service. The inspection was thorough and professional. The ma’am who conducted the test was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate the whole staff's patience and attention to detail. Excellent experience overall!

Poorest service provider. Even their customer support doesn't know where my item went through courier. And they always give us misscall and try to show you that they tried reaching you. very bad experience since last 2 orders

I purchased a pair of spectacles from Lenskart for ₹10,000 based on their claim that the glasses are unbreakable. However, after minimal use and just a minor twist, the glasses broke. This is extremely disappointing and misleading, as the product did not live up to the promises made. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. Definitely not recommending Lenskart to anyone based on this experience.

Been using services since long. Eye tech home visit, order placement, delivery, return; all used to be easy, fast, & seamless. Last order was in May 2023, seems like things have changed a lot there. My return and especially refund for progressive glasses took really really long. It was extremely frustrating. Customer support is not Customer friendly anymore. Going to be cautious next time or choose another option. Glasses though work fine and durable. 4 star is for tech and glasses.

Had a bad experience with last purchase. Recieved a damaged product. Showroom staf supported a lot. But lenskart should findout and work on replacement part.Really bad experience and thinking about stop purchase through lenskart.Local shops are always better .

One of the worst experience of mine with Lenskart. My mistake was that I placed the order from their application rather than visiting a physical store which lead to buying a damaged product. Totally disgusted with the experience and customer support.

**⚠️ Extremely Disappointed with Lenskart – Avoid at All Costs!** I entrusted Lenskart with my frames for lens replacement, only to have them returned broken. The staff was unapologetic and insisted I purchase new frames, despite the damage being their fault. Their customer service was equally unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility. To make matters worse, they pushed for additional insurance purchases, which proved useless when issues arose. very frustrating and disheartened

Very poor service. I have ordered 2 power glasses of mine both came out to be loose and also with alignment issues. The employees of your showroom also not much enthusiastic to serve the customer or to hear the concern of the customer. Within last 8-6 months I have visited the 2 different showroom but not happy with the services

such a disappointing experience, i had ordered my glasses and when they got delivered they were not upto the mark i initiated a return at that moment and then it continuously showed and changed pick up dates, its lat date was 14 may which has already crossed neither i got a pickup not i have had any refund. on the top of this their customer services suck. I am basically stuck with the glasses which won't work for me

had one of the worst experiences while purchasing as well as picking up my order from the physical store. the sales people over there were unconcerned most of the times, took their GOOD time to attend me & then they just got busy with another customer, while here I was waiting for them & the same thing happened while pickup, where they kept me waiting while attending another customer that too in between our conversation. Good products, but bad services.

terrible app, keeps hanging, keeps auto closing on its own, you add frames to wishlist and they will never appear there(looks like there wishlist also have some limited space, liked frames won't show up in there), you'll never see first image in view page( bcz it's your image with the glass and if you can't render fast show that image at the last) please have a word with your backend team, you've a lot of work to do

Loved the service. I accidentally had my specs crushed (screw missing, frame bent, lens popped out), went there and they repaired it to better condition than I remember for free and also within 24hrs. They didn't even ask me for any receipt for verification for the specs being of lenskart. Also looking back at the disaster the specs are sturdy, any other would have frame cracked. Keep up work like this.

Ordered sunglasses from Lenskart store, received the wrong tint at home delivery. App voice chat useless, number given didn't work. Waited 40+ mins on an automated 'callback' that never connected. On top of that, the exchange process on the app itself just fails at the last step. Absolutely frustrating and unhelpful experience. Lenskart, fix your support! Also E-mailed my concern, no action taken till now by Lenskart.

Very disappointing experience. Despite having a strong internet connection and accurate location on Google Maps, the app repeatedly failed to detect my location. Additionally, when I tried to purchase the Gold Membership, the payment got stuck on the JustPay Safe Page for over 5 minutes. If the app continues to provide such a frustrating experience, how are users expected to rely on it? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The stores are good and the eye tests are quite accurate but they still need to work on the delivery system as it clearly has many flaws. It was really painful to get my refund processed and it is quite difficult to reach out to customer support as well. 2 stars for the eye tests, rest needs a lot of improvement.

worst experience with this app online ordered and now don't have support for any thing. I need to change my delivery address and not able to do any thing for it app showing order but customer case is not able to see my order and only sales team is replying. no one else. rubbish app by mistake did one order. and that also not able to do it proper while ordering delivery address was not mentioned so this happened. LENS KART CUSTOMER CARE PLEASE CALL ME AND SOLVE MY ISSUE.

I purchased their gold membership and hardly bought a few pairs of glasses. everything is poor about their service. 1. They don't have an option to update the phone number in case it is lost. 2. Nothing is delivered as promised. 3. In store experience is i would say poorer than local stores. 4. Staff is unsupportive. I can list many but hope this hits something about your services.

The AI try on feature is the same old AR type experience that has been around forever. I didnt see anything that suggested "AI" unless theyre using that new definition implying any sort of algorithm is AI (not how that works). It would constantly suggest a "medium" frame, except I have a large wide head so...yeah, no. It would be more helpful if they let the user scale the frames in AR. Of course the AR frames seemed like the same 6 styles over and over and over again. Okay idea, poor execution

I've had a great overall experience with the Lenskart app – it's user-friendly and makes shopping for eyeglasses very convenient. The product variety is excellent, and the quality of the frames is impressive. However, one thing that could be improved is the lens replacement process, which took longer than expected. A bit more speed in that area would make the experience even better. Still, I'm satisfied with the service and will continue using Lenskart.
