The security protocols that you are3 so proud of... Well someone went into my Lenovo laptop and bypassed all security I had set up including firewall and took me off as administrator in my own computer. And I never allowed any guest in. In fact I was the only one who was to have access because it was for my business that I working to create So now there's who knows how many in my system . I can't even check that because they have rewrite so many programs that it's not the same laptop evenreboot

Hello! team Lenovo. I have 3 Lenovo Android phones and 1 Lenovo Android Tablet 10.0" in the family, currently active. I used to have one Lenovo A1000 4.0" phone (android), and there was one inbuilt security App, for management of phone's activities, and one feature was particularly to firewall communication abilities, like allow/disallow calls and datas. The App was really good and performed well as described. I have failed to find this App even after thorough search from the internet. Thanks!

Avoid Lenovo products. I have had nothing but hell. Bought the tablet in 2016, and had a slow troublsome time ever since. It wasnt until 2019 that I discovered that the model was not even supported less than 6 months after I bought it. The reatiler Joyce Mayne said that it was 5 years ago, so thats too bad, despite the fact that it was obsolete when I bought it. It just took 5 years to find out. dOUBLE RIPPED OFF. Beautiful harware tablet with no software to run it. Just paid $800 for e-wate. hardly ever able to use it. Doesnt get any worse.

The worst mobile brand- lenovo. This brand sucks. I have a lenovo k6 note which i do not want to have but i have to use it, and only plus point about it is its strength it can withstand shocks and it comes in handy when you throw this phone out of frustration due to its poor performance. The 4gb RAM which it has, is of no use. In order to run my phone smoothly, i have to compromise with apps and files. And than their masterpiece either use 2 sims or 1 sim and a memory card. Reachd wrd limit.....

The most pathetic app I have ever used. Honestly the most pathetic app. It is the most abysmal thing owned by Lenovo. What were they thinking ?! The app gets stuck for no reason and I cannot believe that I installed it for the purchase that I wanted to make. While checking out the product off the cart, the app asked me to enter the shipping address and it was going on a loop. The chat personal then asked me to go with the website. I guess they knew how bad the app could get.

it couldn't able to track problem which i could noticed. when am record my voice its clear and good but when am using google assistant and other voice stuff it could not work when i make call then microphone could not work it couldn't send my voice to another person or other party. it forced me to use earphone and Bluetooth headset during phone call. make sure your app track these type of fualt in computer or other device because these functions are the main function and important . thanks

I had an inquiry about a hidden browser app calked Yandex that was pre-installed to my Lenovo tab 7 Essential without my knowledge and I wanted to ask if the Lenovo company has been preinstalling this as an update or if it's malware. My device is four years old and I tried reaching out to customer and tech support and they just kept redirecting me to other numbers and nothing much was done. I tried everything. The whole system is not organized and there's no email to contact.

Who did you give this app to be developed. Du.. A.. developers. Fix this S... It is not possible to choose any options. I know there are not so many but you need to put menu to pick and filter CPU, RAM, STIRAGE, GRAPHIC, SCREEN SIZE, and so on... . Also when I pick some of them like legion ones to see I see one one the left with details and half of the next one so I see on and half. Also you don't need to put do many icons at the begining of the filter and choosing . First put the brand /series.

Not a good experience to shop on your app. Products are listed horizontally and while scrolling horizontally it freezes or doesn't respond. Too much of scrolling required to see the product. I have to either google or go on Amazon to see your product information ! Product shop section of app needs complete overhaul.

This app is essentially just a captive browser for their website, and it doesn't even work as well. When looking at specific models with multiple configurations available, this app didn't allow me to scroll sideways to see all configurations. Don't bother, just use the website.

This app is no good i can't even order my product. I have tried numerous times if I get to see the product I have to tap on it very quickly before it disappear. And even then the app sends me to the basket with nothing on display in the basket. I know that Lenovo has seen all the negative reviews about their app and they don't even care about it. As a consumer I just think that Lenovo needs to either fix the app or take it off completely 🤔

Worst App.. Never use this app , specially for shopping any product. There are bugs in the app which will make it slow & prevent you to access important options while using the app. But that is not the only problem, incase somehow if you are successful in purchasing a product, the won't even ship your item for 4-5 days after payment, these guys offers you a standard delivery which is 12-15days (later I saw in terms & condition). It's much better to opt for Amazon or Flipkart for the same product

I cannot use the app to prequalify as it closes the page on the app when i click the link it sends me on my text nessages. Could not view update in the supposed points i gad earned. When tried to sign online, facebook and everything else worked fine, but google kept aufo looping back to the same logon screen. Then, their phone system tells you to go online to a broken wrbsite and sign into a broken sign on page to report the bug! bunch meth and crack heads if ya ask me!

The application as well as the website freezes consistently while scrolling, or selecting a product or doing anything it just freezes and this problem is faced by like everyone using Lenovo app or website. I request the app creators as well as the website creators to please fix this issue, otherwise, I have to change my brand for sure. I'm trusting you guys to solve this issue regarding your website and app asap. Don't force your loyal customers to switch just because of your website not workin

Can you please fix this?, it's been more than a year, whenever try to look on deals, scroll, click, app gets stuck and you can't do anything except closing it. I want to see the deals but this isn't getting fix. I am on Samsung latest device. I can't imagine Lenovo official app is having an issue and nobody is fixing it. 😕

Possible bogus app as support email address does not exist. Unable to select my location even though I can select the country, so I need to default to US. On opening the app you are presented with many pages of selections of tags, subjects etc. None of these are sorted alphabetically. Am I supposed to read 500 pages? Unable to find my watch model as I want to let Lenovo know how much their S2 companion app sucks. More than 20 bugs reported with no action/reaponse from the developers.

Needs work. Warranty check doesn't work if you input the IMEI. Login doesn't take you automatically back into the app, as logged in. You need to re-enter the app manually. Problem is, it looks as if it didn't log you in, but it's also not giving you any errors. So it's just confusing. The idea itself is not bad, but the implementation needs some work. And testing. These are issues I found in less than 5 minutes. I'm sure a good tester would find them too.

Settings menus aren't intuitive. It took me 3 or 4 minutes to find where notifications settings were, and when I finally clicked on it, I got a message saying "no user information". I clicked check out, and the fields were populated with the name, address, email and phone of a total stranger. Also what's up with the green H icon? Isn't Lenovo a red L icon? Makes me almost think this is some scam app. You would think a computer company could do a lot better.

Buggiest app I have ever seen. Nothing works. If you click on Forum then the app gets stuck in loading animation. Moreover my profile picture has never changed from my previous one even when it shows correctly in my profile. Same goes for the website. Very bad experience.

This is a terrible app. Seriously. On my Samsung S22+ it does not allow me to click on the "Add to Basket" so I cannot buy your products. The error message I get is: "The purchase quantity of the product has reached the upper limit". There is nothing obvious on the site that suggests that the item is out of stock. This is same on the Chrome browser ( third party cookies enabled) and the Firefox browser (private browsing mode). Then the screen on the app goes all grey and seems to freeze.
