This is the honest user experience rating, I am not a paid reviewer. Definitely one of the worst trading app , I have seen in my life. I have deposited 40000 rupees yesterday, but at morning app crash. Bcz of this app, I have lost 2000 rupees, if they will compensate it, I will reverse this rating...

Pro - 1. You will get MTF interest rate at 8.99 per year. 2. You will high MTF compare to other broker. Cons - 1. No proper customer support. 2. My deposit amount lost somehow, Facing hard time to contact them to get my money back, it is still not resolve😡. 3. Portfolio screen doesn't have much information.

Very worst app.. It keeps on loading and loading. Asks us to check internet connection. Moreover it's been more than a week since my kyc is pending, I wonder how terrible would the trading time when you have take headache about just opening an app. Also, the customer support is pathetic, Bots are replying to your questions and giving irrelevant and funny answers. Please work on this things, I am sure you won't be able to compete with zerodha Or upstoks with this kind of service.

This application is too poor for trading.specially in future&option trading bcoz lots of lagging during open option chain and place buy/sale order & live price issue detected on the stock option. i have faced 1100rs loss due to lagging and hanging. also no shortcut

They have paid the entire money to the designers but did budget cut for back end developers. The ui was so good that I was tempted to use the app but it is so laggy and slow that you cannot use it to place orders.

App is slow. I do Intraday. It takes a lot of time to execute sell or buy order. The price changes in this time. Also there is some issue with purchase. The app is not using my whole balance to buy or sell Intraday

Slow app.. Shows intermittent issues..contact the given number,but that number is not in working condition, no customer helpline support to talk them, good app low priced but the support support is worst no customer helpline support who can understand the problems

Brokerage charges much high compared to other applications. Indraday Brokerage charges more than 50 rupees if you buy/sell just 2500 rupees. so everyone please go through other's application like Shoonya, zerodha, angel, Motilal Oswal where indraday charges zero or lowest. only 2x,3x margins are available.

I Need One More UI Experience I think I need to create Many Watchlist and add Stock But it's all Stocks are added in Single Watchlist. So please Make it Manually Added Watchlist to store stocks

The problem with this app is even after providing offers like free brokerage for 30 days, stock recommendations and calls, it's FUNDAMENTALLY slow and ergonomically bad. The app literally looks like a cartoon like it's designed for toddlers to grab their attention. Like for options, it's the worst, very hard to find charts of indexs, also it's struggling to find the exit for any positions where you need to be quick but the app nullifies by being slow, nowhere close to the competitors

so my overall view after using this app for more then 4 months this app is really good for beginners in option trading because it's brokerage free + you can take as many trades as possible so I'll say to the beginners first try to make 50rs everyday then 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 make consistent profit by trying to analyse everything this app is really good for you guys but ( for huge capital people it will cost huge profit to slip right under their hand ) be careful and I love this app improve it

overall apps interface is very nice and simple only 2 changes I think to be updated is that (1) when we click any stock it should directly open the chart window as like upstox and if we want to se details then there should be side window . (2) second thing needs to be updated that the pnl section...pnl section of lemon app is very disgusting looks ugly we can't se our buy date and all those data ....i recomend lemon to update that pnl section just like upstox to look nit and clean

from last 2 days i am not able to connect with customer support on app. when ever i try to open help support in app, app crash again and again. not satisfied with app. order history get deleted after 1 day interest charhed on MTF is not visible. How can someone track his orders and charges. Not a single thing is clearly mentioned
