Lectio 365 Morning Prayers are inspired by the ancient practice of ‘Lectio Divina’ (meaning ‘Divine Reading’), a way of meditating on the Bible that’s been used by Christians for centuries. Lectio 365 Midday Prayers are centred around The Lord’s Prayer.
Lectio 365 Night Prayers are inspired by the Ignatian practice of The Examen, which is a way to prayerfully reflect on your day.

This has been my go-to devotional for several years. I very much appreciate the focus on Scripture and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. So often I need just this extra nudge to settle into my time with God. But when did you add the midday devotional? This is wonderful!!

I really love this app and how the prayer focus changes daily. It feels like I am praying with a group in my own little prayer space. I like being able to listen and read along if I want to do both.

Was introduced to this devotional app in 2020; have enjoyed using it everyday since. Produced by a min istry out of London UK . Love the presenters' varying accents (all are understandable! = none are too thick) Devotionals are for Morning, Midday, & Evening. A delightful way to reinforce your determination to pray more faithfully.

I adore this app. The prayers have depth and ring of truth, and the voices are beautiful and captivating. The pacing is nice and slow, unhurried, and encourages me to really rest in the Lord's presence. As someone just coming home to Yeshua after many years of hurt from the church, I find the content to be inspiring and lacking too much dogma. I'm so grateful to have found this app to help me connect with God again. Thank you so much, truly.

I didn't like the sound of this app at all. Nevertheless, I gave it a go. I didn't enjoy being read to and soon stopped. Now, my prayer-life has gone from zero to daily. I am very happy with the structured approach, which helps me understand the development of a theme. JR

The screen turns off during prayer. It's easy to make an app keep the screen on. The app stops other audio when the app loads even if you never play audio, so my prayer music stops. Content wise the app is amazing. I love the content. Please fix these issues. Thanks!

When I heard about the app, I thought "sure, another pithy simplistic devotional app to make quiet times quick and convenient." Wow! I have to say I have been super pleased with this app. It is clear the team puts a lot of effort and prayer into making these reflections peaceful, practical, biblical, and more than just a quick dose of scripture to check off the daily devotions. It is one of the few that offer morning and evening, allowing me to bookend each day with God's word which I love.

I am super sad. I've had lectio 365 on my phone for about 2 years now and listen to it daily. On Monday when I clicked on the app I got the part where it shows morning and evening. Click on morning and it kicked me out. I have tried resetting my phone, updating my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous times and it still kicks me out. I'm at a total loss and don't know what else to do. I would appreciate some help so I could get some cuz I love this app. It's a great way to start

Such a great app and ministry! If I could make one suggestion to the developers, on Android it never came up with a system prompt to allow notifications. I enabled the reminders in the app, but had to go into the Android settings and allow notifications manually to get the reminders to work.

Simple UI and a clear path to engage the user right away. This app has replaced my other meditation and devotional apps for everyday use. Rich content and well thought out. I second other users asking for audio control integration (lock screen and notification area). Bonus if this could be integrated with Android Auto so I could use it in car mode.

Audio is gone. Had the audio when first downloaded & installed. Now, gone. Uninstalled & installed again. Still isn't working correctly. Update: If I could give no stars I would. "Sorry I'm having trouble...." Would have been nice if you'd said what you're doing or have done to fix this problem. As I read the other reviews this is a common problem. So if this app isn't even working properly (no audio) tell me why would I want to install it. Also, it's NOT an android problem. Thx

I don't find devotionals in general (hard copy or app) to give the teaching, guidance, or challenge that I expect when approaching Scripture. That said, Lectio 365 stands apart. Built on the Early Church Fathers' pattern of Lectio Divina, this app aims at spiritual transformation. It accomplishes that goal better than any printed resource I've encountered - paper or electronic. Practically, the design is beautiful, the UI is intuitive, further resources abound, and the audio is meditative.

This is the perfect app. It's functional and simple, and well-executed. There are no "streaks", badges, or points. There are two prayers each day, which you can download. The calendar shows you which days you've listened and which you may have missed. This is the entire app. Thank you for making this a non-distracting, functional and effective piece of software. It's a blessing to me.

Love the concept, but I just downloaded this app 3 days ago, (newest version, and my phone is updated) but there is this weird pause/skip, like every 15-20 seconds. Incredibly distracting. It would be so much more effective without that glitch. I don't think I can do the audio anymore. Hope it gets fixed. I'll try it periodically...

This devotion app is just awesome in every way! I don't even normally like devotions as they don't ever really fit how I feel, but this one is beautiful in thar it leads you into really setting aside the urgency of the day for a few minutes. The combination of scripture, praying, and pausing to think is really helping me a lot! thank you, thank you for this free app!
