I am a beginner and purchased the pro version of the app yesterday. The amount was deducted from my account but the app says to purchase it. I can't use the pro features in the app. I really enjoyed the learning with your app and it is really interesting. Please help me with this.

Wasted $10. Reviews are correct about the constant notifications. What is worse is that you need to get on an actual PC to learn it seems. I wanted mobile. Not to mention the version of kali linux their tiny url points is outdated (not an OVA file). As a paranoid person I could suspect foul play. But I don't really care that much over $10

- Confuses hacking with cracking. - Confuses Linux with an OS, when it's a kernel and the distro is the OS. - Using backticks is not recommanded anymore, instead use $() - There are better modern tools than those recommended (grep -> ripgrep, cut -> choose, etc ) - I've just finished the first course, and am neither a white hat nor a black one and didn't learn anything. Looking at the following I doubt it will change. - A VPN won't be enough to provide anonimity, if you're already fingerprinted.

Paying attention to what the instructions are telling you is a lesson itself. Still early but interesting enough to keep me going through the lessond and it's a good way to kill time while learning something.

Edit: dev keeps asking if I uninstalled when I clearly communicated via email and they clearly know there is a problem they don't intend to fix. No answer when I requested refund. Info is so out of date these tutorials are useless. And the reviews page is flooded with fake reviews. Report these scammers!! Have to uninstall and reinstall every time or the app gets stuck on a loading screen saying 'no Internet connection'. Emailed support, no response. Feels a lot like i got scammed out of $15.

Seems interesting but... - Instructions in section 2 are already out of date and don't match reality. The given password is also wrong and I can't even start using this. - It's annoying that you can't resume partway through a section

Love this so far for its cut and dry interface and syllabus. Been out of the game for over a decade and dipping my toes back into IT. As a suggestion, the .ova file download I never found. Created a dedicated Kali Linux folder after downloading VirtualBox, added that folder as an exception with Windows 10 Security, extracted, and then VirtualBox recognized the kali-linux-virtualbox-amd64 application, which is a .vdi. Username and password is actually Kali, root and toor did not accept

There's a bug on the test of last course Leveraging AI for Hacking. It gives a network error and this prevents me from getting the final certificate. Please fix this. EDIT: Thanks for fixing this bug. Changed from 3 to 5 Stars. Great Work 👏

This is a good start for those who want to learn new things like ethical hacking. It has a good introduction to various hacking sections and is beginner friendly to people who want to learn something new! Altho it lacks detailed deeper for something specific to teach, which I kinda highly suggest putting an introduction to osi models in Mac and how it works as well. Overall, I believe this app has huge potential in the future and Im looking forward to it

I've had this application on my phone for a while now, and wanted to explore it further; but that price was what was offsetting me even with the credit avaible. That being said this last Memorial Day sale came by, with that being enough for me to take the plunge. Just finished the first class, and THIS APP IS WELL WORTH IT!!! 👌 5 🌟 and then some!!!

Just starting out, but so far, this is an awesome course. Presented well and easy to follow. I have been employed in the IT Field for 12 years now, but even the "beginner" chapters weren't boring or mundane to me. I would strongly urge anyone interested in this area of IT to give this app a try! Even if you have no prior experience, seriously.

From what I've seen from the free version & the descriptions of the courses, this app looks amazing and super helpful. However, today, I've tried to purchase the pro, but I keep getting errors, and I've tried at least 10 times throughout the day to make the purchase to which it has said 'an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-PMSA-70]' I'd really appreciate some assistance as I'd love to be able to purchase the pro version of this app, thanks.

LOVE! So far, so good. I find ethical hacking to be almost a necessity when one is trying to learn code from scratch. I use this simultaneously with other coding lit. Therefore, when I'm studying the many unique types of coding languages and certain things seem a bit confusing OR, for me, easy to forget, I'm finding that this app not only teaches ethical hacking but in many cases, sums things up that were otherwise difficult for me to understand. 👍👍👍

So, I used this app for a little bit, but then I realized in order to actually get somewhat far in any of the lessons, you have to pay. There's a little bit of interesting content for the first week that you use the app, but then there's nothing left unless you pay. The REALLY annoying thing about this app though, is that the app CONSTANTLY puts out notifications on your phone throughout every day. I turned off all of the notifications in the settings, but IT STILL GIVES ME A TON OF THEM.

I paid for the app, Since it gives Certifications it's a fairly cheap option for learning Ethical Hacking. the courses is very well explained. They teach you alot, I honestly recommend it. Its a great base to build upon or to Refresh your knowledge. It's almost a how to guide. With how they teach it's easy to follow, there's no fluff, everything is explained.

this is a horrible first interaction. Forcing someone to set up a daily alarm without the option to skip feels invasive and uncomfortable. on top of that I don't even get to experience the app until I've closed out of poorly set up adds asking me to pay for something I haven't even used yet. this was a horrible experience and I simply can't use this app base on principle. UPDATE: the alarm is NOT skippable. I just double checked. It provides the opportunity to disable later. But it is required.

Pretty good resource to casually study or get a refresher on some cybersec essentials. I don't like that there is no online platform to continue the work on a computer. This would be a nice feature to go along with the app. I'm also having the same issue as many others where I can't take the tests. I'm not sure why the final test doesn't work when all of the quizzes work fine. Strange issue.

Going through the intro lesson, it seems well written and informative. However I haven't had a chance to go into it much lately and what ruins this app is its CONSTANT notifications about a "limited time" license discount. There are settings in the app to disable notifications but it doesn't work. It still sends 1 to 2 push notifications every single day. It's not really a discount if it's permanent. I may have considered it without the annoying notifications though.

***Update to my review*** Overall, good information. I believe that this app could use an update to the learning technique. Would live to see the "spaced repetition" learning technique implemented along with a more interactive approach. The questions are good during the lesson, but they don't surface in later lessons to ensure we retain what we've learned.

Learning experience is good, but they are relentless when it comes to marketing. You will literally get notifications on a daily basis to upgrade to pro. They will artificially inflate the price to make the "discount" or "special offer" or "jackpot" you hit for their pro subscription sounds alluring. It's a dirty, unethical practice.
