I have to use this app for my league at bolero bowling alleys but for the past week I cannot get on because I keep getting Invalid SSL certificate errors. Can u update the app ASAP! thankfully I can still use the website just fine 😡😡😡

The bowling center I bowl at switched to this app. The thing won't accept my credit card information. It won't allow for my specific league rules. I mean good on the app makers to take bowling centers for cash. I don't understand why the would pay for this thing. I mean bowling is a dying industry and you are sucking them out for more money. It is like bowling managers are not good business people and are just good at bowling. Strange. Well I digress. The app sucks.

The support system is terrible. I created an account for my daughter using my email and when I realized that would be a problem for my own league bowling, I sent 4 cases which never got a response. To make it worse, when I linked it to a league that I was in, it changed my name and handicap in the league to match my daughters and the only way to fix it was to de-link my LeaguePals from the league so now I can't even follow my league as well as I should be able to.

We were forced to use this app..it doesn't work as promised. Even tho I keep updating my info to get notifications still don't. It supposed to update as soon as league nite finishes it doesn't not user friendly. It just doesn't work. Hate it!!!

This app sucks the big Pearl hammer. First I tried searching by ZIP code, and then by range of miles, and my league wasn't even listed. The only way I was able to get to it was by typing the league name in a search bar.

great idea but terrible app. doesn't load sometimes and doesn't load all the correct info sometimes. hasn't been updated for over two years so clearly someone gave up on it

At the start,couldn't find my league,after several attempts i finally found it,super difficult at first,i do like having the information and stats all in 1 app,but it dosen't update current scores or leader boards for days.

This app is horrible!!!! It used to work fine until a month ago. Now I can't see the whole schedule of my league. I can't even "Claim My Account". I ALWAYS have to add my league and find it. Support is horrible, horrible, horrible. I wish my league would use some other app. Please fix these issues!!!!!!!!!

Horrible app. Cant add a league to your home screen. It cant even remeber the right zip code when i have to search for my center and league everytime i log on. Very slow crashes all the time. Never get emails. Tech support is non existent.

Horrible! Bowling centers need to get a refund. This app doesn't follow USBC rules. We should go back to the times before computers and figure things out manually it would be less stressful than using this app. Bowlero, do you not pay attention to the reviews? go back to the previous program.

Would give it zero stars if I could. By far, the worst app ever. The fact that Bowlero makes you use it for tournament signups is horrible. Who sets calendars from Monday to Sunday. Has multiple credit card spots. Requires a credit card on file for a child to sign up. The family function is useless.

I've had this app since its inception. It's now July 2025, still extremely slow. I have seen no updates for improving speed at all. If it wasn't for the fact that it's the only place to look at my leagues online, I would uninstall it immediately.

Absolutely terrible app, really poor design, not user friendly, hard to find the basic info, not sending emails with weekly info, league rules are incorrect and cant even handle our actual league rules, etc, etc. Really not even worth downloading, total waste of time.

This app should be removed by Google play. 1. It loads extremely slow. 2. It forces you to give information about yourself that is not appropriate for bowling. 3. The buttons don't work. 4. Search doesn't find your league. 5. There is no list of leagues to sort through. 6. The home page options doesn't make any sense. 7. We are forced to use this app. I would give no Stars if the option was available.😠

I have not been able to get the app to work properly yet. I've submitted two tickets and the chatbot says someone will reach out via email. None ever does. Would be cool if I could disenroll and try again, but that doesn't seem to be an option. Frustrated!!

Update. This app is terrible So far not very impressed with this app. Things are always incorrect compared with league secretary. Lane assignments and schedule are way off. When arriving at the center and going to where leaguepals say we bowl and it's not correct. App needs lots of work to be effective. Many times scores dont get updated.

This app was forced on us by Bowlero. It is slow and very difficult to use. The user interface is confusing and not very intuitive. Rules, standings, and lane assignments are consistently inaccurate. Has made bowling unenjoyable. I'm a competitive bowler, but now with this app rarely look at league standings anymore because it's just a total mess.

App sucks, loads extremely slow, from time to time it signs me out and the I can't log back in even if I press forgot password I don't get a link to reset it. I tried more than 5 times to contact support and I never get an answer. I asked management at the bowlero I go to and they tell me that they will get to the bottom of it but it never happens. I give this app zero stars if possible!

Frustrating and annoying app! First off, I have to use two different emails to have both my kids on here. Customer support claims they have a live chat, but they don't. I submitted a ticket a week ago and have not got any response. I can't change my name in the app. I can't cancel my account. It is really really frustrating!

9/9/25...It has been 5 mths, and I still have not rec'd any response to my many tickets about the notifications issue. The toggle switch is grayed out and can not be turned on. I have been trying for months to get the app to work. Can not set my gender, so my standings are not showing up. Also, not receiving league scores or app notifications. The only thing that appears to work is the payment option. This is a terrible app!
