It helps me with water intake, I like that. However, they want information about your health , and some of the exercises aren't adaptable to seniors with complex lower back issues.

Okay, so. Lazy workout is great. you get to Do different exercises everyday. but The exercises aren't always meant for heavier people. there is a 2-minute workout for each day on the 30 day goal. there is risk of injury. so please be careful. Don't push yourself.

I'm 79 years old and on the lazy side!! I just finished 4 months, twice weekly, PT for balance and flexibility. I have done 1 of the routines and hope I can keep with the program. I'd like to look fairly good for a special Mother's Day vacation!!

I haven't tried the exercises yet but I'm very annoyed by the millions of ads. I have notifications that stay on my phone taking up space and ones that continually pop up and clicking on them doesn't even take me where it should (like the water log) and I can't even find that location in the app

until day 6 the exercises were easily understood and done. days 6 & 7 should have had more proper position information, suggestions for modifications, and what to do if they cause too much pain, likely from improper position. there are ads at the beginning and if any pause is made or go-back/do over. ads are a nuisance. the questions are misleading and answers may be false

it's great that it's free but I can't stop the notifications every 2 hours. It's extremely annoying. I don't like that I have it as notifications blocked both ways and still I'm getting reminded to drink water and that salad is healthy. I'm aware. I'll be deleting

I really like this app! you can get everything for free if you just watch a few add's,you can track your water intake, the exercises are pretty short, and (for me) not too difficult! I've just started using the app so I haven't seen any progress yet^^

I know the notifications are to help you to drink water. I had to turn it off because of all the other notifications throughout the day it was sending. I do enjoy the fast 2 minutes of exercise

No hidden fees. The ads are a pain, but hey, it's all free. The exercises are quick and live up the title "Lazy", but nothing stops you from doing three days worth if you want to do more.

So far, so good. However in the Quiz section, when you get a question correct, the word CORRECTS flashes up on the screen. There no 'S' on the word CORRECT. THIS IS ANNOYING. Correct has no s on the end.

I've learned a lot of exercises on this app. It's definitely worth your time & it's a free app. I've had to answer a lot of questions concerning fitness, but I like it. You can never know enough & I like that. The level of exercise gradually gets harder as I expect it would. I would recommend this app 100%! 👍🏼💪🏼

I have tried so many different apps that claim they are free and this is the first one that truly is. I am very pleased with all the helpful meals and great exercises for those who may have a mobility deficit or are just starting out. I do recommend this app and the ads are not too intrusive. They are short and sweet and your back to the good stuff.

I've just started and I must say for a FREE app there's a LOT of info in here, especially the meal planning, etc. Yes, there are ads, but the developers have to make money somehow. Do something else for 20 seconds if it's that big of an inconvenience. it's still better than paying a subscription. My issue is, they all require the use of dumbbells or equip of some kind and that doesn't work for me. Can I remove that option?

I was upset after loading this that it automatically launched sites that require payment. The app is free. It would be my expectation that anything in it would be free, unless presented with a large label that said additional features are available for a fee, and had you explicitly select those features with a price in large type. The walk-fit feature notified you that there would be a charge if you continue, and it is in small type. I'm afraid to use it and will be removing it.

I uninstalled the app because: 1. I had notifications turned off, and somehow I was still getting notifications even before opening the app for the first time. 2. The first time using the app, the ads started within 30 seconds. The ads in the app were the kind that flash red at you that your phone is infected with viruses and persistent. Huge turn off and made me uncomfortable. I was u willing to continue. 3. This was a "Google Pick" what the hell?

Like nearly all of my apps, I clicked NO when this app asked permission to send notifications. I got notifications anyway. I double-checked my settings. Sure enough, notifications are blocked just as I requested. Doesn't matter, it's still sending me notifications. My guess is that since this app is currently featured in the Play Store, Google is an active participant in breaking its own rules. I don’t use apps from companies that don't respect my wishes. You shouldn't either.

like other reviews have said I opted out of notifications and within 2 minutes I received a notification. I opened the daily exercises and they had 30 days of sitting exercise. This is silly but I don't have a sturdy back chair to even do it. There is no option to choose a different 30 day exercise plan so I uninstalled it.

I saw other people commenting about how they kept getting notifications even though they opted out... but I thought "hey, maybe the last update resolved the problem". I've barely begun to interact with the app, and it asked me three times if I was sure I didn't want notifications. each time, I said no... but I'm very much receiving pop-ups that are intrusive to my experience on other apps. I've never uninstalled so quickly from this level of irritation before, holy cannoli

I haven't had the app long, but you can tell right away that the workouts will be effective, and approachable for beginners. the issue is the ads. I hate ads. I'd pay a subscription to not have to see them, but there's no paid model that I can find. also, they inundate you with notifications. like 4 or 5 at a time. it's too much for me.

Downloaded the app today. Loved it for the first 30 minutes . I have ALL notifications BLOCKED. But every 20-30 minutes I'm getting ads pop up on my phone from that app and when I go into it, it's an ad playing on the app. Idk how they are doing this, when they are blocked, but if they can do that then probably can get other things off my phone. Do not recommend downloading. Unless you want your stuff stole. Deleting asap
