This game is absolutely wall to wall with ads. It gets to a point (within a day) where you need to spend gems/watch ads to get new equipment in order to even remotely advance. Any chests you earn you wait for to open unless you spend money. The ad removal costs $20, plus another $30 for the quality of life speed improvement during waves. Huge cash grab, steer clear.

this game is fun. lots of free upgrades, currency is easy to obtain, gems are easy to obtain, equipment etc. events are fun. the only thing I can ask for is presets. I'd like to be able to switch through builds without having to unequip and equip back and forth.

Updated-Malfunction and no response paid customer here. No boxes appear for the free video boxes. It was working and then quit. When I click watch video to get a box the pop up shows up I hit watch video which should just give me the box since I paid for the no ads gimmick but nothing happens it just disappears and goes to the home screen. I've emailed support for 3 days. Thats alot of stuff I've missed being able to get and I have updated the game alot. It's fun as hell but I paid money

After three hours of playing the zombies stopped spawning. Tried going into boss and money modes, and closing the game but it's been a full day and the zombies still won't spawn Edit: honestly I uninstalled the game after writing the review, but I reinstalled the game after I saw the response and the problem is fixed... Still don't know why it happened tho.

Fun game, but there are a few bugs. Any items that mention "apply to xxx" does not work. If something says "apply 10% dmg to sharks" you expect the 10% dmg increase to be applied to any equipped sharks. Also, the -2 energy to shark in the tech tree isn't working. It still shows the full amount without 2 energy reduced nor does it allow you to apply like you had -2 energy reduced from a shark.

game is functionally nothing but an add farm. at any time there's thirty adds on your screen. progression is completely locked behind watching dozens of adds. game gives you modes that are impossible to win. I'd estimate that you'd need to watch over 1000 adds to make it out of the beginners section of the game. you need gear to upgrade. you can't get gear without watching adds.

Huge props to the developers for actually making the ad-free purchase meaningful! Buying the ad-free version doesn’t just remove ads, it gives you access to almost everything, with only a few extras left out (and none of it is required to beat the game). This is exactly how it should be done. No double-dipping, no sneaky ‘optional’ ad rewards, just a fair and well-balanced approach. Good job, guys, you rock! So does your game!

Floating difficulty is literally cheating. Artificially boosting difficulty as soon as the player advances is bad philosophy. Leveling up is made useless if the player is blocked from advancing past the same wave as before the new levels, or forced into defeat at lower levels before [the most common outcome]. That makes for a terrible experience and a trash game. Start over. You get a F.

Game needs item lock, so you don't lose gear when upgrading. The amount of coins you get is redundant. I have over 4mil coins, and nothing to spend them on. Seems off balanced. Also it would be cool if there was a load out screen that shows you the total stats on selected gear! Using resources to transfer stats without knowing what you will get kinda sucks. AND last but not least... Do not tell me it's not pay to win! Yes you can play free! But if you want to meaningfully progress, you must pay!

bouncing ui arrows the ad free is 20 bucks. Do you really want me to pay you 20 bucks to watch some guns spin around? the app takes up my entire screen? What's the point? if you don't pay... EVERYTHING is locked. Don't worry, tho. the UI is exploding with notifications for you to spend money. honestly, it's one of the easiest uninstalls lately

it's alright... VERY cumbersome, and NO WAY you can advance with our $ OR ADDS. I'm srry you guys, the 6 other games I play, advertisements are more of an option, In this game there's no way you can get past a lot of the levels without the ads!! it definitely not letting me play long enough to see whether or not I actually like the game because of it being so cumbersome like I stated...

Pretty fun game. well thought out and cleanly made. Loses stars because it had gotten completely overran by microtransactions. every menu you go through tries to get you to buy more coins or jems or crystals or whatever. they also have random lootboxes, which is just gambling with more steps. I would have kept playing this game if it didn't have so many microtransactions. And no, watching ads to get in-game currency is not a good substitute for microtransactions either.

really really fun game which absolutely smothers you in ads to have any progress. you'll have to watch 1 60sec long ad about every 4-5 minutes of gameplay. repetitive. over. and. over. want better weapons? Goodluck. you'll need to watch a dozen ads to level a weapon up a bit. doesn't sound like you, and you'd rather pay to play? sure! 19.99 a month gets you past the first set of ads. to get past the next, it's 29.99/mo

Fun, but since they changed how the side games like Gold Rush, Boss Rush and Collab Mode go through levels it has reduced the time I can get lost playing those sections. hope you guys eventually bring that section back to the way it was, like when you play the main game, just wave after wave. it breaks the Emerson every time it stops me to start the next level and then having to redo my states after each level. It was way more fun the other you guys had it were it was wave after wave! Thanks

Might play for a little bit as it is fun, but the MTX are crazy. $20 for no ads. $30 for the auto feature. Multiple battle passes. $20+ each. And there are lots of ads. Will likely be necessary to watch to progress, meaning they are trying to force you into buying the MTX. Like I said, it's fun, but rediculously greedy and I won't support that.

absolutely the best value for "no ads" purchase. not just "no in game ads" where you still get ad bombed to advance timers or get rewards or extra tickets...it's "doesnt mattet where or what Ad button you click, you dont get an ad and immediately get the reward". for that alone 4 stars, a shining island in the sewer of "spend premium money for a week or two of reduced ads but we will still have many opportunities to make you sit thru longer and longer and multiple ads" that is Google Play now.

What a great game! It's definitely unique as a tower defense kind of game and I enjoy the no ads perk that actually does what it says! A fun game with features that's typical of a mobile tower defense, but not quite so micro transaction of them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Edit: There is a string of bugs that needs addressing, for they affect the overall gameplay and hinders progress. I advise anyone to halt all purchases until this is resolved.

Love this game, but a single bug desperately needs fixed. Later games can be up to an hour long, and it REALLY sucks when an offered ad causes the game to reload, which ends your run. Using the fast forward tickets don't give you NEARLY as much exp as playing from the start. This could be fixed with a feature that lets you continue where you left off, if the game ever crashes. 5 stars as soon as this can be addressed.

This is not only a super fun game to play. Equipment upgrades and weapons selections make this a unique and one of a kind cool theme and awesome gameplay. But not only that. This one of only two games (I've been playing mobile games for over 3 years) that I paid for an extra that allows me to skip watching ads, didn't play for at least 3 months, came back to play again and MY NO ADS PURCHASE WAS STILL ACTIVE!!! Totally amazing and I personally think it shows great integrity. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!

seems like a fun enough game, only problem is it seems one of the only ways to progress is by watching ads to receive loot boxes. I can't complete quests anymore without upgrading equipment which I can't get because there's no way to get boxes other than watching ads. only been playing a day and a half, refuse to watch ads when they are forced like this. see ya
