Difficult to navigate and buggy. Have to apply to sell digital goods but the application is not straightforward nor convenient. Had to chat and email with their customer service who may have language barrier. Also, list so many categories for sellers to list their products under but still not inclusive enough. What if the product does not fit into any of those very specific categories? Please consider adding "Others" for the convenience of the seller and your platform.

Can you please let the seller upload photos when they reply to reviews? So we can show other customers when another customer is making up lies. There is a woman customer with humongous hands and took a photo of the product she bought to make it look like the product is smaller than expected. Then I compared the item with a ruler and she's a giant! I do know imported products cost money but my small shop is not a charity. I have priced my products fairly despite the inflation since the pandemic.
