Horrible application if you are trying to use a voucher. Keeps giving random errors. (Bank details incorrect, use a different site etc.) Rubbish 🗑

Horrible app and Company. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM! if anything happens you'll never get any money back! I tried cancelling flights and car rental 6 hours after booking can't get help via the app. Press the (need help?) Button and it just refreshes the page. Tried (Contract us) it says "Please note this contact form is for press and investor relations enquiries only, no other kind of requests will be handled." I tried to download my Invoice and that didn't work either! Avoid, not recommended.

I love this app, its interface is simple and easy to use, it gives you all the details and information about the hotel you want, in terms of booking a flight it is also simple I also like the offers system in this application.

It's hard to navigate on android phones. You press back after viewing, and it takes you back to the start. You can't select number of rooms on the first screen, you can only modify that per accommodation you look at. You can't share anywhere else outside of facebook or twitter. Just use the website, far sleaker. Useful to view bookings only.

The app is useful to see your bookings. But for anything else is more than useless. It's a waste of time. Trying to get help of contact last minute, the links just circle each other. There is a help option link that loads the same page that you clicked from! If anyone figures out the secret algorithm to contact last minute please let me know. All the calls I've made the system hungs up on me whatever the options I press...

Will never use this app again. I think they are called Last Minute because they cancel your holiday at the last minute! The first I knew was when PayPal messaged me. They eventually sent me a cancellation with no explanation. I know have to sort out cancelling my travel insurance, trips booked, etc with no time left to book another holiday. Very disappointed. *they responded to this review telling me to go their help if I want them to investigate the matter. Too little, too late, app removed.

Used this for the first time and very disappointed and frustrated. Firstly they put an insurance charge on my booking of £75 at literally the last second as I hit the confirm to pay button. Had a make a phone call to fix this, which they did but a waste of time and shocked at the way it was added to begin with. I made a booking for 6 people including 2 children with 2 different airlines. The invoice doesn't give a breakdown so I've to phone the other 2 airlines now to sort the bill. Wonderful

DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP TO HAVE YOUR FLIGHT TICKETS!! It says "Has your connection packed it's bags?".. and I'm unable to get my ticket for my flight!! (App is updated!!!) Previously: Unable to store the boarding pass offline. If your internet dies while trying to board, this app will leave you hanging. You can share the boarding pass as PDF, with the right apps you can even store it on the phone to have it as backup, but the app should be able to store it itself for the case when you need it.

This is the slowest most frustrating app I have ever used. I can only assume the idea is to induce rage in the user so they feel like they need a holiday to get over using it. Everytime you try to filter your results it updates the entire search results every filter you set so you have to wait for it to do that. A better, more convenient system would be to let you select all your filters and THEN run a new search.

The company mails keep saying you can fully manage your booking through the app, but you actually can't change or cancel anything and there are no sections where you can directly contact customer service, it simply gives an email, no real benefit or difference from the website. BTW, I paid for the full flex insurance, which stated you could write them but it was useless, they took a long time to reply only to say that I had to call the airlines myself to manage the booking and didn't even mention anything about the voucher stated in the insurance. Not happy with the app neither their service.

Terrible and glitchy app, really difficult to navigate through. Between the app and LM's (lack of)service this was a pretty bad experience overall. Especially watch out for the 'refund by travel voucher' option if you have to make a change or cancel a booking. It might seem nice to support the travel industry at this time however this is made far too easy to select in the app and if LM send you multiple vouchers for one refund (they sent me two vouchers for one booking / payment I'd made) you will be unable to use both of them on your next booking. I've emailed multiple times via the app and had no reply. I've now booked again, spoke to LM in good faith, only to be told that I am definitely limited to using one voucher at a time, so I am now out of pocket.

Does not accept a valid email address, and has no results for search criteria other apps find results. Update I can now create an account but I just get a blank page when trying to specify a departure airport. Coming from a programming background I find it unbelievable that this was sent live with, clearly, no testing. Just appalling. (Note 8)

Can't change country, it's stuck on united kingdom and gbp. My account is Ireland and euros when viewing on the website. Update to responce. Not all android os allow selection of all English speaking countries, I have only English UK or English US.

Utterly useless app. Can't amend any bookings like it claims. Just doesn't do what you want, or takes you in circles.

Beware of this app before using they are showing something and detecting something. And also the same without luggage ticket but they charge more. On complaint no help only excuses I will share there conversation with Fatima in London and Asia group in social media. Be attentive.

Had several trip booked with them, last one i changed the date for +2 months after the initial date due to some personal problems and i was charged 1st time with 85£ which i accepted but after 2 days they called me telling me the charge was changed to 100£ and in the end i payed 300€ extra because they delayed to inform the other parts involved. Ridiculous !! Never again!!!

Can't even download invoices in the app, and customer service is "less than helpful". First time and last time I'll book with them. And the response of the developers is poor. I actually DID contact customer service via the "Need Help" function. There is where I learned that your customer service agent is unable to help me with a very simple query. Even my request: "could you send me the invoice by email since I'm on the road" was answered with a "No, can't do". That is VERY POOR customer servic

I'm appalled. I've used them a couple of times, had a great service and use. BUT, after flying to tromso, I have had many issues. From neglecting to complete what I ask then confirm I'd paid for then giling to deliver a decent service I asked to change a name, almost a MONTH before the flights. and here I am, stuck in the airport with a friend who can't get home. it is ridiculous. I have had to pay extra, confirm things which have never been completed, and it's not hard to change a F***ING NAME.

Read the Terms and Conditions of the Travel Discount Pack before accepting! If your holiday gets cancelled by THEM, you will NOT get refunded the entire cost of your holiday because you've accept the "benefits" of the travel pack, and the only advantage of the travel pack is being enabled to pay in 2 installments. This benefit will cost you £200, which is what you will lose of your PARTIAL refund. Onthebeach, Blue Chip and other holiday providers do not work this way, so use them next time.

That app is not great, sections missing, lack of information, you contact support and they ask you to wait till the 24 hours or so before your holiday to clarify that by Bristol International, they actually mean a bus from Briatol centre to a wrong airport, then tell you it was in the email and not in the app and it was OUR fault for booking, no acceptance that the booking to a wrong airport gives insulting to travel and safely check in. Total denial of any customer service, noot recommend.
