I do love the ladies in the store always happy to greet me with a smile. I finally learned what my bra size REALLY is now after having lost weight. But I do have to mention that after having g list a little bit more weight, I went back in and was measured by 2 different ladies. They were both way off. I went ahead and tried on what they measured and absolutely none of them fit. They didn't have my size available in 3 different styles I was interested in so I left disappointed.

I've always had to go to Lane Bryant because of my bra size. I've never had more difficult getting an order sent out to me than this it's been taking 2 to 3 weeks for me to get my bras. Than when on the app everything runs slow tracking orders never shows up for me so I don't even have a clue when my stuff is going to arrive! All the customer service support is out sourced and I would love to speak to someone that's actually attached to the store! Super disappointed! Speak up LB!!!

I usually use this app, exclusively, for shopping, because my local stores don't have the variety for short lengths. Today, I've been trying to pay my bill, and I just can't. I've tried everything I can think of, but I just can't login to the payment center. It's bad enough that they make it so complicated to get to the billing center. Why do I have to sign in there if I've signed in to shop? Then there are so many different steps and acknowledgments.

I love shopping at lane Bryant and i originally loved the app. However as of late every other week it's saying my password is wrong and I'm having to reset it. Now ALL day it's been saying it can't recognize my device. I can't get the unique id code within the time it gives you. Plus it's running extremely slow. I am not a very happy shopper right now.

Love the store but why is it every time I try to do a pay in 4 on this app, I end up having the full amount come out and a pending charge for the pay in 4 that lingers for days. This has happened to me twice now. If I wanted to pay the full amount at once, I wouldn't have gone through the process of applying for the other. Fix this please? I believe I had my other device when it happened the last time.

If you type in Lane Bryant to search for the app Torrid shows up. I was using the app to access my credit card and I clicked on a statement. The app closed itself and there was no statement. I don't understand why there is a statement option in the app if it doesn't work. It's been like this for a couple years actually. The only you can access the statements of by going to the actual Lane Bryant website. Then you have to jump through hoops to find the credit card tab on the website.

This app just never works well. I always try every few months to see but I always end up having to go on my computer to look at the site. The app is not user friendly and constantly has issues. It's as if it is structured poorly with too many pop-up style things that never function properly. The only use is to use my digital card for purchases, otherwise I don't bother.

I haven't been able to order from the Lane Bryant app or actual website in quite some time now (over a year). The app is pretty frustrating as well since I only get to the end of the order page and it won't let me click past review order. App takes awhile to load at times too. I've already Uninstaller and reinstalled the app, cleared both my data and cache and none of this has helped. And for both the website and app it never shows if the item you are shopping for online is in store or not.

I have filled out all information as to making my own profile. And logging in every time I went into the app. I had selected for the app to remember and save my username and password and It would and will not. The customer service is horrible. Two different people had left the live chat and never answered any of my questions. I have had no updated on my tracking through email or text. It is very frustrating and this app so far isn't worth anything. I spent almost $200 and still have no info...

I spent over 2 hours creating a shopping cart during a "SALE" & 20 items later, stated "for technical reasons, your request could not be properly handled" and I lost everything I put in my bag, bras included. I'm so disappointed that I spent all that time to pick out items in my size during a sale to not be able to purchase them when I went to check out while I was logged in the entire time. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime. I'll have exactly what I need in 2 days.

This app really stinks. It is glitchy and constantly experiencing technical difficulties. The navigation menu won't open, and I can't get anywhere in my account...it will only load the bill payment screen...even if one isn't due! Please look into overhauling this thing! As an associate for 11 years and a customer for 30, I am begging you to fix this!

This app could be something great, but it misses the mark. It can be glitchy in that smoothly navigating from one screen to another is so difficult because it'll freeze, so all that can be done is clicking back to the previous screen, which does not help. Was unable to complete a purchase on the app. However, the items which had been placed in the cart in the app did carry over to the website, so that's a plus.

This app is HORRIBLE! When you call to place your order instead, that's even worse! I haven't shopped at Lane Bryant in years & it looks like it'll be a few more. For those of you that try the app & have no luck, just go straight to the website, it didn't freeze, there was no lag & payment was easier. If it weren't for my mom loving what she saw, I wouldn't have bought anything!

Since the newest update, I get multiple notifications in a row (which I can turn off completely, just won't know about specials), I can't take my time putting items in my bag because when I'm done shopping it days there is an error and then the bag is empty again. And from other reviews, I guess if I ever can actually complete an order, I won't be able to pay my bill.

I love shopping at Lane Bryant, especially online so I downloaded the app. Highly disappointed! It doesn't work like an app its it's exactly like the website. Doesn't hold you sign info no matter how times you check the box thats says remember me, at least on my browser I can save that info. Not even a option to sign in with fingerprint. It's basically the website that is taking up space on my phone. Will be deleting.

I hate this app and mobile shopping. This is the worst ever. I love shopping. Nothing goes into the cart. None of the pictures load properly. Not able to get the shopping done or take part in on-line exclusives. Please fix it!!! 6/30/22 After "scheduled" update of their system that no customers were informed of, now I cannot make a payment for my card. 11/9/22...MORE TRASH. Now all payments from 2021 show Processing in the app. I will not shop the app any more.

I spent an hour shopping only to find I can't access the cart for technical reasons. This happened to me the last time I used the app and I finally gave up on it. But this time when I entered it wouldn't allow me to add something else to the cart because an item was no longer available. It actually allowed me to enter the cart to remove those items. I kept shopping only to find I can't access it again. Very disappointing.

I forgot why I only used this app for paying my credit card and tried to use it for shopping today. After an hour of trying to browse despite the screen jumping all over the place and the inconsistent loading (sometimes photos, sometimes sizes, sometimes things you never tapped on, but sometimes everything you asked it to do), I got about 10 items in my cart, went to check out... and everything is gone. "Bad request," apparently. 💁 Back to CC payments only. 😑

Slow loading and glitching app. My account never seemed to actually link with my email, so it is impossible to log in and do my credit card stuff through it. I always had to pay in person. They will now be charging, starting July of 2024, $2.99 for paper statements. But in order to go paperless, I have to log in and change it, which I cannot. So I guess I need to call customer service. But seriously.... $3 a month for a paper statement?! And interest on top of that if you don't notice it.

I always order on the app and pick it up at the store. It's so convenient. Lane Bryant has an exceptional quality for their clothes, shoes, accessories, and swimwear. I only wish that the brick & mortar locations were more available. They have closed so many locations. I would also like to add that their intimate line Cacique is grand for bras and panties!!! I love Lane Bryant!! The app makes it sooooo easy to order online!! ❣️❣️❣️❣️
