As of now, i am experiencing a trouble with this mobile app. The notification often says that it can't be used for awhile and it will automatically sign out". Several times of trying to open/signing up before the transaction can be done. Please fix this issue promptly. Thank you in advance.

The individual that checks my application keeps saying that my ID does not match my customer information. My application was returned for the 5th time even though my informations are all correct.

The old ui and design is better. This app looks like weed now and super bright green which is very unpleasant to look at. Revert the old design

The worst app ever. It's been almost a month of trying to generate an OTP via email so i can finally access my account online but never received one.

The worst bank app. I have transfered online some money to gcash and unfortunately the only option is through PesoNet 😠( bad experience in previous transaction). Yah, so it's been 24hrs and the money was still no where.

always fails to create an iAccess account, OTP takes a long time to be received both on email and text! no matter what time I create an account, peak hours or not, can't seem to create always! hays

I don't like it due to its design it's like outdated for me also the new update i don't like it when you open the app your face will full of green colors and it's outdated maybe you should fix that make more modern just like with other banks were now in 2024 we need to change

Low rates on Transfer via Instapay or PesoNet, with easy access to announcements. One thing I don't like was the bugs on the amounts shown on the app.

I cannot receive the OTP in email for registration. it's so frustrating. I need help on this pls. been trying to register at the middle of the night (not peak hour usage) still I haven't receive my OTP in email while in my mobile number I can receive it. but the registration needs both OTP email sent & mobile sent OTPs.

After updating the app, they sent OTP to mobile number. Can you please edit this and add option? Like sedning OTP to email. I've lost my registered number. When are you going to add the email for OTP's recipient?

This is a joke. Your IT Department sucks. Just installed the app and after the terms & conditions window, it says that the app is not available and it's not working. Why did you even included this in Play Store if it's not even working, such a huge hassle. 💀💀

The app was ok for over a year and i have been using it for online payments.. But after updating it on June 3 2024, my online account suddenly gone and i cannot do any online transaction or even see the balance!

This app doesn't send your otp via email, as a new user who is experiencing this error I can't register my account in the app because it won't send me the otp through email, I've tried pressing the resend button multiple times and it still doesn't send the otp, this made me lose interest in the app

It is quite good for monitoring and balancing your acc ... however when it comes to fund transfer it is very inconvenient..coz it will automatically signed you out stating for security purposes....you have to do it over and over again until you succeeded.

Can't log in for a month now because I can't open it through this app. I just want to see my account balance so that I will not go in the actual bank. Whenever I tried to login through my User Id it always says "ErrorUser registration is being processed. For more information, please contact Customer Care Center". Even though they say it, the email service took weeks to respond

This application has been frustrating because the OTP email delivery always fails. I cannot gain access to its critical features because the OTP email never arrives. While the rest of the features seem convenient to me of the intuitive design and auxiliary tools it offers, the consistently failing OTP email function makes me doubt the application’s reputation and reliability. I hope the developers will address this issue as soon as possible to reinforce my trust in them.

The app is very easy to use and very user friendly. But I would like to suggest pertaining to transaction history, it might be more convenient if the history can show the transaction details and current balance as per the time. It will be easier to keep track of your transaction history.

Probably the worst mobile banking app I have ever used, and I'm still being generous. 💙💙💙 First of all, the OTP for registration sent thru email takes forever before you receive it. Second, the app is always "unavailable at this time" for some unknown reason. When I try the web version, the same thing happens. Thank you landbank for testing our patience 😘
